Аутентичный, с интересной архитектурой, прекрасным дизайном комнат и великолепным сервисом. Горячий бассейн вечером это вообще отдельная тема. Прекрасный завтрак, доступ к хорошему кофе в течении всего дня, возможность погулять вокруг отеля , посмотреть на милые домики, где находятся магазины и кафе....Мы остались очень довольны и обязательно рекомендуем к посещению.

有個小小建議是温泉池最好掛個時鐘 方便客人看時間；也最好有個提示牌， 提示客人不要帶手機進入温泉池區域！

UUtilisateur anonymeExtremely pleasant stay. Staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast was simple and sufficient. Room is relatively clean and cozy. Location was a bit out of the way but the peaceful atmosphere made it worth the trouble. They have tons of self-reared animals such as alpacas, goats, deers, rabbits and a cat, adding more to the already calming location.
All in all, worth the visit to wind down from the bustling city/town in Changbaishan

SSH.1The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel.
Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff
during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel.
Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts.
Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!!
Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen.
Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea.
In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb!
I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too!
The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team!
They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

最打動我的，是這裏把“怕你麻煩”的心思，落到了每一個細節裏。
✅ 真實體驗自述：
❶ 管家真能幫你省腦子
入住前管家就主動聯繫，根據我們的時間和興趣定製了鬆散不累的動線。推薦了民宿車程10分鐘的麓角村，原始靜謐很出片；下午用贈送的230元代金券選了峽谷浮石林，全程無縫銜接。
❷ 接送服務是硬核便利
高鐵站接+北景區集散中心送全包。尤其在北坡，自己叫車不確定性強，民宿按時接送，省下的不止是錢，更是心安。
❸ “祛班味”圍爐煮茶，不是擺拍道具
在獨立茶室自己動手烤橘子紅薯，茶葉選擇多，氛圍鬆弛。能真正坐下來聊聊天、發發呆的體驗，在匆忙的旅行裏太難得了。
❹ 最戳我的隱形服務：免費借羽絨服和雨傘
長白山天氣多變，民宿前台常備乾淨羽絨服和雨傘供客人免費借用。上山那天突然降温，借的羽絨服成了救命裝備。這種不聲張卻實實在在的貼心，比任何華麗詞藻都動人。
❺ 房間住得舒心
智能聲控、星空觀景窗、熱乎的早餐……這些標配它都做得紮實。早上躺着看雪景喝熱牛奶，度假感瞬間拉滿。

NNL'hôtel de printemps chaud de Chang Bai Shan est un excellent hôtel et je recommande vivement à quiconque souhaite visiter ! IInvitéThe hotel staff is very helpful. Even though we checked in at about 10pm, he is able to arrange a full day itinerary the next day with driver included. On top of that, he is friendly and assisted us, the foreigners to book the changbaishan ticket as we do not have the mainline number.
For the hotel wise, the hot spring is decent and the room meets a 4 star expectation.
