Cet hôtel me donne un meilleur sentiment. Idéalement situé à flanc de colline, des trains et des voies peuvent être vus en face de l'hôtel. Bien que les installations de l'hôtel soient un peu vieilles, les chambres sont propres et bien rangées, les salles de bain sont grandes et les salles de bain sont confortables. Le petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel est particulièrement copieux, varié et élégant, à 11 £/personne. Le service de la réception est également poli.

Hôtel confortable et à proximité des lieux de visite. Chambre très agréable. Il faut préciser que le metro passe tout près, pratique mais un peu bruyant la journée , nous ne l’avons pas entendu la nuit, il ne circulait pas. Un étage élevé permet peut-être d’atténuer la nuisance. Petit déjeuner correct et personnel sympathique. Trés bon séjour

L'hôtel est très grand et très beau, la décoration est très belle à la porte. Le service du personnel de l'hôtel est très bon et ils sont tous très aimables. Ma chambre est également très grande et je suis très aimable avec le style de la chambre, les toilettes sont très aimables. Il y a un peu d'hôtel à un peu de distance du centre-ville, je suis revenu à Uber. En plus de cela, c'est une expérience de voyage très mignonne.

Que dire?... La localisation du DILLY est top, on est sur Picadilly, Regent Street au coin de la rue. Reception efficace et très aimable à mon arrivée. Et c'est à peu près tout... Ils prétendent etre un 5 étoiles ??? Je dirais que le niveau de prestations est 2 étoiles. J'ai eu une tres grande chambre, avec 2 salles de bain (intérêt ?) mais... moquette usée, canapé fatigué, une salle de bains est en fait inutilisable (chauffage bloqué, il fait 45 degrés!), finalement pas mal qu'il y en aie une 2ème, j'ai 2 fenetres mais elles donnent sur un mur et de toute facon elles sont opaques, grosse impression d'etre dans une cave... La clim dans la chambre ne fonctionne pas vraiment du coup j'ai dû ouvrir la fenetre pour pouvoir dormir, en plein centre de Londres pas ideal... Buffet du petit-dejeuner correct (salé très bien mais peu de choix en fruits) . Les parties communes ne sont pas nickel (les ascenseurs sont sales dès 8h00 le matin, la salle du petit-déjeuner ne doit pas souvent voir un aspirateur...). 22h15 plus personne ne répond à la réception... Je ne râle pas en général mais 5 étoiles à ce prix, hum hum... C'est déja beaucoup pour justifier que je ne reviendrai pas.

Bel hôtel dans un endroit magnifique, le personnel très accueillant avant même d'entrer à l'intérieur, ils sont à l'extérieur souriant et vous accueillent, faisant ce qu'ils peuvent pour vous aider. La réception et le concierge sont fantastiques, les cas livrés dans notre chambre presque instantanément. Le bar-restaurant et le thé de l'après-midi étaient à 100/100, nous reviendrons à coup sûr, nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison

L'emplacement est assez bon, l'apparence est également bonne, ressemble à une très vieille maison, l'état de santé général, une mauvaise isolation phonique, partageant le son de la salle de douche de la salle de bain. Si vous ne sortez pas seul, vous n'êtes pas obligé de choisir un endroit où le prix n'est pas élevé. Je ne devrais pas choisir à nouveau la prochaine fois.

The booking and check-in was very smooth. The lobby is impressive with a 24-hour front desk service. We checked in late in the night and were very impressed with the generously size 3 bedroom apartment with four full bathrooms. Our family of four became six after two nights and five for the next few days. In the last four days we were only four people in this huge apartment. All was going well until the day… Our grandson came back from London Zoo with face paint which we later decided to remove before he went to bed. We used one of the towels (wetting it) and got the paint out. Agreed that 1/20th of the towel was stained which is typical but having done that several times back home, we knew it needed just one wash for the colour to get off the towels. My husband got a call a few hours later on the apartment phone, from one of the reception staff by the name of Mr. Krzysztof, telling him that there was blood on the towel and it was ruined. Several points to make here- when you assume something or go on heresay you always give the other accused party a chance to respond. My husband told him it was face paint but Mr. Krzysztof stood his ground also ignoring the black paint that was with the red paint (spider man theme ). Secondly, he did not ask how the guest was if he had seen “so much blood”. He could not be bothered and said we had to compensate for the towel! I went downstairs a little while later and had a conversation with him in a stern tone but never raising my voice. He refused to believe me so I asked to speak with the manager. He called the manager and told him that I was screaming in the lobby. The second staff at the front desk is proof to the fact that I did not raise my voice. Viola! The manager voiced the same words as Mr. Krzysztof and said it was blood! All based on what was told to them by housekeeping who did not speak a word of English. I told him that this was a insignificant cost to the company if at all the towel was ruined and he said it was not as they were “a small company” and could not absorb the cost. I didn’t know that there were many meanings to the term “small company”. It also meant that you had to go to front desk to get extra sheets, you are given only seven towels as that is the number of maximum guests allowed in the apartment of that size and no more (they actually made me go and check how many towels and hand towels I had and report back to them so they could decide if I could have more) and also, all the toiletries are just a starter kit as per the manager. You have to then use your own and nothing is replenished. There was one day that two towels were not replaced in one of the bathrooms and they refused to believe me that the towels were not replaced. What is it with these towels! The conversation ended with me asking them to wash the towel and see the outcome. A wet towel came back to me a little while later, with tiny smears of red still on them. I washed it in the apartment , completely back to its sh
