The Host is very Good, she gave us the Driver contact number & they bring us to all the nicest places thr. The Host contact us at WeChat earlier & arrange the Drivers to fetch 6 of us from that Changbaishan railway station. Around 10 mins journey to the apartment. The house is very Clean & the heater is function well. Only no Stairs to get on 1st floor, but thank God the drivers helps us to carry our Heavy luggages. Will come again & book here.

Erdaobaihe est une charmante petite ville, très agréable. Bien qu'elle ne soit pas située en plein centre-ville, elle se trouve juste en face d'une magnifique pinède, ce qui confère aux environs une grande tranquillité. Des bus gratuits permettent de se déplacer en ville, ce qui est très pratique. Cependant, ne lisant pas le chinois, nous avons principalement utilisé Didi. Trouver un Didi peut s'avérer un peu difficile en raison du nombre limité de chauffeurs, mais avec 5 à 15 minutes d'attente, vous devriez y arriver. Les habitants sont très chaleureux et accueillants. Notre séjour à Enduli a été absolument merveilleux et restera gravé dans nos mémoires. La vue depuis notre chambre au réveil était magique. La chambre était spacieuse et la salle de bain était équipée de toilettes intelligentes avec siège chauffant, une attention très appréciable. Nous avons rencontré un petit problème : nous avons trouvé un cheveu sur le lit en soulevant le drap. Nous n'y avons pas prêté attention car j'avais prévu mon propre drap jetable. Malgré ce léger incident, notre séjour a été globalement merveilleux. Ce qui a vraiment rendu cet endroit si spécial, c'était Tante Wu. Elle était toujours là pour nous et se levait même à 6 h du matin juste pour nous dire au revoir. Quand nous cherchions une laverie, elle a gentiment proposé de laver notre linge sur place. Étant un peu maniaque, j'ai été particulièrement touchée qu'elle ait même chauffé mon sac à linge – une attention si délicate. Je reviendrai sans hésiter.

Highly recommended. Spacious and very clean rooms, with an exceptionally warm and welcoming owner. The overall vibe is amazing—you can really feel the care and effort put into this guesthouse. Nightly fireworks with complimentary sparklers create a wholesome, memorable experience. Great coffee (slightly pricey but worth it) and a complimentary savoury breakfast. Note: food delivery takes about 60–65 minutes, though there are many 24-hour food options and massage parlours within 1km. They also provide you with some small craft art, and a small gift when you check out! Booking comes with free breakfast & a warm nice dessert soup! Appreciate the kind thoughts of the owner. Experience it yourself, won’t regret booking them.

L'hôtel a également fourni un bouquet de fruits frais pendant notre séjour, qui était un joli touche. En outre, le personnel de l'hôtel a offert des services de pick-up et de décharge à la gare, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus confortable.

Il y a un hôtel nord-coréen sur la montagne de North Poo. En plus de la chambre du bâtiment principal, il y a un établissement unique erroné. Si le voyage familial est également approprié, il y a un très beau paysage de neige. L'hôtel offre un service de station de transport gratuit à la station de Changbai Mountain, ainsi que le canal vip dans la zone de paysage de la poignée nord-est. Les chauffages de la ville à côté sont également utilisés et transportés gratuitement. Si vous mangez, le restaurant de l'hôtel offre de nombreux types de repas. La plupart de nos dîners sont mangeés au restaurant et nous pouvons également servir de chambre. Annie, la gouverneure, était très intime. L'appel était précédé de son séjour pour communiquer avec le temps de séjour. La première fois de matin, elle a fait rapport sur l'ouverture de la Ponte du Nord. En résumé, il est très recommandé d'y aller.

The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel. Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel. Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts. Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!! Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen. Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea. In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb! I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too! The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team! They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

Very helpful host. Arranged complementary pickup fr HSR station, booked transport and tickets to attractions, etc. Prompt response on WeChat. Unit is clean and spacious as per photos. However unit is on 7th floor and elevator only gets to 6th floor. Washing machine is a semi automatic mini unit that is outside the apt. U need to move it into your unit and it up for use. It works, but just a bit of hassle. Since it is a unit for 4 person, it’ll be nice to have more laundry / clothing hanging space. Location is at a quiet / new part of Erdaobaihe. But easy to walk to eating spots.

I love our accommodation! It has a great location, walking distance to attractions like Yunding night market and edelweiss park. There are many food options and convenient stores all located close by. We had a loft with king bed and 2 single beds, so spacious and comfortable. We arrived early before changbaishan was closed due to bad weather and we were able to check in before noon, and they also kindly extended us a late check out. There is a washer and dryer at the basement where we did our laundry free of charge. We had a wonderful experience here!

It was a lovely stay at Changbaishan River Valley Hotel! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they even gave us a room upgrade. The room was excellent, very clean and comfortable, and well decorated throughout the hotel! We particularly enjoyed the large projector screen in the room and the bathtub. Surrounding area of the hotel is also lovely and nice to walk along the stream. Very close to the North entrance of Changbaishan. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is located in the centre of town, within walking distance to lots of amazing restaurants, the family room is also quite spacious so definitely a great place to stay for families with young kids. The only downside is that there isn’t any hot spring within the hotel
