Very nice family hotel. We stayed in a room on the first floor. Very nice personnel and very nice breakfast. It was quiet. The room was spacious. Very nice big walk-in shower. Maybe a handlebar grab would be safer. To get to the hotel you need to turn into a cuve on the road.nit requires a bit of attention. Surely recommended

L'hôtel est proche de l'autoroute. Il est malheureusement situé dans une zone industrielle, mais très agréable pour 1 nuit si vous passez. La réceptionniste était extrêmement amicale. Elle a expliqué les choses bien. Et elle était très utile pour commander des aliments. La chambre 4 personnes était très belle. Luxeuse et propre. Les mattresses sont super! Si nous conduisons en Italie de nouveau par voiture, nous resterons certainement à cet hôtel de nouveau. Nous n'avons pas utilisé le petit déjeuner, nous ne pouvons pas commenter cela.

L'hôtel est situé dans un endroit scénique avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. À l'hôtel monte le serpent. Vivant à la fin de mars, il n'y avait plus de neige, seulement sur les étages où skieurs et snowboarders. La chambre est spacieuse, propre, il y a des serviettes pour douches et piscine séparées, le petit déjeuner est une table suédoise. Le seul minus, c'était assez froid, le climatiseur pour chaleur pouvait être fixé à un maximum de +18.

L’hôtel affiche 4 étoiles mais est, au mieux, d’un niveau 3 étoiles. Il y a très peu de personnel et donc le service est assez médiocre. La climatisation de notre chambre n’a jamais fonctionné, malgré notre demande lors de la réservation notre chambre n’avait pas de vue, la piscine n’est pas accessible aux mineurs (ce que le site de l’hôtel ne précisait pas). Le mini bar est vide, pas de bouilloire ni de plateau de courtoisie en chambre. Pas de stylo ni de papier. Pas de room service. Pas de service lingerie. Les serviettes n’ont pas été changées de la semaine dans une des chambre, le ménage le matin était juste passable. Le bar de l’hôtel n’avait souvent pas les boissons demandées et aucun gâteaux apéritifs. Seul l’emplacement était conforme à nos attentes.
