après une annulation sur un guest house décevant et à éviter... nous avons atterri au Leonardo Fattal de Tiberias, le directeur charmant nous a trouvé une chambre pour 3 pour les 4 dernières nuits de notre séjour, alors que tous les hôtels étaient complets (fêtes et vacances des israéliens). nous avons été chouchoutés par le personnel vraiment gentil et souriant. notre femme de chambre se mettait en 4 pour que notre chambre soit impeccable... la vue du 9ème étage est juste magnifique... les buffets de petits déjeuners sont copieux et extrêmement variés ... avec un chef pour les pizzas et un autre pour les omelettes ou les œufs au plat fait minute... gaufres et pancakes chauds... et bien sur toutes les salades, fromages ou céréales possibles dont les israéliens sont friands.. nous avons diné 2 fois à l'hotel et là aussi une bonne surprise !! le dernier diner avec hamburger minute, tout un buffet de grillades, un buffet asiatique et j'en oublie... alors cet hôtel est la bonne surprise de notre road trip

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant notre pèlerinage qui a commencé en Égypte et a fini en Jordanie. La chambre avec climatisation (chauffe-eau en hiver) et la salle de bain avec chauffe-eau sont bonnes. Le lit était confortable, les chaussures étaient propres. La vue de la fenêtre est bonne La salle de repas est énorme qui peut accueillir de grands groupes à un moment donné. Je me suis rencontré ici dans un politicien que j'ai connu depuis plus de 35 ans de mon pays, mais jamais rencontrer personnellement avant. Il était d'un autre groupe de pèlerins. Nous avons séjourné 3 jours dans cet hôtel pendant notre visite à des sites péchés voisins tels que l'Eglise des Beatitudes, l'Eglise de l'Annonce, Capernaum, la mer de Galilée, l'Eglise de la Primacy de Saint-Péters, l'Eglise catholique du mariage du Canada, Mt. Precitice, Church of the Transfiguration et également à Stella Maris à Haifa.

L'hôtel est du côté de la route, mais la porte n'est pas du côté de la route. Vous devez conduire à l'arrière. Le parking gratuit est pratique. La réception de l'hôtel est assez bonne dans l'ensemble, l'enregistrement et le départ sont rapides. Le jour de l'enregistrement était le sabbat et le dîner et le petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel étaient réservés. C'était relativement riche en Israël et le goût était correct. Enfin, il n'y avait pas besoin de manger du pain tous les jours. L'hôtel dispose également d'une piscine. L'inconvénient est que le lit de la chambre twin est relativement petit, un petit lit d'environ 8 cm de large. Le verre de la salle de douche est trop petit pour bloquer l'eau du bain.

I wanted to book directly a bed in 8 bed dorms I saw online, so I just walked-in without a reservation and asked for a bed for the night. The receptionist and owner who attended that day said that due to a bug in the booking system it doesn't get an accurate read of the availability. I was very happy when they offered to upgrade me to a bed in a 4 bed dorm WITH bathroom/shower ensuite at the same price! Thank you!! They also offered recommendations for Falafel and fresh juice nearby. The room was great, with an air condition and even a small fridge. The bathroom was clean and functional. Linen and a towel included. There is a cool rooftop with a bar in the evening! Lots of communal space including a pool table and tv room. Strong wi-fi. The hostel is in a prime location, right at the heart and main streets of the cities, with supermarkets, restaurants, central bus station, and all bus stops to the various points of interest around the Sea of Galilee, and the beaches of course. Enjoyed every minute and will return!
