I booked a cheap hotel as I only needed it to sleep and shower in as I was out everyday. You pay for what you get. However the amount of stress caused on check in I was not prepared for. I understand reservations may not appear for many different reasons so I have more patience and understanding than most, however to be told on check in there’s a piece of scrap paper saying I’ve been moved to another hotel 40mins drive away, when I was told their was rooms available, with no proper documentation and I have to pay for the taxi and somehow claim it back from some person tomorrow, then met with a shoulder shrug when I said no just isn’t ok. I spent all evening trying to sort out the check in. Communication failed terribly in this occasion. I was left to sit and basically deal with my reservation myself for 4 1/2 hours talking to the company I booked with, not knowing If I was getting a room here or not and looking for other places to stay. To find out there was a problem with the payment, which if I was told from the beginning it could have been dealt with a lot quicker and reduced the stress of trying to be sent to another hotel, not knowing if they actually had my booking. A lot of reassurance points were missed. Which wasn’t a great start to my holiday. However on another note, This hotel has huge potential and I don’t think the owners realise. It just needs some some TLC, with its location being 5mins from the airport, the beach out side, ***** of restaurants 30 seconds away, volley ball, water sports on the beach out front and 2mins walk from the bus stop to larnaka centre (or 30/40min walk) and only a 5min walk to the salt lake. The actual hotel needs some love and work to it. With the partnership it has with last minute.com and potentially others, it could do really well and stand a very good chance in the market. Just some advice , Get the pool and upstairs bar fixed so it’s suitable for leisure guests when they come next summer. As it stands you wouldn’t be able to relax in the hotel during the day. The lobby area is lovely and spacious, the decorations and branding is simplistic which is nice. The outside of the hotel looks lovely with the huge flamingo. Do up the bedrooms, get the showers fixed, re paint, fix the door handles , make it look fresh like the photos advertised. When you get more guests coming , then focus on re designing the breakfast buffet, so there’s more of a selection. Then focus on customer service and making it feel warm. Let people aware you have made changes and ask the guests to leave reviews, better your chances of new business and more money. As people read reviews before staying. Look at the surrounding market and competition, what are your USP’s ?, where do you stand out?. It’s such a shame to see a hotel with potential go to waste. I hope the owners see this and start to put some love into the hotel.

J'ai eu quelques problèmes avec mon vol et j'arrive très tard à l'hôtel. J'ai été surpris de constater que l'hôtel Livadhiotis ne facturait qu'une nuit au lieu de deux. Et pour être honnête, toutes mes réservations précédentes ont été débitées avant même mon séjour mais c'est la première fois que la somme est retirée pendant mon séjour ! Je me suis senti très apprécié en tant qu'humain ! L'hôtel Livadhiotis est un hôtel très respectueux : le personnel est très serviable et professionnel. La chambre et les toilettes sont très propres, le lit est confortable et la climatisation est intelligente ! Le petit déjeuner est parfait ! Vous pouvez trouver des boissons chaudes et de nombreuses sortes de jus de fruits, des croissants, différentes sortes de fromages, du jambon, du pain, de la confiture, des légumes et des fruits. Vous pouvez également prendre un petit-déjeuner anglais : œufs, bacon, hot dogs... L'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellent ! Près de la plage et à quelques pas de l'église Lazare ! En bref, c'est le meilleur endroit où séjourner !

Nous avons réservé une suite de haut niveau et il était étonnant avec un salon et une chambre avec un lit très confortable. La grande salle de bains dispose d'une douche grande et d'une baignoire de jacuzzi. La décoration était magnifique et les graffiti étaient excellents. Le petit déjeuner a été très bon et le bar a été confortable, le service était bon et les prix étaient raisonnables. Ayant dit que nous pouvions parker là et bien que nous soyons bloqués dans le personnel, ils étaient très utiles et nous avons fait en sorte que la voiture soit déplacée. Le personnel était très bon et utile, et bien que l'hôtel n'ait pas le droit de la mer, il est une courte promenade même pour quelqu'un de mauvais gêne (qui me semble être à l'heure actuelle).

