Our family of 4 had a wonderful 2 nights stay in mid December. The great service started even prior to our stay as we had 2 personal concierge 小张 & 莹莹 assigned to us. We had requested for connecting rooms via Trip and 小张 & 莹莹 contacted us directly via WeChat. They not only helped us get connecting rooms, they also gave advice and helped to arrange for our luggages to be sent to the hotel while a private driver (additional cost) picked us from the train station to start our tour of Changbaishan immediately so that we do not have to waste time traveling. All the staff at the hotel were wonderful as well. Our room package included 3hr ski tickets and access to the natural hot spring. It was our family’s first time trying to ski and we asked our personal concierge to arrange for private coach (additional cost). Immediately upon arriving at the ski lodge the coach was waiting and led us through the entire chaotic process of collecting and wearing the gears. The hotel has direct unlimited access to the hot spring and it was also a great experience not to be missed (Don’t forget to pack your swim wear!) It even has a fish pool where we dip our whole body. There’s also a Cute Pet Paradise with different animals you can feed. Overall there’s plenty of activities for everyone and we will definitely highly recommend the hotel to everyone coming to Changbaishan.

設施：酒店位置在恩都裏小鎮東門這，雖然晚上熙熙攘攘的人羣但一點都不吵，隔音效果還可以。就是可能客人住滿了，水壓有點小，洗澡水很小，這個可能和園區整體設計有關了 環境：定了有榻榻米的房間，加娃三個人住正好，樓上樓下loft的設計深受娃的喜愛🤩 服務：店裡的服務很熱情，走進走出都是一聲聲問候，特別是夏姐和小姚，服務細節很到位，去長白山前一天確認訂車時間，送站接站都安排的很好 衞生：提個小小建議，淋浴間保潔阿姨最好還是能每天清理一下，連住三天，每天洗頭的頭髮還原封不動的在浴室的地上，有點扣分😂

Cette foule est vraiment superbe! La chambre a une soupe privée dans le toit du toit. Elle a fait la neige pendant son séjour, elle a été chaude et a mangé de petites nourritures pendant la neige dans la soupe chaude. La nuit, dans la neige, cette expérience nouvelle est mémorable, peut également interagir avec les bébés délicieux, douce et mignon! Le plus intime est la station de Changbai Mountain gratuite. Vous pouvez même aller à l'île glaciaire de Changbai Village pour vous transporter sur la route. Vous ne devez pas vous soucier de vous en empêcher. Le voyage du poète est trop économe. Le matériel de la population est très complet, les salles d' fitness et d'autres installations devraient être complètes, l'expérience est pleine directement, la prochaine fois que vous vivrez Changbai Mountain, vous devez rester ici!

La chambre d'hôtel est très grande et les installations sont parfaites. Il y a beaucoup de piscine chaude, le personnel est très enthousiaste, nous aider à prendre nos bagages, le gestionnaire Wang est très professionnel et très enthousiaste, les boissons de la chambre sont très complètes et vous pouvez encore emballer, l'hôtel Linjiang mérite la recommandation.

Extremely pleasant stay. Staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast was simple and sufficient. Room is relatively clean and cozy. Location was a bit out of the way but the peaceful atmosphere made it worth the trouble. They have tons of self-reared animals such as alpacas, goats, deers, rabbits and a cat, adding more to the already calming location. All in all, worth the visit to wind down from the bustling city/town in Changbaishan

The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel. Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel. Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts. Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!! Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen. Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea. In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb! I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too! The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team! They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

L'hôtel de printemps chaud de Chang Bai Shan est un excellent hôtel et je recommande vivement à quiconque souhaite visiter ! L'hôtel dispose d'une « rue marchante » avec une grande sélection de boutiques à quelques pas de l'hôtel, avec un magasin de produits, quelques restaurants et un magasin de cadeaux.

L'hôtel a offert une excellente expérience. Le petit déjeuner a offert une variété de choix chauds et froids pour commencer le jour. Recommandez-moi !

It’s a relaxing resort with indoor and outdoor hot spring facility 20 minutes drive from Changbai Mountain ticketing centre. It’s a little isolated from the town but the in house restaurant serves good north eastern Chinese food.

Here’This resort hotel was the most satisfying stay of our entire 8-day China trip across Harbin, Changbaishan, Xuexiang, and Yabuli. We stayed in a family residence unit, which allowed all of us to live together comfortably under one household. The resort is extremely clean and well-maintained. Our unit even included a mahjong table and a private hot spring, which made the stay very enjoyable. Although the price is not cheap, it is definitely worth the money. The butler service was excellent — the staff were attentive and always did their best to accommodate our requests. Highly recommended. I’m confident you will have a pleasant and memorable stay here.
