si tratta di un albergo a due stelle pertanto le aspettative non potevano essere troppo alte per quanto riguarda l’arredo dell’albergo e delle stanze che sono in effetti molto squallidi. Mai una colazione è stata tanto misera e triste; se anche avessimo voluto integrarla pagando non avremmo potuto ordinare neanche un succo di frutta industriale perché non era disponibile. tuttavia ciò che ci ha colpito di più è stata la scortesia dello staff; mai in un mese trascorso in tante diverse regioni di questo paese abbiamo sperimentato una tale maleducazione e ***canza di rispetto verso il cliente, così lontani dal concetto tipico di accoglienza indiana. Il nostro tour operator ha erroneamente prenotato una notte anziché due, così ci siamo trovati sbattuti fuori dalla camera la mattina del nostro ultimo giorno, proprio quello della ripartenza. senza la minima traccia di panico io ho pensato ad un misunderstanding con il nostro operatore e ho cercato con lui la soluzione nel modo più pacifico possibile, ossia integrando il pagamento per una seconda notte. il proprietario, con una ***canza assoluta di savoir faire ha soltanto urlato come un vero pazzo fin dal primo istante senza nessuna ragione e invece di dirci un semplice e accettabile “mi dispiace, purtroppo non abbiamo altre camere disponibili”, ha continuato a urlare e sembrava divertito. Un’esperienza di sgarbatezza gratuita. Non esiste un motivo per cui scegliere di venire in questo albergo it is a two-star hotel therefore expectations could not be too high as regards the furnishings of the hotel and the rooms which are in fact very shabby. Never has a breakfast been so miserable and sad; even if we had wanted to integrate it by paying we could not have ordered even an industrial fruit juice because it was not available. however what struck us the most was the rudeness of the staff; never in a month spent in so ***y different regions of this country have we experienced such rudeness and lack of respect towards the customer, so far from the typical concept of Indian hospitality. Our tour operator mistakenly booked one night instead of two, so we found ourselves kicked out of the room on the morning of our last day, the very day of departure. without the slightest trace of panic, I thought of a misunderstanding with our operator and sought the solution with him in the most peaceful way possible, that is, integrating the payment for a second night. the owner, with an absolute lack of savoir faire just yelled like a ****** from the very first moment for no reason and instead of telling us a simple and acceptable ”I'm sorry, unfortunately we have no other rooms available”, he continued to yell and seemed amused. A free rudeness experience. There is no reason to choose to come to this hotel

C'est loin de l'aéroport, mais c'est la meilleure condition pour entrer aux portes de l'Inde et de l'île de l'Eléphant, que vous devez voir lorsque vous venez à Mumbai. Vous devez choisir une chambre avec vue sur la mer. Ne manquez pas la vue sur la porte de l'Inde Les prix augmentent les week-ends et les festivals, c'est donc un fardeau. A part la vue, la composition de la salle est ordinaire, mais le soir on peut faire le tour du lobby en musique et du Taj Mahal Palace.

Le service et l'attention à la réputation de St. Regis. Abihijit au restaurant Seven Fires nous a pris très bien soin et a été un plaisir de discuter avec. Chef Taj au Sahib a préparé un incroyable menu de repas pour nous. Nous utilisons leurs voitures pendant 2 jours et il était de la valeur de chaque cent. Le confort de leurs chauffeurs et de leurs voitures à ***a travers cette ville est inestimable. Ils connaissent les meilleurs endroits pour les repas, les boutiques et les attractions. La seule peculiarité de cette propriété est la tendance des clients à prendre le petit déjeuner dans leurs pyjamas pendant que les pantalons d'hôtel sont brodés. Le spa est le niveau suivant. Nous avons fait un paquet de couples et c'était une expérience bienvenue après une semaine sur la route. Le meilleur expérience possible de spa nous avons eu à nouveau, un service et une facilité incroyables. La valeur de cet hôtel est presque ridicule en raison du prix. Une expérience similaire en Europe ou dans les États et vous allez payer 4-5x le prix. Le bar est très haut, avec cette propriété incroyable.

Un endroit parfait pour rester pendant les interviews aux États-Unis. Le consulat est juste en face de l'hôtel, ce qui le rend très pratique pour une visite de deux jours.

I have been coming to Fairfield for almost 4 months now. Hands down, it's one of the best properties for business travellers with a serene ambience and an exceptional staff, which caters to all the needs of the guests promptly. I would like to give a special shoutout to Anup for being one of the best staff members in the restaurant Mado Mado. He has been diligent and smart about his work amd has played a significant role in making my trips to the hotel and the buffet meals a lot more memorable.

A really dependable hotel within close proximity to Mumbai Airport. Great rooms and a superb buffet restaurant. The executive lounge is excellent and the staff friendly. I’ve stayed here many a time and it never disappoints. WiFi and air conditioning are perfect. Check out can be a little slow so allow extra time. If you book a executive room it comes with airport transfer but you are not always told this. In short. A great hotel with a great restaurant.

I visited Mumbai for Business purpose. This time I decided to make use of Gym facility. The first day I went, I met a person named Justin, gym trainer. I was amazed with his attitude and the way he treat guests. He helped me so much to do different variations of workout and gave free advice on the diet as well. Thanks to Mr.Justin for giving personal training and making me to understand each and every workout with the available machinery itself. I suggest every guest to make use of the Gym and get trained by Mr.Justin. This helps you to maintain healthy body physically and mentally. Thank you Justin sir ji.
