L'emplacement est vraiment bon. Il est facile de se connecter une fois arrivé à l'aéroport. Je recommande cet hôtel lorsque vous arrivez tard le soir ou partez tôt le matin.

Excellent location. Rooms are overall clean however some of the furniture seem to be getting old and carpet in the room has bunch of stains and unpleasant smell which are very off putting. Impressive views. Food in the restaurants is okay but cocktail hour food is very much below the class. Had a lot of billing issues with front office was unfortunate as they had charged me additional amount (which they reversed after I pointed out) but such mishap is not expected from a 5 star hotel. Overall I would suggest there are multiple Taj chain options in the city which can serve much better service at the same (or even lower) price

Service was good. Staff at reception were nice and helpful. But that is it. Dirty and rusty furniture at breakfast room. Got Goose bumps while sitting there, Indian railway canteen has better. When flushed toilet water was black and full of garbage… not up to Westin brand standards. Sorry but Not again.

Nous avons passé un moment absolument incroyable à quatre saisons ! De la gentillesse et des sourires de tout le personnel à la propreté et à la chambre spacieuse. Tout était parfait! Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir notre chambre surclassée et il y avait des ballons, de jolies friandises et un gâteau au chocolat dans notre chambre ! Ce fut une merveilleuse surprise et a rendu nos fiançailles et la célébration de l'anniversaire de ma fiancée encore plus spéciales ! Le service de chambre était super efficace et la nourriture était incroyable ! Le dîner au san:qi était agréable ! Bons intérieurs et pas du tout bruyants, endroit parfait pour un rendez-vous intime. La nourriture était excellente, tout comme le service - un merci spécial à Nikhil, qui s'est occupé de nous !! Globalement c'était une bonne expérience! L'hospitalité à son meilleur ! Je recommande à 100%.

It was an excellent stay. They provided shuttle service to go the consulate which was amazing.

The yoga courses and Zimbabwe courses are not there but they will pretend that they are there. I asked 4 times to get the schedules through email but that email never came . Be careful cause the security at swimming pool is just like a decoration cause everyone can enter without having the room card to the swimming pool area by just jumping in while some clients are entering. And maybe there is a collaboration with the staff because actually in such beggars clothes how can they pass unobservant even the main door of the reception of the hotel! They have strict policies about cancellation which normally all the other marriotts of the world have..specially with clients who have diamond and travel genius highest level as vip clients .they dont consider that they stayed the entire week 7 days and it can happen that the last day some unpredictable work thing can happen. The 24 /7 service is just a fake thing cause if you call at a normal 10 pm the person's who ll pick up the phone after a LONG wait they still make you wait for the next morning for the concerned person to come and ask. They say ”we ll call you back but that call never comes” .

Amazing luxury hotel right next to the airport. It even had a SCB ATM inside the hotel but during my recent trip it seems to have been removed from there. The rooms are well equipped and the bathroom had a bath tub and a separate shower area. Buffet at the hotel restaurant was amazing as well

Absolutely amazing property....very clean neighbourhood. Staff is very attentive, rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast buffet and dinner buffet 10 out of 10. Thank you sofitel for amazing experience.
