IInvitéCette fois, avec sa mère et son chien, il y a un petit tronçon de routes de montagne dans le village, il y a un très bon environnement, le peuple a un très bon sens de la conception, très beau, le chien est très satisfait. Il y a une route de marche autour, marche le long du réservoir de Maori, un vent. Je prévoyais le dîner dans le pouls, chaque repas était très délicieux, le poisson blanc était très frais, la soupe de l'os était également excellente, le poids était très grand, l'alimentation était très bonne. Félicitations à notre directeur, Xiao Lin, une très belle soeur, sérieusement responsable, depuis la réception populaire, l'organisation du dîner, nous avons également envoyé la soupe de bonheur de nuit, jusqu'à la fin de la salle de départ, tout est un excellent travail

GGuest UserInstallations : Hôtel très récent, emplacement idéal avec un bon feng shui, juste à côté d'une zone commerciale. Les chambres sont très calmes et les installations sont neuves. Cependant, je n'étais pas habitué à la séparation des espaces sec et humide dans la salle de bain. Je suggère d'ajouter un tapis antidérapant, car il est facile de glisser et de tomber. Cela représente un risque pour la sécurité, soyez vigilants. Je suggère également de remplacer les chaussons jetables par des tapis antidérapants. Le carrelage est un peu glissant, et ce serait un geste appréciable. Ambiance : Le thé est servi dans le hall l'après-midi et un souvenir est offert au départ, une attention très appréciable. Service : La gestion de cet hôtel est excellente et le personnel est très professionnel. Le directeur est très accueillant et la serveuse, Mme He, dont le nom contient le caractère « Han », a fourni un service particulièrement impeccable et mérite des félicitations. Elle était chaleureuse et attentionnée ! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

IInvitéI would have given a 5-star review for Pan Pacific Ningbo had it not been for allowing guests and even hotel staff to smoke in the hotel! I give 1-star for cleanliness because allowing guests and staff to smoke in a hotel lobby and rooms is simply disgusting! There's nothing clean about it! It's such a waste because Pan Pacific Ningbo has such great facilities and luxurious interior; I even made a video of the hotel and will be posting it on my newly created YouTube channel. I may return again when the Chinese government has banned smoking in hotels and taken a more serious attitude against smoking and enforced the laws against smoking in hotels and restaurants.
Having brought up the bad thing about Pan Pacific Ningbo, I would like to highly commend the following staff for their exemplary services:
1. Cady of the reception
Cady was the same receptionist who checked us in during our two separate stays, on our way to Zhoushan and back from Zhoushan. She was very courteous and friendly. She offered to add me on her WeChat so that I could contact her if I needed anything. True enough, I needed to contact her within a few hours after we checked-in during our second stay. Smoke filled our room. When I found out that it came from the room next to ours, I immediately informed Cady, who immediately arranged for someone to spray air freshener in the corridor. She offered air filter, which I declined as we were already going out. As we walked down the lobby, I realized that Cady had actually left, and she was arranging all those even though she was already off duty! It was also Cady who informed me that GHA Discovery members would get dining discount by giving me a brochure.
2. Cora (陈丽)
Cora was the wait staff attending our table at Madr 99. When I found out that I had run out of mobile data plan, I asked Cora for the passcode to logon to the hotel Wifi. Strangely, there's no option to logon with hotel room number. There were only 2 ways to logon to the hotel wifi: using a passcode and mobile number. Cora kindly offered to use her mobile number to help me logon. She didn't even ask me to use my own mobile number. It was very kind of her to do that. Upon paying the bill, I presented Cora with my GHA Discovery membership card. Cora provided me with 10% discount for silver member, exactly as stated in the brochure that Cady gave me. When we headed back to the serviced suites, another male wait staff chased us and rudely told me that GHA Discovery silver member was not entitled to any dining discount at all. He demanded me to go with him to the cashier to sign a new invoice. I later contacted Cady and asked her to verify with her manager the terms and conditions of dining discount for GHA Discovery member, before we went to Hai Tien Lo to dine in the evening. Cady, who was already at home and off duty, gladly obliged to my request, and confirmed that dining discount was applicable to even silver members. Perhaps hotel management could ask Cora to train the guy properly before allowing him to interact with guests directly! Otherwise, one day he might get punched by guests who are irritated by his behavior.
3. Cavan
Cavan was the porter/concierge who helped us deliver our luggage to our room. He, too, was friendly and polite like Cady and Cora. He even walked us to Madr 99 and showed us where all the hotel restaurants were located. The way he treated us was like VVIP.
The hotel management should treasure and try to retain these 3 excellent staff. Have these 3 experienced staff to train their junior colleagues.

