Comme l'hôtel américain, il est spacieux, l'hôtel n'est pas neuf mais il est bien entretenu. Les environs sont calmes et il n'y a pas beaucoup d'options de restauration. Petit déjeuner 18.04, buffet, bons jus et fruits, d'autres sont simples. Globalement équivalent au niveau domestique de Samsung.

Je suis allé à Milwaukee pour un jour et j'ai choisi de rester aux SpringHill Suites à Milwaukee près du forum de fiserv. Quelques choses à vous faire remarquer. Lorsque nous nous sommes connectés à 11 h, le personnel était incroyablement rude. Elle ne nous a pas fait grand, et elle semblait très désagréable de drogues. Tout ce qu'elle nous a dit était “ ID”...”Votre carte ne fonctionne pas ce qui est sur le fichier et ensuite quand on a donné un autre paiement.. “Je ne peux pas prendre votre carte” & pointé à la machine de carte. La chambre était très belle et très belle et la chambre était très belle et très bien. Il y avait des pièces de nourriture sous la tente de la nuit et des perles claires d'un paquet de vêtements partout dans le tapis. Les tuiles de bains étaient possédées de cheveux. C'est pourquoi je me suis maintenu les chaussures parce qu'elles étaient si malsains. Vous pouvez demander pourquoi je n'ai pas appelé le bureau de front, bien parce que je savais déjà que votre employé ne s'occuperait pas et me donnera encore plus d'une attitude. Je vous recommande de aller ailleurs où, quel que soit le commentaire des autres commentaires. Le plus mauvais service jamais. Ne pas nettoyer.

We had two rooms booked from Friday October 21 checking out Sunday October 23rd. On Saturday October 22nd upon our return to the room we noticed the door ajar (with no sign of forced entry), and steam emanating from the room and the sound of shower on. Upon entry we found all hot water taps were going full blast, the room had been ransacked and our items strewn about. The thief took my purse, laptop, daughter’s iPad and various other personal effects. I immediately went to the front desk where the clerk told me to call the police myself. No hotel security came to our aid. And when the police were finally called - no one from the hotel bothered to participate in the investigation. When I asked for another room for me and my 11 year old daughter to sleep so we would feel safe, we were told we’d “have to wait until the police investigation was done” ie several hours into the morning. When I called the front desk again to ask if we could please switch to another room - she hung up on me. I was livid. When I called the front desk back to ask again about switching rooms, a woman security officer said “you’re going to listen to me… you are not getting another room!”. Upon hearing this we packed our bags and found a room at the Hilton down the street. While waiting for our Uber to arrive (this is at 1 am by then) I approached the front desk to tell them we were leaving and to ask for the hotel manager’s name and number. I was then told by this front desk clerk to “google it”. And when I reacted in anger , this security “officer” then started coming toward me and menacing me. So we left. When I went back the next day - I asked for a refund and was told to send the police case file #. Which I did and emailed Sunday morning by 11:30 am. I still have not heard back about the investigation or any refund. So not only were we robbed by someone who obviously was given access to our room, but we were told to stay in a steaming, wet ransacked room and mistreated by a belligerent front desk clerk and her coworker security guard. If you are a woman travelling alone with a child, don’t stay at this property if you have a choice!
