Nous avons passé 3 fabuleuses nuit dans le Riad de Sylvie , en plein milieu de la médina de Marrakech mais à l’abris de toute l’agitation. Pleins de charme , dépaysant, des décorations à couper le souffle avec des couleurs typiquement marocaines, les chambres sont spacieuses et décorée avec goût . Le petit déjeuner peut se prendre en terrasse , pleins soleil , ou dans leur restaurant cosy avec une carte varier. Première fois à Marrakech , et on a vecu une expérience inoubliable grâce à Sylvie qui était toujours à l’écoute , sympathique, & qui proposait pleins d’activités diverses & variés dans le Riad ainsi qu’en dehors . A très vite .

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce riad. Endroit très calme et très agréable. A deux pas de la place. Tout est fait pour se sentir bien. Personnels très accueillants, souriants, qui répondent à vos attentes. Le déjeuner servi sur la terrasse vue place, ou bien en salle, très copieux et très grand choix . Jus d'orange et un autre betterave, ou concombre. Omelettes selon notre choix. Thé a la menthe bien servi. Les chambres sont très confortables et très calme. Attention cependant pas d ascenseur. Piscine située sur le toit au calme. Peignoir dans la chambre. Tres bon produit cosmétiques. .avons passé un agréable séjour . Nous vous remercions pour votre accueil chaleureux et vous souhaitons une bonne continuation a vous tous merci .

Très bel hôtel. Piscines très agréables et spacieuses. La piscine sur le toit est très sympathique, on a l’impression d’être en pleine médina et en même temps c’est très reposant. La piscine du bas est très grande mais il y a pas mal de bruit en général. Nous avons eu la du à ce d’être surclassé à notre arrivée, ce qui était vraiment très plaisant. Le service est très bien, toutefois le petit déjeuner est de qualité mais le choix est assez restreint et c’est ce qui nous a le plus déçu. En bref une très bonne expérience :)

Localisation : Situé dans la vieille ville du Maroc. L'aéroport est à 30 euros pour un taxi. Mais l'aller-retour n'a coûté que 7 euros. Environnement extérieur: dans la vieille ville à 2 km de YSL Garden taxi au passé 30 Dirham Au fait, l'hôtel peut vendre des billets pour le jardin Coupe-file Digne d'éloges Cependant, l'environnement dans la vieille ville est vraiment sale et malodorant, veuillez donc porter un masque. Environnement interne : relativement petit, escaliers qui montent et descendent, installations en général, moustiques, vers, bon, piscine ne sait pas nager pendant les repas, 3 repas par jour, presque pas de temps Repas : Sans parler de cet hôtel, vous pouvez perdre 2 kilos en 3 jours au Maroc Hahahaha blague est juste désagréable

Superbe Riad ... superbe accueil... superbe emplacement...que demander de plus ! Nous rentrons d'un séjour de 5 jours et 4 nuits au Riad ! Nous étions 8 adultes... excellente prestation, belles chambres très bien tenues et le petit dej local très copieux sur le roof ...un pur bonheur...alors merci au personnel, Simo, Ibrahim et son frère, et Abdou..pour leur accueil et bienveillance..nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre 4eme séjour dans ce Riad ...en plein coeur de la Médina proche de la place de Jemma el fna ! Allez y les yeux fermés ! Et nous y retournerons..c'est certain ! 👍

First of all we organised a car from the hotel to pick us up at the airport. After waiting for 50 minutes and making 3 attempts to contact the hotel we got our own taxi. The taxi dropped us at the entrance to the Medina which was a 30 minute walk to our hotel dragging suitcases over cobbled streets in the dark 10 pm. We had to pay a guide to get us to the hotel and when we got there he wanted €20 and was very threatening. Not a good start to our stay. The hotel manager then lied saying we hadn’t given them our flight details and another lied saying the car was there. The room was a decent size and the bed was large as described. The biggest problem was that it was very noisy, the stairs were right outside our door so no peace at all. Noisy footsteps until late at night and then starting again early in the morning. The breakfast area was also just outside our room so also a noisy area. Now to be fair they did keep apologising for not picking us up from the airport after I had to prove to them that they had confirmed my booking of their taxi and also gave us a couple of drinks each. We were do to go back to the hotel four days later for one night, our experience was so bad that we cancelled and paid the cancellation cost.

Nous venons de passer 5 nuits au Riad Eloise (avec des taxis depuis et vers l'aéroport organisés par Alain et le coût (raisonnable) ajouté à la facture finale.) Nous avons également organisé des visites de musées et des excursions d'une journée à travers le Riad, ce qui a rendu les choses très simples. . Le Riad est joliment décoré et impeccablement propre et il est devenu notre deuxième maison pendant notre séjour. Abdel nous a très bien accueillis (car Alain était absent au début) et nous a donné des recommandations sur ce qu'il fallait voir et où manger. et nous avons dîné 2 au Riad après des journées de visites bien remplies. La cuisine était superbe avec des épices subtiles et, à 25 euros pour un repas de 3 plats, très raisonnable. Les petits déjeuners sur le balcon étaient délicieux chaque jour, avec des gâteaux et des crêpes marocains frais, des yaourts, des fruits frais et des jus de fruits, etc. Nous ne pouvons vraiment pas en dire assez pour recommander cet endroit. Cela a absolument FAIT nos vacances. Merci à TOUT le personnel qui a contribué à créer une oasis de calme pour nous quatre au milieu de la merveilleuse agitation de Marrakech.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce beau riad. Un oasis de calme en plein coeur du tumulte de la Médina. Très bien placé pour visiter les lieux d'intérêts. Tous les employés sont très souriants, chaleureux et serviables. Le petit déjeuner change tous les matins et c'est délicieux. Je recommande vivement
