What an enjoyable 4 nights we spent at the Torbrau it is a 10/15minute walk from Marienplatz and 10 minutes from the Hofbrauhaus but across the rd is the Augustiner Keller whose bier is better and cheaper, The Torbrau may be 4 star rated but you get 7 star treatment from the staff so polite and friendly, offering great advice during our stay they couldn’t help enough , Rooms were spotless, the Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice, it is ideally situated and couple of minutes walk from the Isator S Bahn station a word of advice when catching the S8 train from the airport get a group ticket for 27 euros up to a maximum of 5 persons. If more than 2 of you as it’s 13 euros per person if not. Torbrau thank you we definitely hope to return in the future.

L'hôtel est très chaud. Nous sommes arrivés tard à cause des grèves ferroviaires, qui ont fait du transport à l'hôtel une douleur. Cependant, une fois que nous avons été check-in, nous étions juste en haut de la chambre qui était toasty (très toasty!). Le petit déjeuner était un style continental de buffet avec beaucoup de choses et certains des objets ont changé quotidiennement. Il a également un intérêt énergique pour le football et je voudrais aussi faire un cri à Philip et à son équipe à la réception, car ils ont été extrêmement utiles. Pour ceux qui lèvent les révisions et disent qu'ils ne peuvent pas parler anglais ou allemand, nous avons trouvé que cela n'était pas vrai. Nous aurions voulu revenir à Munich pour rester ici cette année, mais malheureusement, il faudra attendre l'année prochaine. Si vous voulez la metro, il est à 2 minutes à pied de la réception de l'hôtel (tournez à gauche de la porte, à gauche de nouveau, traversez aux lumières et vous y êtes).

L’écoulement de la douche n’était pas bon. De plus, le rideau de douche mal adapté coulissait difficilement. Les moquettes dans les chambres ou les couloirs, je trouve ça moyen, pas très hygiéniques car difficiles à nettoyer réellement. Le petit-déjeuner était très bien. .s b.

La position géographique de l'hôtel est très proche du centre-ville, le transport est confortable, il y a un supermarché avec dm et autres, et la vie est confortable. La chambre a raisonnablement utilisé l'espace, le lit est très confortable, la réception de l'hôtel nous permet également de stocker nos bagages toute la journée, merci beaucoup.

Pagando 643 €, abbiamo dormito 2 notti in una camera tripla, con colazione, durante il primo week end dell'Oktoberfest. 214 € a testa. La posizione è ottima. 5 minuti a piedi dalla metro, che va sia in Oktoberfest che in centro. Questi ultimi, comunque, si possono anche raggiungere a piedi. Ho lasciato la macchina nel parcheggio sotterraneo, gratuito e molto comodo. La camera era pulitissima, moderna, (piccola per 3 persone, ma non per 2) e adeguata ai livelli di comfort di questo genere di alberghi, ma NON adeguata al prezzo gonfiato che tutte le strutture ricettive di Monaco hanno in questo periodo dell'anno. La stessa camera costerebbe 289 € tra un mese... La colazione, invece, non sarebbe adeguata in entrambi i casi. Veramente scarsa. Personale parco di sorrisi. Sicuramente ci tornerei, durante la festa. Ciao.

Bon hôtel, mais un peu loin du centre-ville mais à pied court au train qui vous emmène au cœur de Munich ! Le petit déjeuner était excellent, bonnes choix sur ce que manger. Personnel amiable et chambres propres

When we had to book a hotel in Munich, most of the other hotels were very expensive or they were booked out. The niu loco still offered rooms under 100€ per night (breakfast included!) under fair conditions. The niu is not far away from the motorway. Its neighborhood/surroundings are not beautiful. Luckily, the heavy traffic outside could not be heard in the building at all. You can park your car underground for 10€ per night. The next Tube station is within easy reach: you can walk there in 5 to 10 minutes. Line 6 takes you to Schwabing and Marienplatz directly (3€50 for one ride). My room was quiet, clean, and cozy. The bed was comfortable. There was no mini bar, but a TV with a big screen. In a box there were some games and a toy for children. The bathroom was extremely clean. I was fascinated by the disco lamp, which produced “psychedelic” light effects on the ceiling and walls. The lounge opens up into the breakfast room. Their breakfast offered a wide choice of rolls, different types of delicious German bread, various jams, sausages, fruit, yoghurts and mueslis. At the coffee machines there was self service. The coffee tasted good. Contrary to what you can read in some of the other guests’ reviews, I found the staff open-minded and cooperative. In a nutshell, I would readily return to the niu loco, because it has got many more advantages than disadvantages. My colleague wants to return there with his family.

The rooms are advertised as apart-hotel rooms for longer stays, but they are small and they mostly just traded a proper size wardrobe for a space for a kitchen sink and a microwave. The website says ”Kitchenette” but you can't really cook anything... Also, no dish soap or sponge is provided, and you have to grab plates and cutleries yourself from the restaurant area downstairs. This could easily be fixed. Also the website says there is a desk but there really isn't. What you get is a small coffee table with a low seat. Impossible to seat and expect to work comfortably on it. No laundry service or washing machines available in the hotel either. The receptionist pointed me to the mall to clean my clothes, which is very far if you don't have a car. They should at least have a partnership with external laundry service and organize pickups... Other than that, the staff was super friendly and professional. Nice hotel design, clean and good breakfast too. So I would recommend the place only for short stays.

Overall this Hotel and Apartments are very good, free parking , free breakfast and in a good location. Rooms have a useful mini kitchen for the basics. Breakfast was good and its location on a retail park made it easy if you need any shopping. Hotel also has a Sauna, Gym and Laundry room which was useful. Staff very nice and helpful, they prepared an early breakfast bag for me as I was leaving very early. I would recommend and I would stay again at this Hotel.
