Le Westin Grand Munich Hotel est un hôtel assez ancien et le prix n'est en aucun cas bon marché par rapport à d'autres hôtels de Munich, mais les composants de la chambre qui n'étaient pas à la hauteur de son nom ont dû être déduits. J'ai choisi une chambre basique, mais au lieu d'une cafetière, du café dans un sac et un gobelet en plastique (dû à Corona) étaient fournis, et je n'ai même pas pensé à réparer le réfrigérateur cassé pendant mon séjour de 4 jours. Le service au petit déjeuner était si mauvais, par exemple, un chef qui ne savait même pas cuisiner des œufs de base servait, et le personnel de service dans le hall était également occupé à discuter. Les frais de stationnement sont également chers à 30 euros, et à part l'avantage d'un emplacement pratique, c'est un hôtel que je ne veux pas recommander car j'ai l'impression que d'autres hôtels sont meilleurs au même prix.

Il est très bon, mais suffisamment de questions pour couper une étoile. Beaucoup de bonnes choses - très propre, chambre moderne. Grand douche. Bonne éclairage. Bed confortable. Fantastique petit déjeuner, avec omelettes à commander. Tout type de lait que vous imaginiez (mais, bizarrement, nous ne pouvions pas trouver frais - celui que nous croyions était UHT!). Grand gym sur 14 étages. Internet fulmine rapide. Le personnel était ami et vous a accordé toute l'attention quand vous étiez avec eux. Questions. On a été très bien informé que le personnel de la ville était très bien informé. Lorsqu'un endroit est ce swish, check-in et check-out devrait être rapide et doux. Il n'était pas. Short staffed in the restaurant too: we had booked a table but were ignored by the two staff who were covering the bar and the tables. Il faut une meilleure formation : au moins les hôtes attendants sont bienvenus et reconnaissent. Dans la chambre: pas d'accès au répertoire d'hôtel en ligne: la réception n'a pas vraiment compris le problème et a envoyé un échantillon à distance, puis peut-être supposé une question de logiciel. (Tip: il y a en fait deux ports USB - sur le dos de la télévision! Ils sont fiddly à atteindre mais il peut être fait, et ils chargent un téléphone toute la nuit).

When we turned up at the hotel at no fault of the hotel the holiday company we used did not change the dates of our hotel (from 26-29th to 27-30th) in line with our flights. This was quickly sorted by signing a form to confirm that this was the case. Then on our last night I was in the room by myself when a man that had just checked in had let himself into the room, he soon realised and walked straight back out. Shortly after I had a receptionist named Mustafa I have been told barge into the room demanding that I pack and leave right away as I should not be there. He threatened to ring the police if I did not leave right away. He did not want to listen to a word I said when I tried to explain to him the situation that I thought could have been the mix up, I rang my boyfriend to come straight up to the room. The tone and manner of this staff member was completely unacceptable. As soon as my boyfriend arrived his manner changed completely and became very polite. My partner went down to reception to try and sort things out to which he got shown the form we filled in on arrival with it forged, the date had been crossed out and edited which I’m assuming is to try and cover up the fact they were in the wrong. Never experienced anything like this anywhere I have travelled before. Definitely did not feel safe by myself as a woman. So disappointed after such a lovely holiday this completely changed the tone and ruined it 😢

While the hotel stay was comfortable and the rooms a nice and clean we found the front desk staff rude and unhelpful. From the start they have shown no courtesy, I called up the hotel from the station to inquire about the location and landmark and found the person speaking to me couldnt care less about giving directions. Then when we arrived there, there was no one at the front desk. Since there are two Holiday Inns adjacent to each other we were confused as to which one is ours and kept the cab waiting to check. Finally we had to let the cab go as not one was there to answer our query. After a long wait the lady manning the front desk finally emerged from the cabin and was very rude with us. She couldnt find our reservation, we had to panic call the booking.com customer service and incurred a huge mobile bill for the international call only so that we could confirm our booking. She insisted we had not paid for our rooms and we had to argue and show proof of payment. Any query we had about the hotel amenities or sightseeing were unhelpfully answered. The person who looks after the snacks corner was the only congenial and courteous person. The hotel is within walking distance of a train station and the bus stop is right outside the drive way, There are some good restaurants about 5- 7 minutes walk from the hotel. Lidl is a stones throw away so are a few other grocery stores. Once you get the hang of the place its pretty convenient. The only reason why the rating is average is because the hotel is good and the rooms were comfortable and neat. Otherwise only based on their customer service it would be poor.

C'était un séjour OK. Les chambres et les équipements étaient bien, belles et propres malgré tant d'urgence. Le centre de la ville est situé à environ 20 minutes de la ville de Munich (autobus no 190). Sur le service Je comprends que la saison de pointe était là, le check-in aurait pu être plus facile sinon tout le monde fait du travail dur pour garder la marque.

Positiv: Eingang sehr schön und lieblich gestaltet. Empfang zuvorkommen und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber. Negativ: Im Bad hatte es keine Waschlappen, auf Nachfrage (wir haben keine). Den Haartrockner habe ich nicht gefunden musste auch nachfragen. Dieser war nicht im Bad sondern in einem Schrank da in einer Schublade und da in einem Brutel. Wer macht sowas? Frühstück, es fehlten Servietten und Gläser auf den Tischen. Die Wurstwaren machteuns nicht hungerig da es aussah als würde diese Ware schon ein paar Stnden dort liegen. Eier für Omelette und Eiergemisch für Crepés waren offen in einer Schüssel ohne Deckel, sehr unappetitlich. Die Schüsseln für Müsli, Früchte etc. waren oberhalb des esses. Man musste sich über das Essen strecken um da dran zu kommen. Wo ich aber dachte ich falle vom Glauben ab war als eine Angestellte das nicht mehr so frische Besteck (es sassen vorher Leute dort) nicht weggeräumt wurde sondern mit blosen Händen vorne angefasst und wieder neu ausgerichtet wurde. Das allerbeste die Tische wurden mit einem Kehrbesen gewischt mit diesem Kehrbesen wurde die Sitzfläche auch gewischt und dann wieder die Tische gewischt. Ich dacht mir bleibt das essen im Hals stecken. Wir werden sicher nicht mehr dort hin gehen. Schde, für ein tolles Hotel.

La chambre d'affaires était énorme, le panneau de cloud en forme de fond était ridiculement froid, la salle de bain était grande, une grande salle de bain propre, la fenêtre qui ouvre toute la voie m'a donné avec froid, La chambre de réception a toujours besoin d'une personne pour vous aider. La moitié de l'hôtel était remplie de réfugiés ukrainiens, ce qui me semblait une bonne chose. La chambre est très confortable et très confortable.

hôtel très bien. La chambre était assez poussières. Pour le deuxième jour, nous n'avons plus de serviettes, car il n'y avait plus de serviettes. Je ne sais pas pourquoi les autres qui étaient pendus sur les serviettes sont ensuite retirés. Le monsieur à la réception a fait une impression ininteressante quand nous nous plaignions, il nous a donné 4 serviettes de petits clients.... Les portes de la chambre et les portes du hall ont des fermoirs automatiques, Ils tombent dans le château, mais aussi assez bruyant. Les marchandises sont plus souvent réveillées. En conclusion: pas encore.
