Let's start with staying at this awful hotel ruined my entire trip and I had to leave early because they haven't refunded my money AT ALL!!! I'm owed back $1100.00 plus medical costs and the manager doesn't come in or return messages!!! Judy was supposed to credit me today for leaving early, instead she took MORE money out of my account!!! The incompetence of the staff is astounding!! Christine is nasty and should never be a face in customer service with her mouth. Night one, my toddler and I get bit by BEDBUGS!!!!!!!!!! I'm severely allergic and needed MEDICAL attention and medication as did she! I requested money back to move to another hotel and christine screamed at me telling me the manager wasn't in and they have to first check for bugs but proceeded to tell me the guests before me had the same problem in the same room!!!!!!! Obviously wasn't exterminated and even after moving my room no one EVER exterminated so expect bedbugs!!!! I had anxiety the whole time trying to sleep even after being moved and they have taken more money because they don't know how to credit a debit card!!! This is fraud and they're violating contracts with Visa!!!! I asked for the commercial insurance to file a medical claim and have had no response!! I had serious welts and pain after these bites because i'm so allergic!! i'm owed a lot of money, insurance information and an apology!!! I had to spend more just to check out early today to get out of that dump!! Wear socks because the floors are absolutely disgusting and turned our socks black !! Don't waste your money they scam you, don't do the right thing, and better contact me in 24 hours or the health department will know as well. If you want filth, watching the cops there constantly until 2am, anxiety and to be robbed it's your place!! Roger needs to do right by my kids and I!! Messaged him on social media and he ignored us there too!!! FRAUD!!!!! Give me back my $!!!! Get someone there to exterminate! I have medical proof I was bitten up by bedbugs and your own employee eve saw it! Eve also refunded money on the wrong card!??!!! Impossible to get credit on my debit card??

Cynthia gave me excellent customer service! She greeted me as soon as I walked In & made the whole process very simple. I was even having some issues with my Marriott app that no one else was willing to walk me through at the other hotels I stayed at. She is definitely a keeper!!! Can’t wait to come back !!!

Le personnel de la chambre était propre, le bureau était aménagé et le buffet était décent. Ils ont fait le séjour pour le mariage de mon fils confortable et ont aidé à diminuer le niveau de stress. Les props aux employés qui ont travaillé le vendredi/samedi dernier ont fait un grand travail.

L'expérience était grande. Belle chambre. Ayant des feuilles propres et les salles de bains étaient belles. Ils nous ont donné du shampooing et du conditionneur avec du savon de bar. Le chauffage nous a rapidement chauffés. Il est facile de se rendre et de se rendre à l'intérieur.

Le salon était magnifique. La chambre et le lobby étaient très propres et mises à jour. Le lit était confortable et nous avons dormi bien. Je vais certainement rester à cette location encore parce que vous obtenez vraiment excellentes installations au point de prix.

Globalement, très décevant séjour. Je ne veux pas rester ici. Je ne recommande pas. J'ai réservé cet hôtel via Priceline 2 semaines avant mon voyage. Priceline m'a dit qu'il s'agissait d'un hôtel ”3-Star”, et les commentaires et photos semblaient bien en ligne. Le bureau de l'hôtel était confronté aux bureaux de la table de la table pour un café et un bar et bar. Je suis arrivé à environ 8 h et il y avait une fête qui s'est tenue. Le personnel de l'hôtel et du restaurant jouaient de la musique, dansaient et faisaient des courses.
