Subject: An Exceptional Stay Defined by Remarkable Service and Comfort I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The level of service here is world-class, particularly the housekeeping team. When I found my room a bit too warm and realized the windows were fixed, the staff proactively provided a fan to improve airflow. This, combined with the in-room humidifier, ensured a perfect night’s sleep. The room amenities were also incredibly thoughtful and comprehensive. The hotel facilities are a major highlight. The hot springs offer an impressive variety of both indoor and outdoor pools. Furthermore, the logistics are handled seamlessly; the shuttle service to and from the High-Speed Rail station was very convenient. For those visiting Changbaishan, the hotel offers a direct bus service (provided you have a ticket), which made my trip stress-free. I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Da Ling and Yin Ling. Their attentive care and constant check-ins throughout my stay made me feel truly valued and were the highlights of my trip. The dining experience was equally impressive. The breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of delicious options, and the on-site restaurant served a diverse menu where every dish was flavorful. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed. I will certainly choose to stay here again on my next visit.

本次出行選擇花築奢民宿，整體體驗直接拉滿。民宿庭院造景精緻，隨手拍照都很出片。公共區域茶室、休閑區佈置考究，安靜閑適，很適合放空休憩。房間空間開闊不壓抑，床品親膚透氣。早餐食材新鮮，下午茶也很用心，餐食口味在線。還有聚龍火山泉水泡湯，非常舒服。 服務方面堪稱滿分，管家24小時在線，入住前就發送詳細指引，到站可接送，還會定製本地遊玩路線、推薦小眾景點和地道美食。有需求響應迅速，待人温和有分寸。特別感謝小李、小夏貼心細緻的服務，專業又暖心，入住體驗滿分，好評！ 整體性價比超高，下次來還會首選花築奢。

這是我這次去東北十天旅遊體驗住過最好的酒店了，還沒到，酒店經理就提前打電話問我們什麼時候到，到了酒店和退房那天，都安排了保安叔叔幫忙提行李那些，真的服務特別周到細緻，環境也很乾凈！！！贊👍住酒店還能免費泡温泉，不然就得花268元一人的門票，送的水果也是我住過的酒店最多品種的，早餐也很豐富，牛肉湯特別好喝，湯鮮肉多，隨便喝幾碗都行，哈哈～温泉真的特別舒服，湯池很多，室內室外都有，也很乾凈。一下水，就有服務員來幫忙把拖鞋擺放好，整的我去另外一個池子泡的時候，都不好意思亂放拖鞋了，嘿嘿！雖然相隔千里，但泡温泉，真的就得去長白山，而且還是要去臨溪火山温泉，吃住玩，温泉酒店裡都有，下次我還要來，並且多住兩晚才行。

Double Tree Hilton is awesome hotel with professional service from the ground staffs. Friendly front desk staffs, attentive housekeeping team Wonderful buffet breakfast and dinner at the ”LUSH” ALL DAY DINING team. Double Tree signature biscuit is always our favorite and thanks for the free Valcano onsen and free ride back and forth to the ski activities. Will definitely stay here again for our further visits

The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel. Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel. Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts. Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!! Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen. Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea. In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb! I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too! The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team! They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

Les produits de lit peuvent être, les toiles sont un peu élevées, mais le sommeil est très confortable. Nous ne savons pas ce qui se passe dans notre chambre, il y a un bruit de vent toute la nuit, pas très ami pour les gens qui dorment. Dix minutes de la station de Changbai Mountain, l'hôtel a une station de transport de voiture. Très pratique. Il y a un chaud hôtel, mais le terrain est très petit. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas très bon, et nous sommes peut-être en retard. Parce que le petit déjeuner est à onze heures lorsque vous réservez la chambre, alors je vais à neuf heures et demie, mais en fait, il est à dix heures. Mais il est plus facile de vous aider à vous rembourser à votre destination si vous ne pouvez pas monter à l'hôtel. C'est pratique. Quinze minutes de route du centre de décentralisation nord de Changbai Mountain Pool et dix minutes de la place de la barre de la barre.

La location est un peu de sortie de la ville, mais c'est en fait sa meilleure caractéristique. Il est incroyablement paisible et entouré de paddys de riz vert et de la nature. Si vous cherchez un repos tranquille près de la nature plutôt que la vie nocturne de la ville occupée, c'est là le lieu idéal pour rester.

Le service de majordome de Chen Yuanyuan est excellent. Dès mon arrivée à la réception, j'ai pris l'initiative de vous saluer, de vous enregistrer, de m'emmener dans la chambre et de vous offrir des cadeaux attentionnés. J'ai également répondu à toutes les questions sur les voyages et j'ai été sincère et enthousiaste ! Même si les installations de l'hôtel sont un peu vétustes, elles sont dans l'ensemble très bonnes ! It’s a relaxing resort with indoor and outdoor hot spring facility 20 minutes drive from Changbai Mountain ticketing centre. It’s a little isolated from the town but the in house restaurant serves good north eastern Chinese food.
