Le paysage au bord de la rivière de l'hôtel est très bon, propre et hygiénique, la chambre est grande, l'attitude du serveur est bonne, mais malheureusement n'a pas rencontré le chinois, le petit déjeuner est occidental mais moyen, l'emplacement est proche de la ville mais vous osez sortir par voiture, il y a Uber dans la région

La nourriture est bonne et l’hôtel assez beau Par contre nous avons eu une chambre super loin de la réception et de la piscine avec une tonne d’escaliers à monter. Pas de climatisation dans la chambre Des qu’il y a un peu de vent, la porte de la terrasse tremble toute la nuit. Pour courroner le tout le Check out s’effectue à 10h donc après 10h, nous n’avons plus droit à des boissons ni à boire malgré le fait que nous restons à l’hôtel jusque 16h pour notre vol. Je n’ai jamais vu cela dans un hôtel …

Enjoyed my 5 Day's conference at your hotel..Everything was nice and I loved the food very much..it was always fresh and in plenty...The conference hall was ever clean and the environment too..My special thanks to all staffs for their services and dedication to all guests.I will be back soon with my family...One thing that really upset me was the lady who had bad attitude by the name Rabbeca.she should change or else you will loose more clients

L hôtel est magnifique et à 1ere vue les chambres le sont aussi. Passé l émerveillement on s aperçoit que tout n est pas aussi merveilleux que prévu. Climatisation en panne, robinet défectueux, tapis un peux douteux etc.... Les piscines sont magnifiques, mais il y a eu un matin où nous avons eu interdiction de nous baigner. Au début on nous a dit quelques minutes, ensuite une heure et le délai s est allongé pour finir par le fameux pollé pollé. Le restaurant du midi est fort long alors que nous étions peu nombreux, en revanche le soir c'est un marathons et il fait s accrocher à son assiette si on ne veut pas repartir au bout de 10mn. Sauf pour le restaurant dit japonais où tout le monde est souriant et sympathique, la nourriture est en plus excellente. De manière générale le personnel est peu avenant, hautain et inaccessible. Un 5 étoiles c'est un tout, il faut que l accueil soit à la hauteur de l hôtel et là c'est loin d'être le cas. Je ne peux malheureusement que le déconseiller, ce sera le seul point négatif de notre voyage au Kenya et nous regrettons d y être allés

C est un grand resort entouré d un arc à la végétation luxuriante , quelques jours dans cet hotel avant notre safari , nous étions en pension compléte et nous avions tout apprécié , peu d activités à l extérieur du resort mis bien complet à l interieur , nous logions dans une belle chambre avec décoration recherchée , la restauration était trés correcte

Ive stayed for 7nights at Sai rock and tonsay the most, it was not what i expected. I come to msa every 6 weeks for work and stay in average hotels on B/B and enjoy the service. What i chooose to give feedback on; Not worth the money we paid for Wifi that doea not work. Like seriously, isnt that the bare minimum a hotel can offer WIFI? couldnt use my laptop for a whole week cz wifi couldnt work in the room. So i came back with soo much workload that i could have done then. So INCONVINIENCE!! Breakfast was always cold. I was attending a conference at a nearby hotel so i was taking breakfast daily at round 7-7:30 latest except my last Day. And it was always cold. i mean how bad can it get surely. Some day even the tea was cold i never complained cz i was too tired already so i went served tamarind juice which i dont. Im a chai person but aarrgghh House keeping- water at the hotel is too salty i mean its just extra salty IDK why. So 2 consecutive days they dont replace the shower gel cz i prefer it to the soap since il lathers easily so 3rd day i write a note saying “please replace shower gel today you havent done so past 2 days” guess what -whoever he/she is comes cleans, picks the note and adds the soaps. No shower gel day 3. On 4th day is when i found 2 again. But again, i was too tired to complain cz thats just nonsense! Ironbox - Its good for a hotel to know that its the little things. I borrow an ironbox by calling the reception at around 7 the lady said it will be brought to the room. I wait and since i was getting late for work i decide to go get it. At the reception ahw says housekeeping hajafika wakifika wataleta. I mean im getting late my friend so i waitnfor housekeeping? I had a white shirt to iron so i waited. Few min its brought to the room and i take out like 5garments that needed ironing and ironed. Here is where its at. 25min ironing someone knocks my door a gentleman “dada waweza kuwa umemalozia pasi”.OMG!!! I honestly asked him does this hotel have one ironbox really? The worst that could haopen is i leave it in the room instead of handling Over at the reception but housekeeping would have come and found it jameni🤦‍♀️ The guy had to stand and wait till i finiah ironing and take the ironbox with him. But that was pathetic really inconvinience. First i wait to get it then someone stands out to waitnfor me to finish? HYGiene- bathroom walls were dirty not scrubbed at all. Also im back with a loss since housekeeping decided to throw away all my ETR receipts of my expenditure that i had well placed in a drawer. That drawer had a paper written the wifi password and also a box for my face soap and that was left untouched. I had these stack of receipts i folded and kept there to be re imbursed by accounts later. Around 6k worth of receips ive lost the money cz someone thought i missed the bin below the table and my shallow brain did not know what it was 🤦‍♀️doing placing them nicely folded im a drawer. En effet, ce fût l'un de nos plus beau séjour en all inclusive en famille. Nous y étions du 13 au 26 aout 2023. Cet hôtel est tourné vers les familles évidemment. Notre garçon de 2 ans et notre fille de 5 ans ont vraiment apprécié. Les animateurs sont excellents et souriants. Le site est très bien et très propre. Contrairement à certaines critiques que j'ai lu, je n'ai pas vu de taches de rouille sur les équipements et il n'y avait rien de brisé. L'hôtel est bien entretenu. Les rares moments ou nous avons constaté des bris, aussitôt que l'on en faisait par au service à la clientèle, le problème était réglé rapidement. Le personnel est super gentil, serviable et compétant. Le service est rapide, Je n'ai jamais senti que l'on me poussait à donner du pourboire. Soyez généreux avec eux, Parlez-leurs un peu, appelez-les par leur prénom et montrez-leur un peu de gratitude, ils le méritent tellement. La nourriture était très bonne. Belle chambre et très propre. Nous avions une chambre avec vue sur la mer. Les hommes de ménage ont fait un bon travail. Le seul bémol est l'absence d'un ATM dans le resort pour retirer de l'argent. Merci encore à toute l'équipe du prideinn flamingo pour ces superbes vacances. Nous en garderons d'excellents souvenirs et il y a de fortes chances que nous retournions dans le futur pour notre prochain voyage, Réception Personnel courtois, Sécurité bienveillante. Chambre Belle chambre très spacieuse avec SdB complète? ménage fait tous les jours. Piscines Grande piscine pour toute la famille et piscine pour enfant sécurisé en permanence que nos enfants ont adoré Plage Belle plage qui n'est en revanche pas totalement privé, et donc il faut s'accommoder des beachs boys commerçants souvent présents. A noter qu'ils n'insistent pas quand on est pas intéressé. Animation Animation pour petits et grands durant la journée et le soir. Repas Buffet très diversifié et avec des changements tous les jours. En conclusion Bel hôtel familial, Le personnel le plus gentil du monde. Nous y retournerons sans problème.
