It was my first time in Melby !! And prior to booking my hotel accommodation, I emphasised on value for money for the hotel I was going to stay at and Atlantis Hotel checked all the boxes for me. Location was great, it was just 5 mins to the city via the nearby tram, COLES was just across the street, Spencer Outlet Centre was cool too. Front Office was really prompt in their service upon check-in and lastly, the public transport and overall convenience was excellent. Would def stay here again in the future, mainly because of the great value for money. Great all around !

La jeune femme à la réception était très gentille. J'ai oublié de demander le nom, mais elle était heureuse de nous aider. Même le chariot nous a emprunté pour porter nos bagages. La zone de la chambre est vraiment petite, mais elle est propre et bien rangée. C'est recommandé

Location was perfect to stroll along Yarra River and adventure a good food with so many choices of fine restaurants. The room we booked was perfect view even just stay in the room we can relaxing just enjoy the Yarra River and city of Melbourne. Definitely will be back money well spent

La chambre était propre et spacieuse, la salle de bain était un peu plus vieille et la qualité du produit de la douche (shampooing, lavage de corps, etc) pouvait être améliorée. La réception était très amicale et fait le check-in et le check-out facile. Généralement, un grand séjour.

Le style architectural est très classique, très propre et hygiénique, très proche de la ville, pratique pour aller partout, le service de la dame à la réception est très bon, et les mesures de sécurité sont en place.

Stayed here as a Diamond Ambassador in an iconic suite - Check in experience was great, warm welcome, benefits acknowledged and welcome drink provided. Amazing room, ridiculous amount of space, comfortable bed, great little office/working area. Unfortunately, the general level of service/care factor is lacking especially when staying in a room costing over 1k a night! One of my complimentary water bottles was open/used and about half empty, yuck. Later that day I wanted to use my $25 credit on the minibar 200ml bottle of gin (which is listed as inclusive of 4 mixers). Gin was missing from the mini bar I couldn't find it. Called down to reception to ask if it was by request, they assured me it should be there and would send someone up. Waited 2 hours and no one came which frustrated me as I was waiting so called down again and was assured someone was on the way. Someone did arrive with a huge bag full of everything except the gin. When questioned didn't seem to know what I was talking about, I had to point to it on the minibar menu and was met with a very confused expression, he left. Then about 30 minutes later a different person arrives with the gin bottle, success. However upon checkout there were a bunch of mini bar items charged which I hadn't consumed, and in fact were not even missing. I hate having to have that conversation but after only 3 words they were ”happy to remove them” which makes me think this isn't an uncommon occurrence. I later noticed that the mixers were charged as well where as they should have been included with the gin purchase cost, but I couldn't be bothered wasting my time to try and sort it out. Club lounge service was attentive but did fill up and get quite busy in the evenings however my drink was always topped up and the staff there were friendly and engaging. Temperature control seems non-existent in the room and I'm convinced it makes no difference what you set it to. I had my do not disturb on until mid morning, so as I was leaving for the day dropped by reception and said I may have missed housekeeping and could they have someone make up the room. Arrived back a few hours later and it hadn't been done. All up a real mixed bag here, but can't help feel my simple requests were a bother and inconvenience.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and perfect location. Easily accessible to the public transport and eating points. Great value for the money. Good budget option for a short visit. I would love to come again.

This hotel located in Ringwood and around 30 minutes drive to Yarra valley or Dandenong area. The hotel located above major shopping centre so it’s convenience, location also next to train station. Room are spacious and bed are comfortable. Parking is available for $10 per night. The only downside is they do not provide room cleaning on Sunday so If you stay 2 night like us, from Saturday to Monday, you won’t get the room serviced as they don’t have housekeeper on Sunday. Very strange rule and it was not inform when we made the booking

Le personnel était très utile, il était tout à fait clair qu'il y avait plusieurs nouveaux personnels qui faisaient leur meilleur et apprennent sur le travail, grand à voir dans l'industrie de l'hospitalité. Le personnel a bien corrigé cette situation. Le personnel a été très bien présenté. Je voudrais vraiment voir un sanitaire à la main disponible quand vous sortir les toilettes comme tous les lieux devraient. Un regret je dois marquer cela 4/5, mieux noté 93/100. Bien sûr, restera et dîner encore. 😉

Bon d'abord. Bien que l'hôtel se trouve dans la banlieue près de l'aéroport, les installations environnantes sont très bonnes et pratiques. Le coin est le supermarché, et la rue est McDonald's 24h/24. Parce qu'il est autonome, je ne sais pas comment me rendre à l'aéroport. L'hôtel dispose d'un parking gratuit et il fonctionne. Les serviettes et les draps de douche dans la chambre étaient bons. Pas de chaussons à brosse à dents, des articles de toilette simples. En plus d'être mauvais, vous pouvez détruire toutes les bonnes choses avant. 1. Le lit dans sa maison rend les gens sans sommeil ! Dans notre chambre, il y a deux petits lits simples de 80 cm. Ils sont si petits, ils sont très doux et insupportables, et il y a une sensation d'ondulation quand ils se retournent. Un si petit lit fait tourner les vagues. Glisse vers le bas. 2. Pollution lumineuse causée par les lampadaires lumineux à l'extérieur de la fenêtre la nuit. La lumière fuyait par l'interstice du côté du rideau, et chaque fois que je me retournais, je pensais que c'était l'aube. Un tel environnement de sommeil, je ne peux pas du tout m'endormir et me réveiller chaque fois que je m'endors, provoquant l'effondrement des gens. Voyager et séjourner dans un hôtel, un bon sommeil est la condition la plus élémentaire. Si cela ne peut pas être garanti, cela n'a aucun sens de vivre dans ce magasin.