IInvitéCe séjour au Novotel Ningbo East a été une expérience formidable ! Dès mon arrivée, j'ai ressenti le professionnalisme et l'attention du personnel. Je tiens à féliciter tout particulièrement Jane à la réception. Il était très tard ce soir-là, et j'étais inévitablement un peu fatigué après un voyage. Jane, toujours souriante, m'a aidée avec patience et rapidité dans mes démarches et m'a gentiment rappelé l'heure du petit-déjeuner, les horaires d'ouverture de la salle de sport et d'autres informations. Sachant que c'était ma première visite à Ningbo, elle m'a recommandé avec enthousiasme les attractions et les spécialités culinaires des environs. Ma recommandation pour la vieille rue de Nantang était amplement méritée, m'ayant permis de goûter aux saveurs authentiques de Ningbo. La chambre était chaleureuse et élégante, avec des équipements complets et propres, une literie douce et confortable et une bonne nuit de sommeil. Le petit-déjeuner du deuxième jour était encore plus surprenant, avec une grande variété de plats chinois et occidentaux, des raviolis Ningbo fraîchement préparés aux exquises pâtisseries occidentales, pour tous les goûts. L'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal et est très pratique pour voyager. Les installations environnantes sont complètes, avec boutiques et restaurants. Lors de mon départ, Jane m'a offert un petit cadeau, ce qui m'a fait chaud au cœur. Que ce soit au niveau du service ou des équipements, le Novotel Ningbo East est impeccable. Je choisirai sans hésiter cet hôtel lors de mon prochain séjour à Ningbo !

Stylish Ambiance: The hotel, though showing its age, exudes a certain elegance that sets it apart. The vintage touches combined with modern aesthetics create a captivating atmosphere.
Prime Location: CITIC Ningbo enjoys an enviable location, offering easy access to the heart of the city. From my room, I had a delightful view of the surroundings, which added to the overall experience.
Breakfast Variety: The breakfast spread was impressive, with an array of options to suit different tastes. Whether you prefer a hearty meal or something light, the hotel caters to all preferences.
Fully Stocked Mini Bar: The mini bar was a pleasant surprise. It was well-stocked, allowing guests to indulge in their favorite beverages and snacks.
However, there were a couple of areas where the hotel fell short:
Toiletry Oversight: Unfortunately, the housekeeping team overlooked the essential toiletries. I missed having a dental kit, comb, body cream, and shower gel. Even the shampoo was absent from the toiletries collection.
Tiny Bottles: In the cabinet, I found only tiny bottles of body wash and shampoo. While they were functional, I expected more comprehensive amenities.
In summary, CITIC Ningbo International Hotel offers a nostalgic charm, excellent location, and stylish ambiance. With a little attention to detail, it could regain its former glory. If you appreciate a touch of history in your stay, this hotel is worth considering.

⭐️ A magical treehouse escape — incredibly welcoming to international guests
We stayed in the Starry Dome Suite and it honestly exceeded our expectations — even better than the photos. The room is spread across multiple levels, with three private patios nestled below the dome itself, giving it the feel of our very own luxury treehouse. The fun electric trapdoor entrance into the dome was a highlight, and having a private bathroom tucked into the setup made the stay comfortable as well as adventurous.
What really made our stay special, though, was the staff. As international guests who speak very little Chinese, we were so touched by how accommodating and friendly everyone was. They went out of their way to communicate with us via WeChat, patiently using translation software to make sure we had everything we needed — from local tips to the little details that made our stay seamless. We never felt like a burden, which we truly appreciated.
The location itself is beautiful. We did some lovely walks in the nearby area, but honestly we were just as happy sitting out on our patio, soaking in the trees and the peace. We brought our own BBQ, and the team was really flexible in helping us find a great spot to set it up. It was exactly the nature escape we needed — a perfect break from city life. If you're a foreign traveller wondering whether you'll feel comfortable here, the answer is absolutely yes. We felt so welcome.

Wwinter night酒店位置蠻方便的，附近有公交站和地鐵站，到天一廣場步行12分鐘左右就到了，出行方便，旁邊也有些餐飲店吃飯的話也很方便，附近有個大型商場k11很近，酒店前台客服服務態度還可以有應必答，房間的話衞生還可以，硬件設施比較舊但完全夠用，房間空間比較侷促，酒店有電梯很方便，酒店本身比較舊不過打理的挺好的，價格實惠，整體體驗還行。
