I definitely would recommend this hotel. From PUJ to hotel is about an hour or so give or take on traffic. It was $90 each way and make sure to mention to your taxi or shuttle service the Hilton Garden Inn otherwise they will take you to the all inclusive Hilton which is about 20 minutes away. The hotel itself is fairly new about few months opened so that was a plus. If you want tranquil, relaxing, and quiet this is the spot. As soon as you walk through the front doors the staff is very welcoming, respectful, and very helpful. Wiley at the desk was amazing for my stay. The restaurant and bar staff wonderful especially Fluery (I hope I spelled it correctly). My room was beautiful with ocean balcony view. I did enjoy the pool, its not heated, but clean, and was maintained each morning that I was there. Pool towels are available for you if needed, and restrooms outside by the pool area. There was some building going on for the 6 days I was there, a concert was for that Saturday night so they were building the stage and stuff, I do wish that I was notified ahead of time so I could have decided to stay or not. Otherwise it was fine you got use to the noise basically. The food was good and they had the buffet for breakfast. There is a cute gift shop area located by the front desk. I did get to speak briefly to the GM upon my departure she was very nice. The owner Edwin was nice seen him a couple of times in the lobby/bar area during my stay, he was preparing for the concert. Make sure to visit the pier/tower/boat dock area that’s in back of the hotel. It has a mini beach area to swim, as well as take great photos and a shop that makes drinks. You will feel safe at this property with in in house security and the military personnel that is stationed outside back of hotel. It’s simply gorgeous! If you need to get groceries or anything they have the supermarket that is not far away called Jumbo. If you want to book an excursion you can go to front desk and they will assist you! The con for this property is no ATM, make sure you bring enough cash if you are looking to tip.

Séjour en lune de miel , hôtel superbe mais ne vaut pas les 5 étoile étant en all in on a droit qu à une piscine qu on nous dit pas étant donné qu’il faut etre premium donc si on ne le sais pas on doit payer en plus .. pareil pour le coin enfant on a pas voulu nous servir à boire à la piscine … étant en lune de miel et ayant droit à un package honeymoon avec vin mousseaux banderole sur la porte ainsi que des fruit on a rien eu de tout ça on a dû réclamer pendant 4 jours et on a eu droit à une bouteille de vin .. la nourriture ces parfait mais au déjeuné elle vienne nous servir du café toute les 5 minute et même si on dit non elle nous en remet ..les restaurant sont superbe seul bémol en mangeant l entrée le plat arrive déjà … ces a la chaîne … surtout n oublier pas de changer les euros ou retirer beaucoup d argent on a acheter quelque souvenir ces hyper cher à l’hôtel on a été un peu choqué des prix … par contre à faire ces dîner sur un style de pont juste face à la mer mais encore une fois on paye pour un restaurant et manger un peu moins vite mais ces pareil l entrée puis directement le plat on doit Leur demander d attendre car 60 euros par personne j estime qu’il peuvent attendre un peu … franchement pour un Hilton le personnel manque beaucoup de professionnalisme quand il oublie pas un plat il oublie les couverts , ces répétitif … on es pas exigeant mais quand on paye pour un 5 étoiles ça doit être parfait surtout en lune de miel même pas une attention rien du tout alors que c était dans le prix ! Et pareil pour la plage si vous n êtes pas premium l accès au beau transat nikel on peux oublier ces payant donc gaffe à la fin du séjour si vous passez du côté premium …. Sinon la piscine très belle n attendez pas 9h pour aller au transat car les meilleurs place sont prise .. niveau massage ces assez chère aussi j ai payer 125 euros pour 50 minute mais un massage qui était assez hard niveau massage mais ça vaut le coup d essayer , côté famille il y a plus d activité le soir et ces agréable de s’y promener le restaurant italien est top mais encore une fois je ne comprend pas qu’il faut acheter une bouteille de vin à 45 euros pour pouvoir mange dehors ! Quand on paye all in ces droit a tout manger dehors comme à l’intérieur … belle expérience pour une lune de miel c était top Mais beaucoup de bémol sur le personnel et sur les tarif …et sur ce site il ne réponde que par message automatique donc il ne prenne pas les critique au sérieux je pense ces bien dommage ….
