Gem of a hotel in Melbourne, with all the facilities you'd expect, pool, bar, food, access to parking next door, in the heart of the city without being too busy. The staff were exceptional and the nice touch's made our visit, just that little bit better. Complimentary drinks, chips, lollies, pretzels etc, was a welcome change. All in all, a memorable visit for my 60th birthday.

Gorgeous stay at this lovely hotel. It was my birthday and it was great to be able to check in early when we got there just after 12 noon. Our room was fantastic, the bed and linens divine and the bathroom huge with lovely gels, soaps etc. We had booked afternoon tea and it was superb with some more unusual sweet offerings. Cocktails and a cheese platter later that night when we returned from seeing some Comedy Festival acts capped our night off beautifully. We had a late checkout so plenty of time to enjoy the fantastic breakfast with everything you'd expect to be on offer. It looked like there was a delicious make-your-own pho-style soup for vegans available too. The staff were terrific. A number of them had little badges on that advised they were in training but you'd never know - service from everyone was polished, pleasant and efficient. Truly service to a high standard worthy of this lovely property. Yes, there's a big building site next door as a new underground station is being constructed - dont let that put you off, you'd never know it was going on once you are inside. No doubt that this is our new favourite hotel in Melbourne - a truly polished but warm and friendly offering to high standard.

It’s an old hotel and needs upgrading. Pool area is a disaster, dull and ugly. Very outdated decor. Hallway dark and gloomy. The bedroom was worn out. Bed head material was coming apart. Not a 5 star hotel and definitely not value for money. There are much newer and cheaper hotels in Melbourne with better amenities. The one thing that was fabulous was the breakfast. Amazing variety, wonderful staff and lovely ambience. The location of the hotel is also great and convenient as it is close to amazing restaurants and bars. The pillows were also comfortable.

La chambre était propre et bien rangée. Chaque jour, il y avait des gens qui nettoyaient les panneaux. Comme dans les autres hôtels, il n'y a pas de pantoufles, de brosses à dents et la bouilloire est à demander à la réception. Quoi qu'il en soit, nous avons acheté l'eau nous-mêmes. L'hôtel est très bien à côté de Chinatown. C'est facile de marcher

La chambre n'était pas prête pour notre heure de check-in à 14 h. nous nous sommes assis et attendions dans la réception pour approximativement 20 minutes et le gestionnaire nous a apporté notre carte de chambre. La chambre était très déçue, la surface supérieure de la salle de bain avait une grosse bouteille qui avait été écrasée, les portes de la cuve étaient endommagées, l'écran de douche est sorti du cadre quand il s'est glissé, ce qui était très sale. La chambre était très chaude et sale. L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. Il y avait beaucoup de travaux de construction, ce qui signifie qu'il n'y avait qu'un ascenseur à chaque tour et il a fallu pour toujours un ascenseur à venir, ce qui signifie souvent que nous devions attendre plus longtemps pour qu'il quitte les gens et revienne à nous. Il y avait un signe indiquant que l'ascenseur de service pouvait être utilisé mais il n'était pas agréable de passer dans une zone de tige pour attendre cet ascenseur. Certainement pas le standard que vous attendiez d'un hôtel 5 étoiles. La chambre était sale et des choses comme la baignoire auraient dû être corrigées avant que quelqu'un se plaigne. Il n'y avait pas de nouveaux dommages, il a juste confirmé que le niveau était bas là. Nous avons réservé ce week-end spécial avec la famille et nous avons vraiment traité nous-mêmes de rester dans un hôtel 5 étoiles, mais si nous avions réservé un hébergement plus cher Nous avons vu que ce n'était pas pire que cela.

Les seules défaillances - ma chambre n'a pas été servie la première nuit et les demandes ont pris plus de 20 minutes après la deuxième suite des appels. Le lendemain, j'ai mis une carte sur le lit pour demander un linge modifié. Mais le linge n'a pas été modifié, le verre a été retiré de la chambre et n'a pas rempli les sacs de thé. Il a fallu 3 fois pour le faire. La partie positive - j'aime la conception, la localisation et la propreté. C'est un moment très difficile pour l'industrie de l'hospitalité de recruter la personne à droite pour le bon travail. garder le bon travail - Entretien de maisons. J'espère que ma prochaine visite aura un meilleur service.

