Notre chambre était propre et notre lit était confortable. Bon d'avoir une micro-ondes et un réfrigérateur. La télévision était grande! Très d'eau chaude. Notre chambre était calme - nous ne pouvions pas entendre des sons de la chambre d'aucun autre ou de l'extérieur beaucoup et l'unité de chauffage/AC était calme aussi. L'hôtel est un hôtel très bon prix, mais je vais le choisir une fois de plus, quand nous sommes dans la zone.

Worst hotel customer experience I've ever had. I need to book a hotel room for a family member who was traveling in an emergency situation. I called Hilton reservation line, and they assured me that it would be no problem for her to check in because I added her to the reservation, prepaid the room, and could complete a form to cover any incidental charges. Jermaine at the front desk was extremely rude to her when she went to check in. I called him and said that she was trying to check in, and he again said that he would not be letting her check in and I could call the reservation line and ask for their help. He then cancelled my prepaid reservation on the spot without telling me and would not answer the telephone when I asked the service representative on the Hilton reservation line to call him and resolve the issue. When I tried to call him back directly to clarify, he told me that he was not going to let her check in, and that he didn't need to explain anything to me, and that he was going to hang up on me (which he did). I don't think I've ever been told that I was going to be hung up on by a customer service provider. I still don't know why this happened, and the Hilton customer service person I spoke to on the reservation line confirmed that the situation did not make any sense. To top it all off, I was told that I would still be paying for the reservation, even though it had been cancelled, because it was prepaid. I tried to book this hotel to make a difficult situation for a close family member a little better. Instead she was treated terribly, sat in the parking lot of a hotel in an unfamiliar city for an hour while I tried to sort it out, and ultimately left exhausted, with no room. Hilton and specifically Jermaine, made a bad situation much worse. Anyone considering a booking at this or any other Hilton property should give my experience some thought first.

J'étais si fatigué de conduire que j'avais dû arrêter, et j'étais inquiet parce que ça semblait très emballé mais le gentleman au bureau a trouvé une chambre pour moi et m'a dirigé vers quelques jolies offres de fruits complimentaires (je me suis vraiment faimé) Une fois dans la chambre tout était étonnant et j'ai dormi comme un bébé dans le beau lit de marshmallow de Hampton :)

Lire la totalité de la chambre (Visite originale janvier,2020) Tout simplement lazy pour faire un commentaire amusant. Mais cet hôtel est spectaculaire. Le service était en cours et le personnel était super! La chambre était propre. La chambre était belle, mais elle avait une piscine comme l'odeur, comme cela a été mentionné d'une autre évaluation que j'ai lue d'un autre commentateur. Et les chambres sont petites. Mais néanmoins, l'hôtel était très bien gardé et calme. Je suis déçu qu'ils m'aient décidé de me donner une chambre au dessous au lieu d'une chambre avec balcon. Mais encore une fois, pas de biggie. Une autre chose, l'hôtel Wi-Fi suce. Mais ensuite peut-être encore le mari Wi-Fi n'est pas le plus grand. Ceci ou ils veulent faire de l'argent de la Wi-Fi gratuite. Je me sers habituellement de mon hot spot quand il s'agit d'hôtels mariottent parce que le Wi-Fi est très lent. J'ai eu une très bonne réception ici. Un bon voyage à Atlanta. Je vais certainement considérer cet hôtel quand je reviendrai.

Vous voulez un hôtel avec une décoration épouvantable, un restaurant qui a passé son premier spectacle il y a 25 ans, des chambres avec meubles des années 90, et deux sur trois ascenseurs de travail ? Si vous voulez un hôtel qui respecte les normes Hilton, je vous éviterai à tout prix et trouvera une autre propriété étiquetée Hilton. Si les rénovations étaient effectuées en 1997 et 75 % de cet argent a été volé. L'emplacement est terrible, l'accès au parking de Pachtree Industrial Blvd. est une douleur, le petit déjeuner était difficilement toléré, les gens courent sur les rues (sur le ”Exécutive Floor” - ***? ) Implosion est la seule façon de réparer cet hôtel pour Hilton. Ou retirez la marque Hilton et laissez le Red Roof Inn, Choice Hotels, Super 8, ou Best Western battre le drapeau - je suis sûr qu'ils sont tous des marques d'hôtel parfaitement fines, mais c'est la façon dont ils sont en dessous de Hilton.
