Meilleurs hôtels avec spas à Lugano

Cet établissement est idéalement situé. A deux pas d'un arrêt de bus et proche de la gare. Mieux vaut disposer d'une chambre côté piscine pour profiter de la vue panoramique et être au calme. Côté rue, c'est nettement plus bruyant! Bon accueil du personnel, bon petit déjeuner buffet, ormis le café qui n'est pas terrible. Cet hôtel est un peu vieillissant et mériterait un rafraîchissement. Le prix des chambres est un peu surfait.

Tout était parfait. Le service, la gastronomie, la literie, l'emplacement. Les attentions offertes à l'occasion de mon anniversaire. L'apéritif pris au Piazzetta avec musique d'ambiance douce, vue sur le lac. Un moment innoubliable. Un endroit absolument fantastique !

Nous avons passé un week-end dans ce magnifique hôtel, idéalement situé au bord du lac. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par un personnel au petit soins! … et ceci même si nous avons séjourné avec un bon « QoQa ». Notre grande et belle chambre disposait d’une terrasse avec une très belle vue sur le jardin et le lac. L’hôtel dispose aussi d’un deck privé qui donne directement sur le lac avec de nombreuses chaises longues, un vrai luxe! Le repas pris au restaurant de l’hôtel était très bon. Le second soir, nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir tester le restaurant gastronomique de l’hôtel « Arte al Lago », un vrai délice! Le personnel était très agréable et on sentait une belle cohésion d’équipe. Un séjour palace avec un esprit famille!!

Chambre vraiment très spacieuse et propre, penderie pratique, lit confortable, joli balcon donnant sur la piscine, mais vue et dégagement malheureusement masqués par des arbres trop hauts. Grande piscine avec des chaises longues et parasols, et du personnel nous installant des matelas. Serviettes fournies à la piscine. Emplacement calme dans les hauts de Lugano, avec navette gratuite pour le centre-ville pour les clients des 3 résidences Leopoldo. Peu de places de parc extérieures. Personnel très chaleureux et serviable, tant à la réception qu’au restaurant. Un bémol, le prix du buffet (CHF 75) est à mon avis exagéré, comme un peu tous les prix au restaurant. Buffet du petit-déjeuner très bien avec des fruits frais, du yoghourts, des céréales, des pains variés, de la tresse, des œufs, du lard etc. Je recommande cet hôtel pour un séjour au calme.

This could have been a good hotel, albeit quite pricy, but somehow justifiable through its location. But unfortunately I had the WORST ever experience I ever had in any hotel, anywhere. On the good part: Good location in Paradiso, on the promenade, 15 min walk on the promenade to the center of Lugano. Nice lobby, good breakfast and friendly staff (at the breakfast, and partly at the reception). But the good stuff ended here. This stay was part of a multi-city trip with three stays and I simply forgot at check-in time that the booking was actually for lake side-view room. We arrived and completed check-in by 2:30. The lady at the front-desk told us the room is not ready and we need to wait till 3pm. I asked her kindly if she can check with the housekeeping if room is ready, being only 30 min left till 3pm, but she just told ”no, it's not”. Then I asked her to give us a lake or at least lake-side view, but she told that the hotel is fully booked and our room is with pool view. We didn't wanted to wait till the room is ready, so we just left the luggage and got to the city. We returned at the hotel late, by 9:30 - 10pm and when we got to the room (I think 315) we had the unpleasant surprise to see the ugly view from the balcony (construction site or quarry). In the bath the stopper was stuck and the sink quickly filled with dirty water. I called the reception to fix, the lady from check-in came but she told there's no-one in the hotel at this hour to fix, and she left. So I had to put my hands into the sink filled with dirty water and take off the stopper. Then we wanted to turn on the TV which didn't worked. I called the reception again, and someone came, took the remote to change its batteries, but the TV didn't started either. So he told the TV might be broken and they try to fix it the next day. I found finally that the TV was stopped actually from the hardware power button, because the remote power button actually didn't worked. All this added to my frustration, and I finally realized that I actually booked a room with lake-side view, which they didn't gave me. So I went to the reception, showed them the actual reservation confirmation and asked again for the room I paid for, which they told they cannot because everything is full. I asked to change my room the next day as booked, or I'll make an official complain to the Tourist Authority. Few minutes later I got a phone call from the reception, telling me there is a manager available, and if he can come to see the room and talk. I said of course. My mistake! At the door arrived the lady who checked me in, accompanied by a person, who stepped int the room and asked me what is the problem. I started to tell him we are booked for a side-lake view but we didn't it, but he interrupted me and started to raise his voice, telling why I keep complaining! What I don't like about the room? Isn't the furniture new and the walls newly painted? I told I never complained about what he says, I just want to get

Excellent dans l'ensemble! Absolutement merveilleux (seulement accessible avec un taxi) jour ou nuit! Une magnifique chambre DeLuxe avec vue sur la mer! La taille, les matériaux de la plus haute qualité et le design le plus fine. La cuisine est excellente dans le Bistro, car il est entièrement réservé dans le restaurant! Malheureusement, une nuit seulement a.Gr. de beaucoup de travail aussi à Lugano (visite d'une super vision dans le centre de l'art et de la culture). Le fitness/sauna était malheureusement fermé, mais le spa privé était réservable avant la sortie du dimanche matin...bonne alternative. Les jardins autour du ciel! L'équipe était super professionnel, très aimable et prêt à l'aide. Je suis heureux et rêve de ma prochaine visite à la Villa Leopold ...Recommandable pour les amusants du bien et du bien ...
