La chambre a un sentiment de sécurité. La fenêtre est fermée et elle n'est pas très épais. Je ne sais pas si la chambre ne doit pas nettoyer. J'ai séjourné toute la nuit. Après avoir retourné la nuit, j'ai trouvé que le linge était complété par des produits de lavage, des serviettes, de l'eau, des toiles de bain, le couvercle n'était pas épais, Qu'est-ce qu'il y a quand il part le matin. Le petit déjeuner se sent un peu peu et il manque des caractéristiques locales. Le coupon de petit déjeuner doit rappeler l'ouverture de la réception, plutôt que de l'installer dans la chambre des invités. Très proche du bâtiment de tambour, très proche du marché central de la cuisine, en fait, il est encore un peu loin de la métro, surtout quand on traîne les bagages lourds, il semble plus loin.

IInvitéNous avons eu un séjour très confortable à cet hôtel. Le service était de haut niveau. La chambre était spacieuse et propre. L'hôtel offre même un service de lave-vaisselle gratuit - ils peuvent aider à laver, sècher et plier votre lave-vaisselle à tout moment de la journée. Le petit déjeuner buffet a été très bien répandu et délicieux.
L'hôtel est situé dans une grande localisation. Dans une promenade de cinq minutes, le magasin Tianyi est situé dans un supermarché.

IInvitéI would have given a 5-star review for Pan Pacific Ningbo had it not been for allowing guests and even hotel staff to smoke in the hotel! I give 1-star for cleanliness because allowing guests and staff to smoke in a hotel lobby and rooms is simply disgusting! There's nothing clean about it! It's such a waste because Pan Pacific Ningbo has such great facilities and luxurious interior; I even made a video of the hotel and will be posting it on my newly created YouTube channel. I may return again when the Chinese government has banned smoking in hotels and taken a more serious attitude against smoking and enforced the laws against smoking in hotels and restaurants.
Having brought up the bad thing about Pan Pacific Ningbo, I would like to highly commend the following staff for their exemplary services:
1. Cady of the reception
Cady was the same receptionist who checked us in during our two separate stays, on our way to Zhoushan and back from Zhoushan. She was very courteous and friendly. She offered to add me on her WeChat so that I could contact her if I needed anything. True enough, I needed to contact her within a few hours after we checked-in during our second stay. Smoke filled our room. When I found out that it came from the room next to ours, I immediately informed Cady, who immediately arranged for someone to spray air freshener in the corridor. She offered air filter, which I declined as we were already going out. As we walked down the lobby, I realized that Cady had actually left, and she was arranging all those even though she was already off duty! It was also Cady who informed me that GHA Discovery members would get dining discount by giving me a brochure.
2. Cora (陈丽)
Cora was the wait staff attending our table at Madr 99. When I found out that I had run out of mobile data plan, I asked Cora for the passcode to logon to the hotel Wifi. Strangely, there's no option to logon with hotel room number. There were only 2 ways to logon to the hotel wifi: using a passcode and mobile number. Cora kindly offered to use her mobile number to help me logon. She didn't even ask me to use my own mobile number. It was very kind of her to do that. Upon paying the bill, I presented Cora with my GHA Discovery membership card. Cora provided me with 10% discount for silver member, exactly as stated in the brochure that Cady gave me. When we headed back to the serviced suites, another male wait staff chased us and rudely told me that GHA Discovery silver member was not entitled to any dining discount at all. He demanded me to go with him to the cashier to sign a new invoice. I later contacted Cady and asked her to verify with her manager the terms and conditions of dining discount for GHA Discovery member, before we went to Hai Tien Lo to dine in the evening. Cady, who was already at home and off duty, gladly obliged to my request, and confirmed that dining discount was applicable to even silver members. Perhaps hotel management could ask Cora to train the guy properly before allowing him to interact with guests directly! Otherwise, one day he might get punched by guests who are irritated by his behavior.
3. Cavan
Cavan was the porter/concierge who helped us deliver our luggage to our room. He, too, was friendly and polite like Cady and Cora. He even walked us to Madr 99 and showed us where all the hotel restaurants were located. The way he treated us was like VVIP.
The hotel management should treasure and try to retain these 3 excellent staff. Have these 3 experienced staff to train their junior colleagues.

