I stay in many hotels as I run a cycle tour company. I have to say that this hotel and the attitude of the staff are probably among the worst I have experienced in many a year. Where do I start? We had booked an evening meal with a set menu and had asked that our gluten intolerant clients would have a suitable alternative. A Parma ham salad was proposed. When the alternative arrived it was a pack of Parma ham still wrapped in its plastic packaging (just as you buy it in the supermarket) dumped in front of each client on their plate. No salad, nothing else! The rest of the meal was also not as we had agreed and when we were complained we were told we would need to speak to the management. Next morning several of our clients reported that their air conditioning was not working. With temperatures tipping 35 degrees in the day clearly this did not make for a comfortable nights sleep. Again when we complained we were told the management responsible di not work at weekends and we would have to email our complaints to them. The breakfast room was huge and very full. There was one coffee machine with a huge queue and no staff to help with service. Again the quality of the food was average at best. We then emailed the hotel management with our complaints and asked for a rebate on the meal we had ordered as it had not complied with that which we had agreed. The reply was frankly insulting to our intelligence - saying that the reason for there was plastic wrapping on the ham was the fear of cross contamination. We stayed with these same gluten intolerant clients in many hotel on this trip and none of them were unable to provide a sensible and delicious alternative for them. They did not respond about the lack of air conditioning and said the breakfast room was busy because the hotel was busy!! Exactly! We had a number of email exchanges asking for some compensation which finally resulted in an offer of a 500€ voucher for use at this or one of the company's other hotels in the future. Given our very poor trea**ent and experience means we would be extremely reluctant to return to this or other hotels in the group we have declined this. This is a poor hotel with poor staff customer service values and poor management. Avoid like the plague!

L’hôtel Ibis est fermé suite au covid, la plate forme de l’hôtel m'on appelé immédiatement pour m'informé et proposer l’hôtel Mercure sans supplément. Les mesures sanitaires sont respectés dès l’accueil en passant par la chambre, le PDJ. Un parking de gardiennage est proposé à proximité de l’hôtel avec un coût de 7€ / jour. Je suis très satisfaite du séjour.

Visited this hotel on occasion of Cibus. Hotel is nicely presented, although is located outside Parma town. Rooms are ok, not too small but neither big. Good bathroom. Restaurant: breakfast ok, good choice of yogurts, juices and English breakfast too. Dinner: good a la carte menu plus salad buffet

hôtels avec excellent rapport qualité prix, chambres et zones communes vraiment propres et larges avec réfrigérateur dans la chambre et petit déjeuner riche et variée de la douce au salade. ( même si on ajouterait quelque chose sur le sel, en plus de la poudre et du fromage) Parcage confortable gratuit. Possibilité de dîner dans le restaurant mais nous avons préféré aller dans une tramway peu loin.

J'ai séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel pour des questions de travail. Je dois dire un instant de fatigue pour détecter l'entrée. Mais il sera devenu fatigué. Cependant, hôtel propre, essentiel. Personnel en pied. Chambre essentielle et propre. Bon petit déjeuner, et vu la location, avec la présence de bonne bouteille brute. Peut-être offrir un café de la bar pouvait être mignon, mais ce n'est pas un grand problème. Très proche de l'outlet et de l'autoroute, donc une bonne arrêt. Bravo.

Emplacement supérieur. L'hôtel dispose de bonnes installations. Devant la porte se trouve la rivière. C'est sûr aussi. Je cours beaucoup le matin. A côté se trouve un nouveau centre commercial. Plus tard, j'ai découvert qu'il y avait beaucoup de nouilles à manger. Vous pouvez également voir le paysage à l'extérieur. Très bon.

Il faut rendre hommage à la récupération de bâtiment fait pour cet hôtel, la très belle structure avec un grand jardin. Grand parking mais non asfalté, donc si la pluie est un peu sale. Chambres propres et avec des équipements assez nouveaux , une salle de bain spacieuse et une douche très grande. Choisissez des coussins et des couvercles. Il manque un topper dans le matelas et il manque. Le restaurant n'a pas été prouvé si le petit-déjeuner qui est une décharge varie entre les doux et les sels. Il manque un peu de produit du territoire qui, si vous vous insérez dans le menu petit déjeuner, vu la haute qualité de saumons et de fromages locaux, ils pourraient le vendre dans un magasin interne qui manque. Suggestion.. Il faudrait également restructurer la partie derrière, car la face des fenêtres n'est pas la plus grande. Très près de l'aéroport mais sans trafic, il n'y a pas de vols nocturnes, un peu loin du centre-ville, donc pas facile pour ceux qui vont à Parma.

Nous avons passé une bonne nuit en famille, l’hôtel nous a fourni 2 chambres mitoyennes. Literie très confortable, climatisation fort appréciable et réglable, parking devant l’hôtel. Nous avons également apprécié le petit déjeuner, en terrasse, avec des très bonnes pâtisseries faites maison. Une super halte pour une soirée à Parme pour couper le trajet vers l’Italie du sud. Les enfants étaient également ravis de leur cadeau d’accueil.
