Had a wonderful stay as a couple celebrating our wedding anniversary. The room was spacious, clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff were very accommodating and always greeted us with a smile. The location was convenient, and the amenities made our stay even more relaxing especially the pool🤩. Breakfast was also delicious with plenty of choices. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends🥰 Looking forward to staying here again!

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The lobby was elegant, spacious, and impeccably clean, creating a luxurious first impression. Our room was even more impressive — modern, spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, the linens smelled fresh, and the room offered a stunning view that made every morning feel special. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, always ensuring the room remained tidy and fully stocked. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member we encountered was polite, attentive, and always willing to help. Whether it was assisting with our luggage, giving recommendations for nearby attractions, or responding quickly to requests, the service consistently went above and beyond. It’s rare to find a hotel where every employee genuinely seems to care about the guests’ experience. The amenities were also outstanding. The swimming pool area was relaxing and beautifully maintained, perfect for both families and couples. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious food with a wide variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The breakfast buffet in particular was excellent, offering both local and international dishes that were fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere throughout the property was peaceful, relaxing, and ideal for a much-needed getaway. The location of the hotel was another major advantage. It was conveniently situated near popular tourist spots, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a quiet and comfortable retreat at the end of the day. Overall, our stay was truly memorable, and I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Everything — from the cleanliness and facilities to the outstanding hospitality — was top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and exceptional service. Pretty good - no major problems. The food in their restaurant was surprisingly good and not more expensive than those at the SM mall. SM is a short walk over the sky bridge where there are many places to walkabout ...

We are locals of Iloilo and always on staycation in several hotels in the city. This is the first time we stayed in citadines  mngt in the city which formerly amigo terrace hotel.  We booked 2 rooms for week end stay. Room is nice, comfortable. Location is great. Staffs are warm and friendly.  Breakfast is rubbish ! Boom panis! Yes , the fried rice is spoiled not just normal spoil but it’s webbed liquid. For sure it’s over a day or stored completely out of temperature. To align with similar 4 stars in the city in terms of food, this hotel is behind. Limited selection charging of 400 pesos for breakfast, agree that this is cheap also compare to other hotels.  The whole family didn’t enjoyed the breakfast, we ate but with the doubt of unsafe food.

Their breakfast meal isnt satisfying, always have the same food as in 3 consecutive breakfast always egg and chorizo/longganisa. The tap water is so chlorinated you can smell and feel the chlorine over your body. Overall, its okay. Thank you!

The room is great. Location is near SM City Iloilo, walking distance. Near the diversion road, didn’t expect that our room has a refrigerator, microwave, sink and even a dining table. Just like a pad. We stayed at Bangkok room, just so know the free wifi can’t reach the room though.

Budget-friendly and very accessible location, perfect for travelers who just need a place to rest. The air-conditioning works well and keeps the room cold. Don’t expect luxury, but it delivers the basics for the price. Rooms are simple, so it’s better not to bring heavy luggage, although the staff are very helpful and will assist in bringing your bags to your room. The team is warm, accommodating, and easy to approach. They also offer cold beverages at the counter, which is convenient, and provide drop-off service starting at 7:00 AM. Overall, a good option for short stays and budget travelers looking for convenience and friendly service.

Le personnel était ami et utile depuis la salle d'édition de la jeunesse est peut-être émettre sa AC, donc je lui ai demandé de vérifier et elle a fait pero la même padain, donc elle a décidé de transférer mon ami à une autre chambre. L'emplacement est bon malapit sa mall mais sur les données de nettoyage OK sya depuis toujours kami nag séjour dito peut-être kulang na sila sa personnel qui est pourquoi d'autres zones sont hindi OK mais c'est un bon séjour.
