Nous avons séjourné ici dans le cadre d'un voyage de terrain pré-cruise à Machu Picchu. Malheureusement, en raison de l'inquiétude politique, le voyage de Machu Picchu a été annulé; nous avons donc passé une nouvelle 5 nuits à Lima au Swissotel. Tout le monde ici était très aimable et s'est éloigné de notre confort.

Terrific hotel: Excellent location and value. Clean, spacious room. Service from employees was tops: helpful, courteous, attentive, knowledgeable. We liked all aspects of the service--desk staff, room attendants, security, chauffeurs/drivers, restaurant employees. The breakfast buffet--included in the room charge--was as good as it gets and our lunch was delicious. We have stayed in hotels in six continents and the Hyatt rates as one of the best.

This is a nice hotel in heart of Lima. The staff at reception and breakfast were very friendly. Check in and check out was easy. The rooms were quite large, clean and beds comfortable. I had a corner room so I had large windows from ceiling to the floor with great views of the city in two directions. The breakfast had a good choice of hot and cold food items. They even made me a couple of eggs cooked the way I like them. I would re-book at this IHG hotel.

La pièce ici est surdimensionnée, mais le climatiseur ne peut être chauffé que sans refroidissement, donc l'hiver n'est pas très bon. Il y a un casino en bas, il y a beaucoup de restaurants chinois autour, mais pas de cuisine chinoise authentique, il y a aussi une ville animée à côté.

Séjour en voyage d'affaires. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, simple mais pas simple. Il y a des œufs durs. C'est trop inattendu. J'aime vivre dans une chambre double, un lit pour dormir et se reposer, et l'autre lit pour ranger les choses. Il y a un parking. Il est très pratique de prendre un taxi jusqu'au hall d'exposition pour 10 sols. Il n'y a pas de KFC à proximité, ce qui est un peu gênant. De plus, les restaurants locaux de Lima sont ouverts à 11/12 midi et le petit-déjeuner ne peut être résolu qu'à l'hôtel tôt le matin. Rappel : L'embouteillage à Lima est très sérieux ! ! ! Si vous allez à l'aéroport, veuillez réserver au moins 4-5 heures à l'avance pour éviter les vols manqués👿

This Hampton in Lima’s reliable San Isidro neighborhood is a magnificent one for any type of stay. - Location: It’s within walking distance to many must-see attractions and must-eat restaurants, as well as to public transit. San Isidro is safe and reliable for a tourist or business stay. A nice pedestrian median on Av Arequipa, which forms the western border of the hotel, offers a great way to access Parque Kennedy and Miraflores (basically straight south). No walk is longer than 30 minutes. - Atmosphere: The Hampton touches I’m used to were evident here, but they were elevated and enhanced in such a way that only non-USA Hamptons can accomplish. Touch surfaces were absolutely spotless, and natural light always filtered into the lobby through the large, wrap-around windows on the ninth floor (yes, the lobby is high up!). The property is not huge, but it’s just perfectly compact. - Service: A strong commitment to customer service is very clear. I never encountered a passive or unhelpful member of staff. Everyone seemed to greatly enjoy their job, and that type of joy is infectious. I was also impressed at the level of detail the staff remembers from previous days and relays to the rest of the team—if I had an issue that could only be taken care of the following morning, the hotel wouldn’t forget; they would check on me first thing the next day and ask if and when someone could fix it. That’s expected at a Ritz Carlton, not a Hampton…but that’s the beauty of Latin America! - Room: My quarters were fresh, spacious, and as clean as a COVID-era hospital. Does this place EVER age?! It doesn’t seem like it! Everything I needed for my one-night rest was provided in my room. Soundproofing was not quite to my personal standards, but that’s ok. - Value: Value-wise, this hotel rocks. Even though I booked at a discounted rate ($40) through Go Hilton, the average price seldom exceeds $100. Budget-conscious travelers with a craving for earning points will love this Hampton. Plus, the free, hearty breakfast for all makes it totally worth it. While it isn’t luxury, nobody can go wrong with this wonderful Hampton. I highly recommend it.

