PPriedu34My stay at Richmonde Hotel Iloilo was truly excellent and exceeded my expectations in every aspect. As a business traveler, I greatly appreciated the hotel’s strategic location, which made it very convenient to access nearby establishments, meeting venues, restaurants, and transportation options.
The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. From the lobby to the guest room, every area was spotless, fresh, and very well maintained. The room was comfortable, organized, and provided a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of work.
The service was one of the highlights of my stay. The staff were consistently warm, courteous, professional, and attentive to every request. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the team made sure that all my needs were promptly addressed.
I was also impressed with the hotel amenities. The facilities were complete, functional, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and productivity. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable, the room amenities were sufficient, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was quiet and conducive for rest and work.
Overall, Richmonde Hotel Iloilo provided a seamless, comfortable, and satisfying experience. I highly recommend this hotel to fellow business travelers and even leisure guests looking for quality accommodation in Iloilo. I would definitely love to stay here again.

Our room was even more impressive — modern, spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, the linens smelled fresh, and the room offered a stunning view that made every morning feel special. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, always ensuring the room remained tidy and fully stocked.
One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member we encountered was polite, attentive, and always willing to help. Whether it was assisting with our luggage, giving recommendations for nearby attractions, or responding quickly to requests, the service consistently went above and beyond. It’s rare to find a hotel where every employee genuinely seems to care about the guests’ experience.
The amenities were also outstanding. The swimming pool area was relaxing and beautifully maintained, perfect for both families and couples. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious food with a wide variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The breakfast buffet in particular was excellent, offering both local and international dishes that were fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere throughout the property was peaceful, relaxing, and ideal for a much-needed getaway.
The location of the hotel was another major advantage. It was conveniently situated near popular tourist spots, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a quiet and comfortable retreat at the end of the day.
Overall, our stay was truly memorable, and I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Everything — from the cleanliness and facilities to the outstanding hospitality — was top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and exceptional service. We will definitely be returning in the future and are already looking forward to our next stay.

UUtilisateur anonymeL'hôtel est situé à proximité de SM ililo et il y a beaucoup de choix de nourriture bon marché à l'extérieur et à l'intérieur de l'hôtel.
Nous nous inquiétons de ce que les murs soient fines et en plomb, que nous pouvons facilement entendre les conversations et la télévision des voisins.
Service et nettoyage est OK, parking est très limité

The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the location is top-tier — right in the heart of downtown Iloilo. The resto-bar on the second floor is great, and the staff there showed the kind of warm Ilonggo hospitality we’re all proud of. I commend the step to help the environment. Their is a refiling jar of water inside the room, DBest!
But since this was my first stay, there were a few things I really noticed:
1. I booked specifically requesting a single bed. I was given a room with two beds instead.
2. I also requested a quiet room, yet I was placed on the same floor as the swimming pool — and that night there was a big party going on until 9 PM.
3. I didn’t expect a fancy view since I booked a lower-priced room, but natural light is a basic comfort. Unfortunately, I couldn’t even open my curtains because people outside, from the pool, could directly see into my room.
4. And the worst part: while I was resting, another guest opened my room with their key card. Absolutely not okay.
I understand the hotel was fully booked, but that shouldn’t be used as an excuse. Front desk staff should still be trained to handle guest requests properly and ensure room safety — especially safety.
Should a guest really have to pray the hotel isn’t full just to avoid these issues?
Despite everything, I’m willing to give them another try. I know they can do better — and I hope the next stay reflects the level of service Citadines is known for.

Le chauffage d'eau AC et le WiFi sont forts.
Reste pour 5N feuilles et serviettes sont servies par eux-mêmes.
Les chambres n'ont jamais été servies.
Les salles de bains sont des normes minimales comme un séjour à la maison.
Le petit déjeuner local est disponible dans un styrofoam préemballé et un café 3-1.
Flux libre d'un distributeur d'eau.
Convenientment situé près de Festival Walk et un petit café avec machine à espresso.

EEmmanyLe personnel était ami et utile depuis la salle d'édition de la jeunesse est peut-être émettre sa AC, donc je lui ai demandé de vérifier et elle a fait pero la même padain, donc elle a décidé de transférer mon ami à une autre chambre. L'emplacement est bon malapit sa mall mais sur les données de nettoyage OK sya depuis toujours kami nag séjour dito peut-être kulang na sila sa personnel qui est pourquoi d'autres zones sont hindi OK mais c'est un bon séjour.
