L'hôtel dispose d'une bonne position, la chambre est assez spacieuse et la sélection de la nourriture est également bonne. Cependant, notre expérience globale était décevante. Tout d'abord, l'unité de climatisation était très bruyante, ce qui a affecté le confort de notre séjour. Deuxièmement, certains personnels étaient moins attentifs et, malheureusement, ils se sont rencontrés comme des condescendants. Le personnel a simplement dit que le seul tissu disponible était celui qui était déjà fourni sur la table. Cependant, quand j'étais celui qui a demandé un tissu supplémentaire, ils m'ont donné un peu. C'était décevant parce qu'il a montré une incohérence dans le service. Les invités doivent être traités avec la même attention et la même courtoisie, quel que soit le demandeur. Nous avons acheté des boissons à Starbucks et nous avons passé par la piscine de l'hôtel. Le personnel du bar nous a immédiatement rapprocher et, dans un ton arrogant, a dit que les aliments et boissons ne sont pas autorisés à l'extérieur. Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. Je ne réserve pas d'hôtels comme ça parce que je me sens souvent qu'ils ne sont pas dignes de l'argent. J'ai réservé ce séjour principalement pour que mes amis puissent l'expérience. Malheureusement, cette expérience s'est révélée très décevante. Total: Le service a besoin d'une amélioration importante, mais j'attendais une meilleure rapidité, une plus grande gentillesse, une plus grande attention et une plus grande cohérence du personnel. Malheureusement, j'ai connu un meilleur service d'autres hôtels à des tarifs inférieurs à Richmond.

Had a wonderful stay as a couple celebrating our wedding anniversary. The room was spacious, clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff were very accommodating and always greeted us with a smile. The location was convenient, and the amenities made our stay even more relaxing especially the pool🤩. Breakfast was also delicious with plenty of choices. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends🥰 Looking forward to staying here again!

Excellent séjour avec excellent soutien du personnel Nous avons séjourné une nuit à Del Rio à Iloilo et il s'est avéré une expérience mémorable, principalement grâce à l'incroyable attention et professionnalisme du personnel du Front Office. Lors de notre séjour, j'ai subitement eu une douleur abdominale massive . L'équipe FO était étonnante Ils m'ont immédiatement aidée, fourni des douleurs, préparé un comprimé chaud, et même appelé un médecin pour que je soigne. Leur véritable préoccupation et leur action rapide nous ont vraiment fait sentir bien pris en charge. Je ne peux pas les remercier assez pour aller au-dessus et au-delà. Le petit déjeuner le matin suivant était incroyable, avec une grande variété de choix allant de délicieuses plats Iloilo à des options continentales. Nous aimerions aussi avoir accès direct à l'Esplanade, qui a fait pour une bonne matinée avec belles vues. En général, malgré le court séjour, Del Rio a laissé une impression très positive en raison de son personnel utile et de son grand petit déjeuner. Très recommandé !

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The lobby was elegant, spacious, and impeccably clean, creating a luxurious first impression. Our room was even more impressive — modern, spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, the linens smelled fresh, and the room offered a stunning view that made every morning feel special. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, always ensuring the room remained tidy and fully stocked. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member we encountered was polite, attentive, and always willing to help. Whether it was assisting with our luggage, giving recommendations for nearby attractions, or responding quickly to requests, the service consistently went above and beyond. It’s rare to find a hotel where every employee genuinely seems to care about the guests’ experience. The amenities were also outstanding. The swimming pool area was relaxing and beautifully maintained, perfect for both families and couples. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious food with a wide variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The breakfast buffet in particular was excellent, offering both local and international dishes that were fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere throughout the property was peaceful, relaxing, and ideal for a much-needed getaway. The location of the hotel was another major advantage. It was conveniently situated near popular tourist spots, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a quiet and comfortable retreat at the end of the day. Overall, our stay was truly memorable, and I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Everything — from the cleanliness and facilities to the outstanding hospitality — was top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and exceptional service. We will definitely be returning in the future and are already looking forward to our next stay.

We are locals of Iloilo and always on staycation in several hotels in the city. This is the first time we stayed in citadines  mngt in the city which formerly amigo terrace hotel.  We booked 2 rooms for week end stay. Room is nice, comfortable. Location is great. Staffs are warm and friendly.  Breakfast is rubbish ! Boom panis! Yes , the fried rice is spoiled not just normal spoil but it’s webbed liquid. For sure it’s over a day or stored completely out of temperature. To align with similar 4 stars in the city in terms of food, this hotel is behind. Limited selection charging of 400 pesos for breakfast, agree that this is cheap also compare to other hotels.  The whole family didn’t enjoyed the breakfast, we ate but with the doubt of unsafe food.

Exceptional stay - My new go-to hotel in Iloilo! I recently stayed at Figtree Hotel Iloilo and I absolutely fell in love with it. I can confidently say I will be booking this hotel for all my future travels to Iloilo! The location is fantastic and incredibly convenient, being within walking distance to SM City Iloilo. It is also surrounded by famous local restaurants— Alicia's and Netong's are in the nearby Atria Mall, and Tatoy's is located just right outside the hotel. Overall, the hotel and the rooms are remarkably clean. As a solo traveler, the room I had was perfectly sized for my needs. Another major highlight was the 5th-floor restaurant, which serves a great breakfast buffet with a good selection of food—the perfect way to kickstart your day before heading out on your itinerary. Beyond the amenities, the staff are highly polite and courteous. I also worth mentioning that the hotel layout caters well to everyone, featuring highly accessible amenities like a reliable elevator and wide, comfortable stairs. Thank you for an amazing stay. The room is great. Location is near SM City Iloilo, walking distance. Near the diversion road, didn’t expect that our room has a refrigerator, microwave, sink and even a dining table. Just like a pad. We stayed at Bangkok room, just so know the free wifi can’t reach the room though.

Le personnel était ami et utile depuis la salle d'édition de la jeunesse est peut-être émettre sa AC, donc je lui ai demandé de vérifier et elle a fait pero la même padain, donc elle a décidé de transférer mon ami à une autre chambre. L'emplacement est bon malapit sa mall mais sur les données de nettoyage OK sya depuis toujours kami nag séjour dito peut-être kulang na sila sa personnel qui est pourquoi d'autres zones sont hindi OK mais c'est un bon séjour.