Super hôtel en bord de mer. Toutes les chambres ne disposent pas d'un balcon, d'un réfrigérateur, d'un sèche-cheveux, d'une bouilloire. L'hôtel n'est pas encore délabré. Frais et agréable. Il est très pratique de prendre le bus 425 depuis l'aéroport de Larnaca. Le prix de ce voyage est de 1,50 Euros. Il est préférable d'avoir une chambre avec vue sur la mer, car par contre, toutes les chambres donnent sur la route. Inconvénient : Il y a une salle juste au dessus du restaurant. Nous savons qu'à cause de cela, la cuisine ouvre la fenêtre pendant la cuisson. Par conséquent, la pièce sent et n'a pas d'odeur, c'est-à-dire que la cuisine sent. Il est très difficile de fermer la porte du balcon, sinon l'odeur de la cuisine dans la pièce augmentera. Demandez des chambres aussi éloignées que possible de la cuisine. Nous sommes obsolètes en mars (2020). Ils prennent le petit déjeuner et le dîner. Le petit déjeuner est bon, mais le dîner est à la carte, il faut choisir un plat dans le menu. Il s'agit principalement de restauration rapide. Peut-être que le dîner et le petit-déjeuner de saison sont également des buffets. Je ne connais pas la désignation.

I stayed at Sveltos Hotel in Oroklini for a week in October together with a group of 8 who were visiting Cyprus for a cycling week. I was the only non-cyclist in the group. We arrived mid-evening, tired. Check-in was quick and easy and we were offered a welcome drink. My husband and I were given room 215. The room was modern, comfortable, spacious with ample storage space and plenty of room to set down our suitcases. There was a large wardrobe and some shelves. The room had air con, free Wi-Fi, tea/coffee making facilities, large bottle of mineral water (which was replenished each day), telephone, room safe, large wall mounted TV, mini fridge, ironing board (with iron available on request, I think). Most of the sockets in the room take English style plugs without the need of an adaptor. The room had a small balcony with a table and two chairs. The temperatures in October was around 30 degrees each day but our balcony was often in the shade which was just perfect. Our room faced the main road so was a little noisy during the rush-hour. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room facing the pool at the back. The bathroom was spacious and modern with a walk in shower, lots of shelf space to set down your bathroom bag, etc. There was a hairdryer and a few complimentary toiletries. The hotel’s public areas were modern and inviting. There was an indoor bar, outdoor bar (offering well-priced cocktails with happy hour each evening). There was a good sized pool and a children’s pool. There were ample loungers for sunbathing and a lot of tables and chairs outdoors for eating and drinking. There is a pool menu which was very good and well-priced. The restaurant is on the ground floor where we had breakfast each morning. There was an ample choice of hot and cold buffet. Dinner was €18 per person for three courses. We found that food portions in Cyprus were usually quite large. The hotel has a gym which was quite small but well stocked with a good selection of equipment. The hotel offers 2 or 3 excursions most days. I took 3 excursions during my stay and they were good and well-priced. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and accommodating of our group.

ROOM: We stayed in Room 504, so this review is based on that; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; VIEW: Sweet view of the cityscape from the nice balcony attached to the room; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting us to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Good Spa quality Toiletries FACILITIES: Compact Gym with a basic range of weights and Cardio machines good enough for a decent workout. Hôtel idéalement placé, proche de la plage et du centre de ville. La chambre agréable et spacieuse, répond à tous les critères pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, avec en plus une bonne literie et une grande salle de bain. De plus l’insonorité intérieure et extérieure est vraiment bien. Le petit déjeuner était riche et bon, avec une agréable vue sur la ville. L’hôtel offre également une piscine sur le toit. Le personnel était sympathique et à parfaitement répondu à nos demandes. Un très bon rapport qualité prix.

Le restaurant est très confortable et très confortable. Si quelqu'un comme moi, aime les chats, ce serait un hôtel parfait pour eux, car il y a des chats de rue qui sont soignés localement près d'une zone verte, qui garde les rats et les bugs loin.
