Subject: An Exceptional Stay Defined by Remarkable Service and Comfort I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The level of service here is world-class, particularly the housekeeping team. When I found my room a bit too warm and realized the windows were fixed, the staff proactively provided a fan to improve airflow. This, combined with the in-room humidifier, ensured a perfect night’s sleep. The room amenities were also incredibly thoughtful and comprehensive. The hotel facilities are a major highlight. The hot springs offer an impressive variety of both indoor and outdoor pools. Furthermore, the logistics are handled seamlessly; the shuttle service to and from the High-Speed Rail station was very convenient. For those visiting Changbaishan, the hotel offers a direct bus service (provided you have a ticket), which made my trip stress-free. I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Da Ling and Yin Ling. Their attentive care and constant check-ins throughout my stay made me feel truly valued and were the highlights of my trip. The dining experience was equally impressive. The breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of delicious options, and the on-site restaurant served a diverse menu where every dish was flavorful. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed. I will certainly choose to stay here again on my next visit.

We really enjoyed our stay here a lot. The staff were very helpful and friendly in helping to make it an enjoyable stay. It guest laundry room is really busy in the evening, if you are in a rush can just consider washing it and hanging it up in the room. The climate is very dry and the wet clothes help to maintain humidity in the room. Most of the clothes dried by the next morning. Location was about 10 minutes drive to the 二道白河镇。other than the location, everything else was great and the hotel is new. Also special thanks to 丁相龙 who have agreed to convert my HSR pick up to sending us there at 5am in the morning. We are truly thankful for the gesture and the extra mile taken.

Des bus gratuits permettent de se déplacer en ville, ce qui est très pratique. Cependant, ne lisant pas le chinois, nous avons principalement utilisé Didi. Trouver un Didi peut s'avérer un peu difficile en raison du nombre limité de chauffeurs, mais avec 5 à 15 minutes d'attente, vous devriez y arriver. Les habitants sont très chaleureux et accueillants. Notre séjour à Enduli a été absolument merveilleux et restera gravé dans nos mémoires. La vue depuis notre chambre au réveil était magique. La chambre était spacieuse et la salle de bain était équipée de toilettes intelligentes avec siège chauffant, une attention très appréciable. Nous avons rencontré un petit problème : nous avons trouvé un cheveu sur le lit en soulevant le drap. Nous n'y avons pas prêté attention car j'avais prévu mon propre drap jetable. Malgré ce léger incident, notre séjour a été globalement merveilleux. Ce qui a vraiment rendu cet endroit si spécial, c'était Tante Wu. Elle était toujours là pour nous et se levait même à 6 h du matin juste pour nous dire au revoir. Quand nous cherchions une laverie, elle a gentiment proposé de laver notre linge sur place. Étant un peu maniaque, j'ai été particulièrement touchée qu'elle ait même chauffé mon sac à linge – une attention si délicate. Je reviendrai sans hésiter.

This hotel even has more than 4star hotel. The front desk woman was so caring n help with everything we need. She even help us to order food in meiduan using her account. The smart robot in room made kids happy and fun. The amenities and appliances (the haidryer and shower was so good) has the best quality. I think the owner is so detail and such a tech enthusiast :) The river just next to it spend morning jogg with very beautiful scene The driver and the manager also so kind made our travel so much easier. People in northeneast just so touching with their kindness.

Hotel service was excellent, as they went above and beyond to help us during our stay. They helped arrange transport and sight seeing activities - the couple who manage the place in particular were super friendly. Its well located near the entry of Changbaishan Scenic Park gate. They are quite close to Tiger Mountain ski resort, which is can cater for skiers from beginners to more advanced. There is a hot spring in the hotel and our package included breakfast and dinner,which was good. It has been renovated in last year or so. Can recommend.

The room is new, clean, and has no cigarette smell. Luggage storage is available. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to Zhongyang Street, near a famous ice cream shop and a tasty mala sausage stall. The area at the end of Zhongyang Street is beautiful and less crowded. I would stay here again.

The staff were very kind and we were impressed by their sincere attitude toward the guests. We booked the Gyegok trekking through Trip.com, but as foreigners, we had trouble communicating with the trekking company. The manager helped us, and we had a wonderful time that will remain a pleasant memory. If we have the chance to come to Changbai Mountain again, we would definitely choose this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We are truly grateful for the warm hearts of all the staff. Also, grilling skewers and enjoying a glass of soju in the hotel parking lot was an unforgettable delight.

Here’This resort hotel was the most satisfying stay of our entire 8-day China trip across Harbin, Changbaishan, Xuexiang, and Yabuli. We stayed in a family residence unit, which allowed all of us to live together comfortably under one household. The resort is extremely clean and well-maintained. Our unit even included a mahjong table and a private hot spring, which made the stay very enjoyable. Although the price is not cheap, it is definitely worth the money. The butler service was excellent — the staff were attentive and always did their best to accommodate our requests. Highly recommended. I’m confident you will have a pleasant and memorable stay here.
