I had a wonderful stay in Landscape Hotel, thanks to the support and dedication of the concierge/front desk agent named 鑫鑫. I contacted her even 1.5 month before the trip, asking lots of questions and she always replied in a few minutes or even less, no matter what time it was. She also helped me to connect with outsiders which provides extra service per my request (I wanted a to have afternoon tea at a nearby river, which shown in the below picture). 鑫鑫 was super helpful and I cannot express how much appreciated I am. Hotel breakfast also really good with lots of options and tasty. The hot spring and skii/snowboarding service that incluđe in my room was on top!! A huge plus!! Besides, hotel design and decoration was great, the room was big and beautìul, I regret of not taking pictures of the room and hotel surrounding the most. Overall. this place and people here are 10/10!

We really enjoyed our stay here a lot. The staff were very helpful and friendly in helping to make it an enjoyable stay. It guest laundry room is really busy in the evening, if you are in a rush can just consider washing it and hanging it up in the room. The climate is very dry and the wet clothes help to maintain humidity in the room. Most of the clothes dried by the next morning. Location was about 10 minutes drive to the 二道白河镇。other than the location, everything else was great and the hotel is new. Also special thanks to 丁相龙 who have agreed to convert my HSR pick up to sending us there at 5am in the morning. We are truly thankful for the gesture and the extra mile taken.

Highly recommended. Spacious and very clean rooms, with an exceptionally warm and welcoming owner. The overall vibe is amazing—you can really feel the care and effort put into this guesthouse. Nightly fireworks with complimentary sparklers create a wholesome, memorable experience. Great coffee (slightly pricey but worth it) and a complimentary savoury breakfast. Note: food delivery takes about 60–65 minutes, though there are many 24-hour food options and massage parlours within 1km. They also provide you with some small craft art, and a small gift when you check out! Booking comes with free breakfast & a warm nice dessert soup! Appreciate the kind thoughts of the owner. Experience it yourself, won’t regret booking them.

En général, nous avons eu un séjour très bon malgré une petite hip-cup avec la pick-up en raison du chiffre d'affaires du personnel de l'hôtel et de la malcommunication. La chambre d'hôtel était magnifique et super bien conçue avec de grandes installations, c'était sans aucun doute le meilleur hébergement que nous avons eu pendant nos 2 semaines à Dongbei. Même si nous n'avons pas réservé le petit déjeuner, le patron nous a donné le petit déjeuner gratuit pour compenser la mauvaise expérience que nous avons eue avec le pick-up du chemin de fer à grande vitesse (je recommanderais vivement de leur donner un appel pour confirmer le pick-up plutôt que Le petit déjeuner était super goûté et a beaucoup de plats latéraux différents (sans dire cela parce qu'il est lol gratuit), il serait certainement recommandé. Nous étions là pendant la NYE et la NY, et les gens du quartier semblent vraiment aimer les artifices de feu. Le restaurant local l'hôte recommandé était très goûté aussi (pas touristique, donc préparez-vous pour une expérience brute), la nourriture était grande et les œufs frits est un essai à faire. La seule question de séjour dans cette zone était le transport si vous n'avez pas de conducteur pour votre séjour à Changbaishan (qui est un problème bien connu pour tous les hôtels dans cette zone). Le chef a été si gentil qu'elle a essayé de demander à tous ses amis de voir s'ils étaient disponibles pour nous conduire au restaurant et nous y sommes arrivés !!!! Merci aux bougies et aux petits cadeaus de boss et patrons. Nous nous sommes particulièrement amusés!

The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel. Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel. Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts. Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!! Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen. Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea. In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb! I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too! The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team! They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

The room is new, clean, and has no cigarette smell. Luggage storage is available. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to Zhongyang Street, near a famous ice cream shop and a tasty mala sausage stall. The area at the end of Zhongyang Street is beautiful and less crowded. I would stay here again.

Le propriétaire de l'hôtel vous dira bonjour à travers le voyage pour nous relever à la gare jusqu'à la chambre (gratuit). - La chambre est propre avec de l'eau chaude. Il y a un peu de cigarette, mais le verre est tourné pour ventiler et il est parti. La vue de la chambre près de la rivière est très belle. - Pour le service de nourriture, il y a un chef qui cuisine très délicieuse. Il a un goût doux, oleux, herbac, mais pas gras. y compris l'hébergement, il y a un café à thé lait pour les gens qui veulent aussi boire. - En termes de service, le service est très bon. La pêche est tombé sur 10 pièces. Après l'atterrissage, vous pouvez griller et manger. Ils sprinkleront la poudre, je ne sais pas, mais c'est très délicieux. Il est si délicieux que la lumière sort de votre bouche. Il faut essayer dans la zone d'activité, il y aura des pots shabu. 5) café thé - café thé a un ensemble de désserts. Pour le thé, il y a du thé lait et du thé chinois chaud. Celui-ci est très délicieux aussi. Je veux que vous essayez. Le personnel ici prend soin de eux. Voyons beaucoup. Tout le monde qui vient à Harbin, essaie de visiter Changbaishan. Le prix n'est pas cher. Les activités sont étroites.

Here’This resort hotel was the most satisfying stay of our entire 8-day China trip across Harbin, Changbaishan, Xuexiang, and Yabuli. We stayed in a family residence unit, which allowed all of us to live together comfortably under one household. The resort is extremely clean and well-maintained. Our unit even included a mahjong table and a private hot spring, which made the stay very enjoyable. Although the price is not cheap, it is definitely worth the money. The butler service was excellent — the staff were attentive and always did their best to accommodate our requests. Highly recommended. I’m confident you will have a pleasant and memorable stay here.
