Total score 8/10 Would recommend to stay again Room: Very stylish and functional. Nice touches and quality throughout. Bed was very comfy with good quality linens. Nice plug sockets but no direct usb for a newish hotel. Bring a travel plug. Only downside which was slightly annoying the room features advertised are not present. We were missing the sound system stated on website. Our original room had some stains, possibly blood or dark red nail polish on bedding. Upon informing staff nect morning we were upgraded for rest of stay. This was a nice gesture. The room has coffee machine but no tea facilities. We did ask in the night and were told it was not possible. However then next day a kettle was sent to the room. Bathroom: Perfect. Good shower and amazing bath. Really nice products. Restaurant Izayka was really very very good. V cool vibe. Music in the background. The food was outstanding and reminded me of a trip to Japan. The robata grilled chicken was outstanding. I felt the quality and delivery to be on par with Nobu and Hakkasan (london) Service Few blips here and there but overall. Staff were polite and helpful. Pool and spa Visually stunning and very nice. Overall a great stay in Munich and shall be recommending to friends and family.

Ils disent que la gare est en panne, mais je ne me sentais pas, et je ne me sentais pas plus de gens, même si je suis sorti la nuit. La gare est à côté, mais beaucoup de gens sont sortis de la gare et ont été divisés par la métro et parce que la gare est une bonne option pour faire la métro, le trafic est en pleine distance. L'environnement de l'hôtel, le petit déjeuner de première classe, le service du lit de nuit, il est devenu un modèle d'hôtel international. Si je vais à Munich pour voir l'exposition, je choisirai ici.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon, juste en face de la gare, mais le cadre environnant est très moyen, un peu comme un lieu de rassemblement pour les Turcs et les Noirs. Cependant, la sécurité en Allemagne est toujours bonne. Ne sors pas seul au milieu de la nuit, il n'y a pas de quoi s'inquiéter. Il n'y a pas de bons restaurants dans les environs, tout est réglé à l'hôtel. La salle n'est pas grande, mais le service est bon et il y a très peu de monde dans la piscine. C'est juste que le règlement de l'hôtel est très déroutant, et il y aura divers suppléments. Vous devez vérifier vous-même la facture et comprendre le fonctionnement réel de la pré-autorisation. Cette fois, des frais de chambre supplémentaires nous ont été facturés. Nous avons demandé un rembour*****t directement à la réception ce jour-là. Après notre retour à la maison, nous avons constaté que la pré-autorisation avait été déduite. Nous avons communiqué dans les deux sens via Ctrip pendant plusieurs semaines, mais Au final, nous n'avons pas pu résoudre le problème clairement. C'était Ctrip lui-même. Nous avons été indemnisés pour le supplément. À l'avenir, les hôtels à l'étranger seront réservés autant que possible via Ctrip. Même si le prix est plus élevé que sur certaines plateformes étrangères, cela n'a pas d'importance. Après tout, tous les problèmes seront résolus sérieu*****t. Contrairement à certains sites de réservation étrangers, il n’existe aucun moyen de résoudre le problème et personne ne répondra.

Vous devez suivre les instructions sur une carte, physique ou en ligne, et vous êtes bien à aller. Le restaurant est très confortable et très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est à quelques pas si vous n'avez pas le petit déjeuner à l'hôtel. Le répertoire des services indique que les articles de lave-linge envoyés avant 8.30am seront retournés à 7h00 le même jour. Le petit déjeuner était super et le prix était bon et le prix était bon. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon, marcher jusqu'au jardin du palais est également à environ 25 minutes. Très proche de la vieille ville. Propre et hygiénique, le serveur est enthousiaste. J'apporterai ma famille la prochaine fois.

This fairly small private hotel is a joy. The rooms are extremely well appointed and hold one great advantage over similar hotels in the vicinity of Munchen Hbf. ...... they feature kitchenette facilities (microwave, fridge and two electric rings). For supplies there is a Rewe supermarket a few minutes walk from the hotel. The staff are fabulous; from reception to room service. Although Schilerstrasse may not be to everyone's taste the hotel is virtually at the Hbf. end of the street so a visitor, if he/she so wishes, can avoid the 'Hostess' bars which are further down the street. Within a 10 minute walk you are right in the main shopping centre of the city. All the main brewery run restaurants are also within a 30 minute meander ...... Weisses Brauhaus, Andechser am Dom, zum Augustiner and zum Franziskaner.

