IInvitéI had a very pleasant stay at this impressive hotel in Chang Bai Shan. The property is huge and well designed, comprising three towers, yet it remains well organised and easy to navigate.
The location is extremely convenient, especially for visiting the West Entrance of Tian Chi. A big plus is the hotel’s shuttle bus service, which provides pick-up and drop-off to the main attractions, making sightseeing very hassle-free, especially in colder weather. Arrangements have to be made at front desk in advance.
The food was another highlight. The Korean cuisine at the food hall was absolutely delicious and well prepared. After a day of exploring, the hot springs were fantastic—clean, relaxing, and a perfect way to unwind.
What truly stood out was the hotel staff. They were consistently friendly, attentive, and went the extra mile to make guests feel at home and well assisted throughout the stay. Breakfast was equally impressive, offering a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes.
Overall, this hotel offers excellent facilities, great food, convenient transport, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chang Bai Shan, especially those planning to explore Tian Chi. One thing to note is that during winter, the aircon only blows warm air. You have to open window to allow for cold air in.

22Yann3I had an amazing stay at Floral Baihe. The entire place is exceptionally clean, and the location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk to plenty of restaurants. The surroundings are peaceful and serene, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff ( especially 韩丹) were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

IInvitéL'hôtel Crowne Plaza est bien équipé avec des objets et des enfants divertissements de glissement en hiver. Il y a une distance de marche à l'entrée de Changbaishan et le transbordeur à l'hôtel. Mais certaines installations sont arrivées gratuitement. Pour les enfants de plus de 1.4m, les frais de petit déjeuner sont payés pour adultes et pas beaucoup de choix de dîner. La taille du lit pour le partage de couple est spacieux. Mais, j'ai trouvé que leur qualité mattre a besoin d'une amélioration plus grande pour un meilleur confort. Le butler Yuki (yue) offre un service très bon pour notre confort et confort pendant notre séjour.

TTan CK 9320I had a wonderful stay at Changbaishan Hailinyuan Fashion Hotel! The hotel is very affordable, making it a great option for budget travelers without compromising on comfort. What really stood out was the owner’s incredible hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the owner went out of their way to make our stay easy and enjoyable. They provided transport from Changbaishan Station to the hotel and even offered to take us to local attractions at no extra charge, which made exploring the area so much easier. The photos below show the owner fetching us to the attractions, which was such a thoughtful touch!
The hotel is located right in town, so it’s very convenient. There are many food options nearby, as well as a convenience store, which made grabbing snacks or essentials very easy. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall environment of the hotel was welcoming and cozy.
The owner is truly a kind and thoughtful person, always ready to help and ensure guests have a smooth and pleasant stay. I felt really looked after throughout our visit.
If you’re looking for a budget-friendly hotel with excellent service, a convenient location, and a personal touch, I highly recommend Changbaishan Hailinyuan Fashion Hotel. The combination of affordability, hospitality, and convenience makes it an outstanding choice for anyone visiting the area.

MM2d4rrru1****La chambre de haut niveau, la chambre est très grande et confortable et très propre et propre! Le service de l'hôtel est très bon et intime, le chef est très gentil et très gentil (deux grands-mères) et amoureux + très enthousiasmé! Avant de partir, j'ai trouvé l'hôtel pour aider à commander les billets de la zone de paysage de Chang Bai Mountain North Poo. J'ai également vu Tianhui avec succès (l'analyse et la prévision de la façade du chef de la ville sont superficielles 👍🏼 + Qiang).
L'hôtel a un service de transfert de gare à haute voiture, et vous pouvez également aider à prendre des voitures 👍🏼
Une journée après avoir quitté l'hôtel, vous recevrez un mot ”retournez, vous devez vous reposer tôt” ～ Pour être intime et enthousiaste 👍🏼👍🏼

SSH.1The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel.
Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff
during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel.
Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts.
Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!!
Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen.
Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea.
In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb!
I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too!
The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team!
They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

IInvitéWe travel by train from Baisan Station, take a taxi for 10 minutes, 20CHY. The resort is on the riverside. The rooms are new and clean. When you get there, you have to set the water heater to warm before taking a shower. They have a simple local breakfast. We stayed here for 2 nights. In the morning I had a sore throat and a cough. The host was very kind and helped take us to the drug store in town. In the morning we took us to rafting. In the afternoon there was a walk in the nearby Birch Forest. We returned in the morning. The host prepared a car to send us off. The host and staff were warm and very helpful. Although we cannot communicate in Chinese

Issues I faced : there is a huge taxi shortage in the city during the peak tourist season, one days even i had to walk 3.3 kilometres in - 15 degrees temperatures to reach to downtown , DIDI and T3 service works here but taxi waiting is normally 40 min to 1 hour long.
As a forigner the Hotel location was little odd for me and lots of precious time wasted in taxi waiting, breakfast location is 300 metres far from room, which was not convenient as me and family didn't want to walk in - 20 degree temperature to eat breakfast, I stayed 5 days, but only 2 days I dare to go for breakfast.
For stay this place is so good, so clean, warm. If you have your car, then no issue at all.

作为外国人，酒店位置对我来说有点奇怪，很多宝贵的时间浪费在出租车等待上，早餐地点距离房间 300 米远，这很不方便，因为我和家人不想在零下 20 度的气温下走进去吃早餐，我住了 5 天，但只有 2 天我敢去吃早餐。
住宿方面，这个地方非常好，非常干净、温暖。如果您有车，那就完全没有问题。

Surtout, je propose que le service de gestion de service client Dong soit très bon, très professionnel, chaud et attentif, je ne peux pas acheter les billets de Changbai Mountain, mais le gestionnaire Dong a aidé à penser à de nombreuses façons, et enfin m'a aidé à résoudre le problème des billets. Merci beaucoup, sinon, c'est vraiment blanc! Chaque micro-lettre est en seconde et m'a aidé à résoudre tous les problèmes. La chambre est également très large et lumineuse et propre, non seulement avec un bain gratuit, mais aussi avec un chauffage extérieur, un parking, un goût de petit déjeuner nord-est, très délicieux, une expérience de séjour très élevée! Il faut également souligner que l'hôtel est très proche de Changbai Mountain!