Great location in Melbourne CBD! close to transport and food, walking distance all around the city. Stayed here for 4 nights, upgraded to a studio King Room with kitchen facilities. Room was spacious and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Lots of building works going on outside but no street noise. Value for money! Date of stay: February 2024

Stayed here as a Diamond Ambassador in an iconic suite - Check in experience was great, warm welcome, benefits acknowledged and welcome drink provided. Amazing room, ridiculous amount of space, comfortable bed, great little office/working area. Unfortunately, the general level of service/care factor is lacking especially when staying in a room costing over 1k a night! One of my complimentary water bottles was open/used and about half empty, yuck. Later that day I wanted to use my $25 credit on the minibar 200ml bottle of gin (which is listed as inclusive of 4 mixers). Gin was missing from the mini bar I couldn't find it. Called down to reception to ask if it was by request, they assured me it should be there and would send someone up. Waited 2 hours and no one came which frustrated me as I was waiting so called down again and was assured someone was on the way. Someone did arrive with a huge bag full of everything except the gin. When questioned didn't seem to know what I was talking about, I had to point to it on the minibar menu and was met with a very confused expression, he left. Then about 30 minutes later a different person arrives with the gin bottle, success. However upon checkout there were a bunch of mini bar items charged which I hadn't consumed, and in fact were not even missing. I hate having to have that conversation but after only 3 words they were ”happy to remove them” which makes me think this isn't an uncommon occurrence. I later noticed that the mixers were charged as well where as they should have been included with the gin purchase cost, but I couldn't be bothered wasting my time to try and sort it out. Club lounge service was attentive but did fill up and get quite busy in the evenings however my drink was always topped up and the staff there were friendly and engaging. Temperature control seems non-existent in the room and I'm convinced it makes no difference what you set it to. I had my do not disturb on until mid morning, so as I was leaving for the day dropped by reception and said I may have missed housekeeping and could they have someone make up the room. Arrived back a few hours later and it hadn't been done. All up a real mixed bag here, but can't help feel my simple requests were a bother and inconvenience.

Location was perfect to stroll along Yarra River and adventure a good food with so many choices of fine restaurants. The room we booked was perfect view even just stay in the room we can relaxing just enjoy the Yarra River and city of Melbourne. Definitely will be back money well spent

La chambre est spacieuse et confortable, Installations : pratiquement complètes, Hygiène : propre et bien rangé Environnement : Animé aux alentours Service : Bon service Leurs steaks sont délicieux et ils se trouvent juste à l'extérieur du centre-ville. Les sites pittoresques sont accessibles à pied. Vous pouvez également prendre la ligne ferroviaire gratuite 35 autour de la ligne centrale pour rejoindre les sites pittoresques, les centres commerciaux centraux et les gares. Très pratique.

L'hôtel est confortablement situé au cœur de Melbourne, près du quartier espagnol, du centre de Bourke Street et d'autres centres commerciaux. Les chambres sont de bonne taille avec des chambres modernes et des lits confortables. Il y a une chaudière et un petit réfrigérateur. La salle de bains a une baignoire avec douche, donc si vous avez des questions de mobilité, il n'est pas pour vous. Il n'y a pas de chemin de fer à supporter quand on entre ou sort, ce qui la rend dangereuse, surtout quand elle est en train de slipper. La chambre était très calme et dispose d'un air conditionné. En général, nous resterions ici encore, même si le manque de pouvoir voir à l'extérieur n'était pas idéal, et si vous restiez plus d'une nuit, cela pourrait être une question.

La chambre était très petite. Les toilettes d'hôtel n'ont été fournies que sur demande. Le personnel de réception n'a pas très main sur les politiques de l'hôtel. Le flacon d'eau et de cookies ont été donnés lors de l'enregistrement. Plus tard, lorsque nous avons demandé le même service, le receveur du changement de nuit a dit qu'il coûtera AUD5.00 par bouteille. La chambre est très confortable et très confortable.

