The level of service here is world-class, particularly the housekeeping team. When I found my room a bit too warm and realized the windows were fixed, the staff proactively provided a fan to improve airflow. This, combined with the in-room humidifier, ensured a perfect night’s sleep. The room amenities were also incredibly thoughtful and comprehensive. The hotel facilities are a major highlight. The hot springs offer an impressive variety of both indoor and outdoor pools. Furthermore, the logistics are handled seamlessly; the shuttle service to and from the High-Speed Rail station was very convenient. For those visiting Changbaishan, the hotel offers a direct bus service (provided you have a ticket), which made my trip stress-free. I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Da Ling and Yin Ling. Their attentive care and constant check-ins throughout my stay made me feel truly valued and were the highlights of my trip. The dining experience was equally impressive. The breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of delicious options, and the on-site restaurant served a diverse menu where every dish was flavorful. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed. I will certainly choose to stay here again on my next visit.

L'hôtel nous offre un service de qualité supérieure, en particulier pour nos enfants, leur service de majordome est également exceptionnel, ce qui nous a permis de passer un voyage sans problème, même en cas de mauvaises conditions météorologiques à cause de la fermeture du parc, ils proposent toujours de nombreuses activités. pour que nous puissions garder nos enfants heureux tout le temps. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons adoré notre séjour ici et le recommandons vraiment à tous ceux qui pourraient être intéressés à visiter la montagne Changbai. . L'hôtel Beipo à Weier offre un accès VIP à la montagne Changbai Tianchi, ce qui permet d'économiser beaucoup de temps et d'énergie. Le service de majordome est excellent et très bien pour les enfants. Les deux enfants l'aiment beaucoup. Le paradis des enfants intérieur et extérieur, le joli paradis des animaux de compagnie, la piscine thermale intégrée et l'aire de jeux aquatiques pour enfants occuperont complètement les enfants lorsqu'ils ne pourront pas se rendre sur le site pittoresque.

C'est le meilleur hôtel que j'ai jamais connu cette fois-ci pour aller au nord-est. Je n'ai pas encore été là. Le gestionnaire d'hôtel nous a appelés à l'avance pour nous demander quand nous sommes arrivés. À l'hôtel et au jour de départ, j'ai organisé la sécurité pour aider à emballer ces bagages. Le service réel est particulièrement attentif et détaillé, L'environnement est aussi propre ! La belle 👍 L'hôtel peut également être chaud gratuit, sinon il faut payer 268 yuan par personne. Les fruits livrés sont également la plus variée de l'hôtel que j'ai habité. Le petit-déjeuner est également très riche. La soupe de viande bovine est particulièrement bonne à boire, la soupe est beaucoup de viande fraîche, il est bon à boire quelques pommes de viande, haha ～ La soupe chaude est vraiment très confortable, la piscine de soup est beaucoup, Tout est dans la chambre et à l'extérieur, et très propre. Après avoir pris de l'eau, il y a un serveur qui aide à mettre les remorques. Je suis désolé de mettre les remorques en panne quand je suis allé dans une autre piscine. Bien que à mille kilomètres, je dois vraiment aller à Changbai Mountain, et je dois aller à la chaleur de la vallée de Chen, manger et jouer, il y aura dans l'hôtel chaud, la prochaine fois je viendrai et je vais rester deux nuits plus.

Extremely pleasant stay. Staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast was simple and sufficient. Room is relatively clean and cozy. Location was a bit out of the way but the peaceful atmosphere made it worth the trouble. They have tons of self-reared animals such as alpacas, goats, deers, rabbits and a cat, adding more to the already calming location. All in all, worth the visit to wind down from the bustling city/town in Changbaishan

Le voyage de Changbai Mountain, choisi sa maison, l'hôtel est pratique pour se rendre, le parc autour peut aller au-delà, et aussi près du centre touristique de North Poor. Les installations sont complètement propres et propres. Le chef de la station, Wang, est très enthousiaste et l'expérience globale est bonne.

The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel. Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel. Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts. Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!! Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen. Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea. In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb! I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too! The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team! They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

L'hôtel de printemps chaud de Chang Bai Shan est un excellent hôtel et je recommande vivement à quiconque souhaite visiter ! L'hôtel dispose d'une « rue marchante » avec une grande sélection de boutiques à quelques pas de l'hôtel, avec un magasin de produits, quelques restaurants et un magasin de cadeaux.

Le service de majordome de Chen Yuanyuan est excellent. Dès mon arrivée à la réception, j'ai pris l'initiative de vous saluer, de vous enregistrer, de m'emmener dans la chambre et de vous offrir des cadeaux attentionnés. J'ai également répondu à toutes les questions sur les voyages et j'ai été sincère et enthousiaste ! Même si les installations de l'hôtel sont un peu vétustes, elles sont dans l'ensemble très bonnes ! Nous avons eu un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. La location est la meilleure partie. L'hôtel est très nouveau et propre. Le service est très bon et tout le monde est très gentil. Nous avons eu de la chance de voir Tian Chi.
