Avis : SureStay Hotel by Best Western the Clarence on Melville

The SureStay Hotel at Albany suited our needs perfectly. We only booked a couple of days before our arrival as Albany was a last-minute addition to our WA trip waiting to see what the weather was like before venturing out of Perth. The only thing was the tv was too big for the  split-level bench it sat on and it sloped from one level to the other. Praise God for the Gideons Bible as the Word of God proved an excellent leveller for the crooked TV. The hotel was in a great position, close to the centre of town and the surrounding attractions. The room looks old and the aircon was noisy. Only good thing is the location. Very accessible and there are few supermarkets and fast food nearby. Catch the sunrise at Mount Melville lookout tower which is short drive away.

Great location in Albany. Near to everything and convenient. Able to park car right outside the unit.

Place was great, however very poor service from staff. Stayed here on 29/06/24. The tv was not connecting to wifi, and we asked for configuration with the staff, a lady who was working at reception on that day. She came to the room to have a look, but couldn’t figure out what to do neither. We were told that she will get someone else to have a look and come back, waited whole afternoon and night. That lady left us hanging. Could not even use what was included in what I paid for. The lady was very unprofessional, she could have just said that there was nothing she can do, instead of lying and left us waiting.

酒店位置好，離市中心近，去超市買東西方便，走路去海邊也不遠，房間挺大，枱子也大，放東西很方便，乾淨衞生，價格也合理，可以放心預訂

作為汽車旅館基本合格

環境優美，衞生潔凈，服務熱情，非常滿意。

모든 건물이 1층에 위치해있고 바로 문 앞에 주차할 수 있는 것이 매우 큰 장점. 어메니티가 하나씩 더 있었으면 좋았을 거라 생각함.
