I'm need good

We are in this hotel as I write, room 1207. Having spent the last 2 weeks travelling around India it is a great pleasure to end up at this hotel. We are so grateful for the almost instant and abundant hot water in the impressive shower and the working and easily controlled AC in the room. The room is lovely with a very comfortable bed and the cleaning staff are excellent. Only 1 of our party tried the breakfast (420 rupees - not included in our nightly rate) . She said it was ok but probably a little overpriced in Indian terms. The reception staff are very helpful, printing our our boarding passes for flight home. The area around the hotel is a little down at heel, but there are several supermarkets, ATMs and places to eat nearby. There are always plenty of taxis around as the property is next to a petrol station. Enjoying our stay here.

si tratta di un albergo a due stelle pertanto le aspettative non potevano essere troppo alte per quanto riguarda l’arredo dell’albergo e delle stanze che sono in effetti molto squallidi. Mai una colazione è stata tanto misera e triste; se anche avessimo voluto integrarla pagando non avremmo potuto ordinare neanche un succo di frutta industriale perché non era disponibile. tuttavia ciò che ci ha colpito di più è stata la scortesia dello staff; mai in un mese trascorso in tante diverse regioni di questo paese abbiamo sperimentato una tale maleducazione e ***canza di rispetto verso il cliente, così lontani dal concetto tipico di accoglienza indiana. Il nostro tour operator ha erroneamente prenotato una notte anziché due, così ci siamo trovati sbattuti fuori dalla camera la mattina del nostro ultimo giorno, proprio quello della ripartenza. senza la minima traccia di panico io ho pensato ad un misunderstanding con il nostro operatore e ho cercato con lui la soluzione nel modo più pacifico possibile, ossia integrando il pagamento per una seconda notte. il proprietario, con una ***canza assoluta di savoir faire ha soltanto urlato come un vero pazzo fin dal primo istante senza nessuna ragione e invece di dirci un semplice e accettabile “mi dispiace, purtroppo non abbiamo altre camere disponibili”, ha continuato a urlare e sembrava divertito. Un’esperienza di sgarbatezza gratuita. Non esiste un motivo per cui scegliere di venire in questo albergo it is a two-star hotel therefore expectations could not be too high as regards the furnishings of the hotel and the rooms which are in fact very shabby. Never has a breakfast been so miserable and sad; even if we had wanted to integrate it by paying we could not have ordered even an industrial fruit juice because it was not available. however what struck us the most was the rudeness of the staff; never in a month spent in so ***y different regions of this country have we experienced such rudeness and lack of respect towards the customer, so far from the typical concept of Indian hospitality. Our tour operator mistakenly booked one night instead of two, so we found ourselves kicked out of the room on the morning of our last day, the very day of departure. without the slightest trace of panic, I thought of a misunderstanding with our operator and sought the solution with him in the most peaceful way possible, that is, integrating the payment for a second night. the owner, with an absolute lack of savoir faire just yelled like a ****** from the very first moment for no reason and instead of telling us a simple and acceptable ”I'm sorry, unfortunately we have no other rooms available”, he continued to yell and seemed amused. A free rudeness experience. There is no reason to choose to come to this hotel

When a guest stays for such a long period of time, it is quite natural to come across hotel employees who make the guests' stay comfortable on a day to day basis. They talk to the guests about their well-being, the places to visit in the city, restaurants and markets to explore and about the life in general. It is for this reason that I would like to make a special mention of attentive,kind and professional employees such as Mr. Pradeep (Restaurant), Mr. Rohit Kumar (House Keeping), Mr. Sharad (Restaurant) and Mr. Sachin (Marketing) for making my stay at “The Shalimar Hotel” a memorable experience. I hope that I would be received with the same enthusiasm and warmth when I go there next time. It is for this reason that I would like to recommend “The Shalimar Hotel” for a comfortable as well as a pleasant stay to all my friends, relatives and family members. L'hôtel est un type -- avec style, élégance et excellente. L'emplacement est certainement le point le plus attrayant. Tous les membres du personnel sont amis et polis. Le petit déjeuner a été très bon. Il était un séjour agréable.

Viaggio di lavoro per visitare la fiera di Mumbai. Hotel vicino all’aeroporto, struttura un po’ datata ma che comunque ***tiene un certo fascino. Apprezzato particolarmente il livello di insonorizzazione della stanza, niente rumori molesti . Servizio alla reception ottimo, arrivato per il check in tardissimo, nessuno problema.

I have been coming to Fairfield for almost 4 months now. Hands down, it's one of the best properties for business travellers with a serene ambience and an exceptional staff, which caters to all the needs of the guests promptly. I would like to give a special shoutout to Anup for being one of the best staff members in the restaurant Mado Mado. He has been diligent and smart about his work amd has played a significant role in making my trips to the hotel and the buffet meals a lot more memorable.

Le meilleur service fourni par anique tout le temps le meilleur et classique parfait tout et merveilleux comme nous avons toujours besoin ce Juillet à Mumbai si lourde pluie dans ce mouvement nous n'avons pas eu des cabines dans ola uber nous devons aller à la fonction attendue après un peu d'attente je demande juste ils pour nous aider, puis ils nous réserveront à la nuit très bon et merci à lui aussi pour nous aider

A really dependable hotel within close proximity to Mumbai Airport. Great rooms and a superb buffet restaurant. The executive lounge is excellent and the staff friendly. I’ve stayed here many a time and it never disappoints. WiFi and air conditioning are perfect. Check out can be a little slow so allow extra time. If you book a executive room it comes with airport transfer but you are not always told this. In short. A great hotel with a great restaurant.
