Recently stayed here for the 1st time due to having a night away and it being close to amenities and next to the train station. We checked in and the staff were lovely and polite. Our room was lovely and clean with an en-suit and a good selection of drinks the pillow was a little hard but I'm not complaining as I still had a good nites sleep. We came down for breakfast and choose to pay additional cost for a full english which was cooked perfectly the staff were lovely attentive and polite. It does have a few stairs to climb to certain rooms so this could be a disadvantage to some but it didn't bother us we will definitely stay here again in the future.

Hotel location is very convenient, being within 10min walking distance of Nottingham station. The room was spacious and clean. The staff had missed out on the hairdryer but delivered it up promptly once we had informed them. Note that the keycards don't work very well. We left a keycard in the room and brought the other card out but found that the room couldn't be opened... This seems to be common as there was another lady at the concierge facing the same problem. The room cleaning was... Interesting, if you could call cleaning in a way which makes you question if anything had been cleaned cleaning. Sadly the hotel did not provide room slippers. There was free orange juice and water at the lobby though.

Le restaurant est très confortable et confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très confortable, très confortable et très confortable, et une bouteille d'eau pour chacun d'entre nous. L'hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter la ville et il y a un parking autour de l'angle. Le service de l'hôtel est très confortable et vous aidez à vous rendre à l'hôtel. La porte de la maison est très vieille et très intéressante, avec des passions en haut et en bas. Très attrayant et chic. Notre petit déjeuner était délicieux. J'ai seulement une petite question. Il n'y a pas de plug près d'un miroir pour utiliser un sèche-cheveux ou une brosse chaude, mais cela ne déduit pas du score.

Hôtel très central ( moins d’un quart heure à pied de la gare , à 5 minutes de la place principale et à quelques dizaines de mètres du château et de la statue de Robin des bois) . Il est aussi TRÈS calme !! La décoration des chambres est “originale” et change des décors standardisés et aseptisés de certaines chaines . La literie est bonne . Les fenêtres peuvent être ouvertes , de façon sécurisée , pour renouveler l’air . Il n’y a pas de frigo mais celui ci peut être installer à la demande. Sont fournis: bouilloire ( avec biscuits , sachets de thé/ café) , planche et fer à repasser. Le petit déjeuner buffet est très correcte et servi dans une salle très cozy ambiance bibliothèque avec cheminées . Le personnel est très sympa. En résumé: un hôtel très central et très calme , quelque peu atypique dans le bon sens du terme . Le tout pour un bon rapport qualité/ prix .

Il check-in è una seccatura lieve. Non è il modo più semplice per individuare dove si trova (sembra una casa di strada) e devi prenotare in anticipo ed essere lasciato entrare da un membro dello staff, una volta che hai superato il solito pre-ordine di check-in e ti è stata mostrata la stanza, Ho 0 reclami. La dimensione della camera era buona, il letto era eccellente e il bagno era pulito. Sono stato abbastanza contento del mio soggiorno e riesco facilmente a vedermi di nuovo lì la prossima volta. Il mio soggiorno è stato una notte, quindi non posso commentare per le vacanze. Ma come una gita di un giorno, praticamente perfetto per quello che volevo.

L'hôtel est très confortablement situé au centre-ville, juste à côté de la gare de Lace Market. A dix minutes à pied de la gare. Cinq minutes à pied de la Place du Marché Vieux. Sur le bord de Hockley avec des lourdes restaurants et bars à deux minutes à pied. Parking disponible à Lace Market Car Park.

We booked a twin room and was upgraded to a garden room which was a lovely surpise! Everyone in the hotel is very polite & helpful, amazing service! The room itself was very clean but average (reminded me of being in a marriott hotel in the room). We hardly got any sleep as we could hear people above us walking around / banging and doors slamming in the middle of the night and at 6.30am people were talking next door. The walls seem very thin (this is why I'm giving it a 4/5). Breakfast selection was limited espically for £17.

La chambre était très bien présentée et Jeff le gestionnaire était en train de prendre des appels quand ils étaient nécessaires. Le Bobbin est situé au sommet des escaliers, ce qui signifie que les autres clients doivent marcher par la porte pour quitter l'entrée principale qui est directement devant la porte à la chambre. Les autres clients étaient en arrivée et en marche bien dans les heures précoces (3-4am) et n'étaient pas tranquilles ce qui serait ma seule critique, mais c'est à la courtoisie d'autres clients et ne peut être aidée! Je resterai ici à 100%, mais je choisirais peut-être une suite différente... Merci encore et vous reverrez bientôt !