The services of the employees were excellent. The rooms were super clean. The Hotel is located in an exclusive place such as San Isidro. I was never afraid of security. Everything around the streets was calm. Breakfast is more than enough and healthy. I love fruit for breakfast. Whenever I go to Lima I will stay there. Mon petit-déjeuner buffet est à l'hôtel Ikonik, c'était l'une des meilleures expériences que j'ai eues. Tous les repas très riches, chauds et le personnel très gentil et attentif à toute demande. Je répéterai l'expérience et surtout je reviendrai pour le pan de chocolat.

J'ai eu un excellent séjour à l'hôtel Santa Cruz. L'hôtel est à une bonne position, les chambres sont belles et propres, et le prix est une grande valeur. Mais la meilleure partie de mon séjour était le service excellent que j'ai reçu de Percy, le gestionnaire de bureau de la journée. En tant que parleur anglais seul, il est important pour moi que quelqu'un travaille à tout hôtel que je reste à qui parle anglais. Il a été facile de coordonner rapidement le service de garde-fous, le service de chambre et tout ce que j'avais besoin d'aide. Si vous cherchez un bon endroit confortable pour séjourner à Miraflores avec un personnel aidant qui vous souhaite la meilleure résidence possible, je ne peux pas vous recommander cet hôtel assez.

Le petit-déjeuner est sous forme de buffet, il y a une station-service à côté de l'hôtel et un point de retrait. Les hôtels étoiles au Pérou sont bons, les serveurs sont très polis et vous aideront à porter vos bagages et à conduire la porte. Il y a aussi un service de voiture à la réception.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est super bon, à proximité de nombreux supermarchés, restaurants, en gros à 10 minutes à pied. Il y a une petite cuisine dans la chambre et devrait pouvoir cuisiner. La chambre est super grande, une chambre et un salon, le lit est super grand, très confortable, le climatiseur est un peu vieux, l'efficacité n'est pas très bonne, le soleil est très grand l'après-midi, cela peut être un un peu étouffant.

Excellent location with lots of restaurants/eateries and markets around. If one wants to be like local people, bus stations are also very close. Staff is very friendly and everyone is eager to help. Particularly the reception manager Pilar is extremely nice who patiently answered our questions and showed us the directions to the markets and the bus station. Pilar also let us use her bus card so we don't have to buy the card. We had leisure times Lima so we went in/out of the hotel many times during our stay. Every time we passed by the lobby, Pilar would always hail to us enthusiastically. Good bedding, adequate breakfast, quite and spacious room, safe and frige useful for people staying more than one or two days. We read from some previous reviews about noise from street and requested a quite room. Our double room is very quite and we didn't hear any noise. Actually the front street the hotel is facing is not a busy street and we didn't see any heavy/noisy traffic there.

We decided to make Centro by Casa Andina in Miraflores the recommended hotel for our wedding guests in Lima. We expected the hotel to be rather simple, and decided for it without knowing it only due to the price and location (since we had guests with different budgets coming to Lima for our wedding). We cannot be happier that we chose this hotel. From the first day, even before the guests started arriving, the friendly staff supported us with all queries: where are hairdressers near by, can the rooms be close to each other, can make up artists come to the rooms to get the guests ready, booking problems for some of them, etc. All these was supported by the amazing staff. We really cannot thank them enough! They made every guest feel welcome, they supported each of them with all their queries, and had a lot of patience towards the big group. Also we (bride and groom) decided to stay in the hotel for our wedding night to be close to our guests and it was the best decision. We got a very warm welcome from the staff and felt very comfortable. Regarding the rooms: we were positively surprised of the size, quality, cleanness, equipment. For the price we were not expecting the high quality of the rooms and facilities and in such a centric location. Even the breakfast (which while booking was communicated as a lunch box) was tasty and coffee was great! Thanks again to the staff, and specially Jonathan, the manager from the hotel, who really made the stay during such important festivities for our wedding guests and ourselves memorable.