We booked a quick trip to Melbourne for the footy. Because it was only 1 night we booked only a basic king room, and I also wanted to avoid a noisy 09 room. Arrived at reception to be informed they had upgraded us to an 09 room. I told the check in agent I did not want that room, despite it being an upgrade, and would be quite happy with the original room booked. She insisted on contacting the manager and they eventually moved us to an executive suite. This was a large and comfortable room, excellent bathroom and shower and comfortable bed. We did not notice any loud noise from Swanston Street from this suite. Quick trip up to the club lounge for a few drinks and nibbles before footy. Drink selection improved since our last visit and now a selection of spirits is available. Club lounge has nice staff. Breakfast there in the morning was also good. The club lounge has very nice decor. Will be back for 3 nights in August so hopefully will be as enjoyable.

Location: The location of the hotel is very convenient, many sightseeing points and shops are at walking distance (10-15 min). Moreover, there is a plethora of restaurants around the hotel and China Town was also a 10 min away. Cleanliness: Although the room looks clean at first glance, without room service available, the room can get messy and dirty really quick. Moreover the toilet and cooking area are relatively small, which makes everything cramped together and drips everywhere. Another thing to note is that the shower place in the bathroom does not have proper enclosement which will cause water to splash all around when taking a shower to bath, especially the water closet which causes a lot of inconvenience. Service: The staffs at the counter are very helpful and friendly. Not only they were polite but they will help and make your stay as pleasant as possible by assisting you with your needs (extra amenities and beds). General Facilities and amenities: Even though you can always ask for extra amenities from staffs, the facilities ans other services in this hotel is completely lacking. As mentioned, there is no house cleaning service provided nor there are any other recreational facilities such as swimming pool or in house kitchen. Another point to note is that Mentra 100 is not a big hotel, they only provide 1 or 2 room selections. If you are travelling with 4 ppl or above it is best to keep this in mind as some people might need to sleep in the living room given the limited space.

J'avais 4 nuits réservées à l'hôtel Collins le week-end dernier. Chambre bien équipée, propre, mais ... gardez-vous à l'étape élevée dans la salle de bain 😩 et pourquoi laisser un bon jardin dangling pour vouloir quelques nouveaux gants de jardin? Vue de ma chambre était d'un très ancien bâtiment couvert de mousse, moule et oiseaux poo! Evitez les chambres 203, 204, 205😩add dit appartements servis mais NON SERVICE les week-ends! Réception sans attendre à partir de 8h. Une personne de réception n'a pas pu même donner des conseils sur les installations voisines! Peut-être que j'avais utilisé un bon d'annulation de Covid 2.5 yr ancien mon personnage n'était pas bienvenue? Basse occupation donc pourquoi me donner une telle position terrible? mauvaise publicité! Position excellente mais ne croyez pas aux annonces 🥵

Nous avons séjourné au 4e étage samedi soir, 10e chambre, nous sommes arrivés à 2.10 et notre chambre n'était pas prête (nous avions seulement conduisi 4 heures) Le gars de la réception a dit environ une demi-heure et il nous appelera quand il a été lu Nous avons fait un tour et regardé quelques pieds. 3.10 Nous n'avons pas encore appelé, nous avons appelé les appartements et le gars a dit que la chambre serait prête dans 10 minutes. 4 d'entre nous se sont assis pour boire, la plupart des verres de mousse et de vin étaient froids, certains avaient encore des restes de larmes. Nous n'avions pas non plus un toile de thé. J'ai pris 3 des verres les plus sales dans les escaliers pour être remplacé, il ne pouvait trouver que 1 verre propre. 3 ont été relevés plus tard mais étaient sur le point de sortir J'ai joint quelques photos de l'appartement, stupide absolument stupide. Beaucoup de bains endommagés et le sol en dehors de la salle de bains est tout inégal et et tout le tapis était assez détestable Nous avons la chambre avec la fenêtre, la piste était très bruyante, pas beaucoup de sommeil, ensuite, les heures précoces les garages étaient vides avec la plupart des bouteilles qui s'écrasaient et nous réveillent Nous rester très décevant pour dire le moins
