Hôtels près de TCF Bank Stadium à Minneapolis

Le personnel de l'hôtel est très bien, les services sont étonnants. Lillian et James sont des chaussures, avec un service clientèle merveilleux. Mon fils a commandé 7 films sans attirer l'attention sur le fait que le film n'était pas gratuit. Elle avait aussi des films réglés pour moi. James était très communique sur toutes les questions que j'ai posées à vos deux membres du personnel pour avoir un excellent service à la clientèle.

Je suis si heureux d'être ici à l'hôtel Millennium à Minneapolis, dans le centre-ville de Minnesota. Le meilleur est la localisation de l'hôtel it's rite sur le centre-ville de Nicollet et est situé dans le cœur du quartier de la cuisine et du shopping merveilleux lieu de séjour.

L'hôtel et le personnel étaient excellents! Ils m'ont fait sentir que le voyage d'affaires était de loisir. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux. Je pense que le prix est parfait pour ce qui est. Le personnel du bureau frontal connaît la zone très bien et m'a indiqué quelques grandes recommandations de dîner. Je serai de retour !

POSITIVE: This is my second time coming to this hotel for a convention. My first time here was quite pleasant. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was tidy and clean. I love the fact that we have complimentary access to the athletic club. It's small but it was pretty nice and more substantial than other hotel fitness center I've seen (so far). The breakfast buffet was excellent! I do appreciate the fact that they let me check in as early as 10am because I overestimated how long it'll take to arrive from the airport! Check out also went pretty smoothy. I am an IHG rewards member so I got to checkout at 2pm, which was nice. NEGATIVE: My second visit was not so excellent, unfortunately. My card kept getting deactivated. Thankfully they were able to reactivate it quickly, but it has happened 3 times during my stay. This is more of a mild frustration: my friend also called in the day before we arrive to check if there were complimentary toothbrushes. Unfortunately when we arrived there were none. While it is a minor issue, I'm surprised they didn't check before telling us there were actually limited supplies or none at all. I'll just make sure to bring my own toothbrush to avoid this minor inconvenience in the future. VERY NEGATIVE: We had some unusually warm weather in Minneapolis where temps were up to the mid 80s. Unfortunately, they could not turn on the AC due to the building being old. I can understand the weather being unusually warm and not prepared, but what I do not appreciate was how the situation was handled. Fans were limited in supplies and people at the top floor had it worst. Some windows could not be opened the entire way, so air circulation in the room was very limited. Perhaps this is more of a design issue of the hotel but it's honestly time it's updated. Climate changes overtime and it's important to adapt. I'm sure my experience would have been as pleasant as the first time if the weather was closer to average but this situation really proved to me how the hotel chain prioritizes profit over the comfort of their clients. So, I don't blame the staff. They did their best, so thank you for your hard work, staff!! I'm more frustrated with the company as a whole. Please, update the heating and cooling system.

Nous sommes allés à Aloft en raison de la position et de l'amitié du chien de l'hôtel. La position était confortable et proche des cafés, des magasins de produits alimentaires, des restaurants, une voie de bicyclettes/de marche et la voie de chemin de fer. La chambre était petite mais confortable. Malheureusement, notre sommeil a été interrompu 2 jours avant le 4 juillet par quelqu'un qui a explosé des artifices de feu dans la rue, à midi jusqu'à 6 heures. Emplacement très pratique pour aller au centre ville, accessible par le réseau des ”skywalks” (passerelles qui font communiquer la plupart des buildings du centre-ville au niveau du 1er étage, bien appréciables l'hiver). Aussi assez facile d'accès depuis l'aéroport par le ”light train” ligne bleue, arrêt Hennepin, il ne reste plus qu'à marcher 3 blocs (environ 500 mètres) le long de la 1st avenue vers le sud. Sinon hôtel assez standard, chambres assez spacieuses et personnel bien formé, assurant un bon accueil et une bonne information du client. Salle de sport assez bien équipée et wifi gratuit qui fonctionne bien. Petit déjeuner compris dans le prix de la chambre, avec système de buffet ouvert de 6h00 à 10h00. J'ai déploré quelques bizarreries : la douche assez archaïque, pomme non orientable et non réglable, le chauffage pas évident à réguler, l'interrupteur de lumière non centralisé (il faut faire le tour des lampes - bureau, chevet, lampadaire - pour les allumer ou les éteindre)... Le petit déjeuner ne propose pas de fruits et pas de pain complet mais bien tous les produits à fort cholestérol, sucre, gras coutumiers en Amérique... Le seul journal disponible est le journal local, pas mauvais au demeurant, mais peut être pas de nature à remplacer le New York Times ou le Wall Street Journal.

Toujours le meilleur endroit pour séjourner. Les chambres et les lieux publics sont toujours propres et propres. La situation est si amusante avec des attractions de marche et plus de cuisine de haut niveau que vous ne pouviez jamais essayer. *ONE star for the Restaurant/Hotel General Manager, Jenny. I would like to preface this story by saying that we had our wedding at the Inn in August 2021. I LOVE the event staff and highly recommend working with them. Until Jenny gets help, I DO NOT recommend the Restaurant. For more details on how Jenny lied to me and blamed me, please read below. The morning after our wedding, I had scheduled Brunch for 20, they put us in a Lounge room that could fit 24 people. More people wanted to come to brunch than originally planned. I asked Jenny if we could get another 10 people to eat, Jenny said there was no room. I asked Jenny if we could at least add 4 more seats to our room that is meant to fit 24, I was told no. One lie Jenny told me was that the Patio was fully booked, and we could not sit out there. My friend found out that Jenny lied to me; the restaurant didn’t schedule enough staff of that day to have customers on the patio. When trying to figure out if the restaurant could fit more of us in, a couple walked through the door. Jenny asked them if they had reservations, and they did not. So, she told them there was no room and she recommends that’s that they make reservations next time. Jenny then turned to me and said, “Do you see what you are making me do, I have to turn people away now.” I was done with Jenny. My new husband and I sat outside of the room we rented for brunch, while our friends and family ate. That day 25 people came to Bruch, so 5 of us sat outside from the room people were eating and chatted. Jenny and 2 other servers kept walking by. I couldn’t help but notice that there were many tables not being used in the restaurant. Then the sweetest Server came up to us to congratulate us on our wedding (which Jenny never did) and this server brought us a glass of Champagne. She then asked if we would like to eat, and I told her that Jenny said we cannot eat. She said that was just wrong and brought us menus. The 5 of us ate brunch and chatted in a near empty restaurant until that afternoon.