Well, where shall I start. Basicly, it is a very good hotel. But often the details make up the exeperience. I enjoyed my stay. There are some issues I that could diminish the experience. Location: Central, close to the train station and bus station. Next shops are about 5 mins. by foot away, next good restaurant about 10 mins. In the early morning you can hear the traffic, the hotel is directly on a main road. So, if someone is sensitive to noise in the night, I cannot recommend a stay there. Cleanliness: Well.... that's an issue. I found some hair in the bathroom. An what I discovered was that apperently the cleaningstuff was to lazy to get off some dust an trash because the put it just unter the furniture that is unter the TV. Sorry, but something like this simply just should not happen! Room: I was happy with the room. It was big and my bed was soft and comfortable. I slept well. What I appreciated very much was that the holder for the bathroom towels was heated. That's pretty cool I encountered something like this the first time in a hotel. TV was OK so was the air condition. Style is typical for never hotels/business hotels. The furniture seemed a bit shabby. Service: the staff was (mostly) fantastic. I got everything I needed and I got it fast. They help you to get every information about the hotel that you need and they were very friendly. What was a bit strange is the fact that all the coworkers there were from spain. I think, one of them spoke german but everybody else english or spanish. So, they could not provide me with some information that I needed about Munich. That's the first time something like this has happened to me in a hotel. Bar: The bar is pretty cool and the drinks are good. A bit expensive but that was OK for such a hotel. Gym and spa: There is a gym and a spa but I had no time to try it. All in all I had a good experience and I would recommend the hotel.

Missing many amenities! The hotel has no employees except cleaning personnel. There is no front desk attendees you must go up the street to another hotel to check in. There is no phone in the rooms so you must go to the other hotel if you have questions or needs. Listing said there is air conditioning but there was none and we were informed at the other hotel that our hotel building has no air condition in any of the rooms. It gets hot during the day. He also said that his boss has been informed of the missing amenities many times and has not changed the listing! Gave us a small fan and told us to write a bad review because there's nothing he can do. If you paid for breakfast to be included you also have to go to the other hotel to receive it every morning.

We stayed at this nice hotel 3 nights and had a fantastic time visiting Munich and Salzburg. Hotel is very well located with easy access to the metro station. They are very friendly and willing to help you with your requests. I ordered an item before arriving to the hotel and they received it and kept it safe for me till my arrival. Breakfast is very good and plentiful with good variety. Room was very clean and warm with a good view. I will defintely recommend it and will use it again in my next visit to Munich

per un breve viaggio di famiglia in pieno inverno siamo rimasti soddisfatti dell'albergo, camera pulita, silenziosa, colazione abbondante e per tutti i gusti. In 5 minuti a piedi si arriva alla fermata dell's-bahn di Harras, personale molto disponibile e cordiale, soprattutto la ragazza della sala per la colazione.Torneremo sicuramente! Für einen kurzen Familienausflug mitten im Winter waren wir mit dem Hotel zufrieden, sauberes, ruhiges Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstück und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. In 5 Gehminuten ist man an der S-Bahn-Haltestelle Harras, sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal, besonders das Mädchen im Frühstücksraum. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Ci siamo fermati per una sosta obbligata in quanto non avevamo il bollino verde, era tardi e tutto intorno sembrava tutta zona verde. Chiediamo se avessero una stanza libera per la notte e ci risponde in tedesco/inglese arrangiato di chiamare il suo capo che era in vacanza. Dopo averle cercato di spiegare che non parlavo tedesco, riesco tramite traduttore a farle telefonare al suo capo direttamente. La stanza che aveva ”libera” non si apriva per un problema con la chiave elettronica, ci ”prepara” ovvero cambia solo le lenzuola ad un'altra stanza. Risultato che abbiamo pagato € 90,00 la notte, per una stanza non pulita come avrebbe dovuto essere. La ragazza l'impegno ce l'ha messo ma se non è in grado di gestire non dovrebbe essere lasciata sola al desk anche perchè era in evidente difficoltà e si scusava continuamente. L'hotel inoltre è datato e cade a pezzi, necessita sicuramente di una ristrutturazione, peccato perchè è in una posizione strategica per stare fuori dal centro, dove ancora si può parcheggiare gratis davanti e vicino alla metro

Petit bémol le déjeuner a 22 euros est un peu cher il est plus agréable de prendre le croissant café dans la chambre