UUtilisateur anonymeInstallations : Hôtel très récent, emplacement idéal avec un bon feng shui, juste à côté d'une zone commerciale. Les chambres sont très calmes et les installations sont neuves. Cependant, je n'étais pas habitué à la séparation des espaces sec et humide dans la salle de bain. Je suggère d'ajouter un tapis antidérapant, car il est facile de glisser et de tomber. Cela représente un risque pour la sécurité, soyez vigilants. Je suggère également de remplacer les chaussons jetables par des tapis antidérapants. Le carrelage est un peu glissant, et ce serait un geste appréciable.
Ambiance : Le thé est servi dans le hall l'après-midi et un souvenir est offert au départ, une attention très appréciable.
Service : La gestion de cet hôtel est excellente et le personnel est très professionnel. Le directeur est très accueillant et la serveuse, Mme He, dont le nom contient le caractère « Han », a fourni un service particulièrement impeccable et mérite des félicitations. Elle était chaleureuse et attentionnée ! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

IInvité陪女兒考研複試來的，就在寧大東校區門口，位置很好，很方便，後門穿過去就是校園，對面就是雲創小鎮，吃的喝的的地方太多了。前台服務很好，主動給升了房間，房間挺寬敞也很安靜，酒店早餐品類也挺多的，該有的都有，以後了寧大就訂這兒了。

My room was without the freezer, but the receptionist said if I requested during check in, she can arrange to upgrade for the customers. Breakfast is good and have a wide variety to taste. Je tiens à féliciter tout particulièrement Jane à la réception. Il était très tard ce soir-là, et j'étais inévitablement un peu fatigué après un voyage. Jane, toujours souriante, m'a aidée avec patience et rapidité dans mes démarches et m'a gentiment rappelé l'heure du petit-déjeuner, les horaires d'ouverture de la salle de sport et d'autres informations. Sachant que c'était ma première visite à Ningbo, elle m'a recommandé avec enthousiasme les attractions et les spécialités culinaires des environs. Ma recommandation pour la vieille rue de Nantang était amplement méritée, m'ayant permis de goûter aux saveurs authentiques de Ningbo.
La chambre était chaleureuse et élégante, avec des équipements complets et propres, une literie douce et confortable et une bonne nuit de sommeil. Le petit-déjeuner du deuxième jour était encore plus surprenant, avec une grande variété de plats chinois et occidentaux, des raviolis Ningbo fraîchement préparés aux exquises pâtisseries occidentales, pour tous les goûts.
L'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal et est très pratique pour voyager. Les installations environnantes sont complètes, avec boutiques et restaurants. Lors de mon départ, Jane m'a offert un petit cadeau, ce qui m'a fait chaud au cœur. Que ce soit au niveau du service ou des équipements, le Novotel Ningbo East est impeccable. Je choisirai sans hésiter cet hôtel lors de mon prochain séjour à Ningbo !

Prime Location: CITIC Ningbo enjoys an enviable location, offering easy access to the heart of the city. From my room, I had a delightful view of the surroundings, which added to the overall experience.
Breakfast Variety: The breakfast spread was impressive, with an array of options to suit different tastes. Whether you prefer a hearty meal or something light, the hotel caters to all preferences.
Fully Stocked Mini Bar: The mini bar was a pleasant surprise. It was well-stocked, allowing guests to indulge in their favorite beverages and snacks.
However, there were a couple of areas where the hotel fell short:
Toiletry Oversight: Unfortunately, the housekeeping team overlooked the essential toiletries. I missed having a dental kit, comb, body cream, and shower gel. Even the shampoo was absent from the toiletries collection.
Tiny Bottles: In the cabinet, I found only tiny bottles of body wash and shampoo. While they were functional, I expected more comprehensive amenities.

PPeiwawakanshanhai假期前糾結了很久，最終選了一處離寧波不遠的親子好去處。地點是老公敲定的，藏在山裡的小木屋，風格別緻，環境更是沒得説。屋前就是一條小溪，上游連着村落，這幾天天氣也格外給力，小朋友穿着雨鞋就能在淺水區盡情玩水。
民宿的早餐味道很棒，午晚餐可以預約點菜，廚藝也相當不錯。晚上我們常會在大堂小坐，孩子特別喜歡這裏可以轉動的沙發，還有繪本區，既能讀故事，還能觀察玻璃容器裏飼養的各種蛇類，比如豬鼻蛇、竹葉青。民宿周邊還能看到小兔子，雨後的春筍也紛紛冒頭，充滿野趣。
工作人員都十分友善。我們瞭解到這裏原本是一座茶廠，所以大堂保留了舊時的桌椅設計，配上格外大氣的門，整體感覺特別有味道，宛如世外桃源。儘管我們去的時候暫時沒有主題活動，但時間可以隨心隨意安排，非常放鬆。寶寶很喜歡房間裏的閣樓，一直爬上爬下玩得不亦樂乎。中間一天下午，我們還一起美美地睡了個午覺，醒來就望見窗外滿眼翠綠的遠山，內心格外平靜舒暢。
雖然盤山公路不太好開，但一路被綠樹繁花環繞，開窗慢行，也是一種難得的享受。最後還給寶寶買了一頂樹蛙主題帽子當作紀念。等天氣再熱一些，一定還會再來，期待體驗更多有趣的活動。
