Sous la fenêtre de la chambre se trouve l'entrée et la sortie du parking. Regardez la carte du site officiel. C'est la maison, au milieu des deux rangées de maisons. Le personnel de service de l'hôtel est très poli, mais les équipements de la chambre sont vraiment mauvais, donc je ne suis vraiment pas satisfait !

Grande location (centriquement située), belles chambres spacieuses, excellent petit déjeuner :-) Un magasin de charcuterie juste à côté de la porte, vous pouvez acheter des choses à manger pendant vos déplacements. Les personnes du bureau de front étaient très aimables et utiles, tout comme le personnel que nous traversions avec :-. Notre but était de marcher et nous étions très heureux avec notre séjour de 5 nuits ici. Vous pouvez facilement aller à plusieurs ascenseurs, à des voitures à câble ou à des fournicules pour commencer chaque jour à explorer une autre partie spectaculaire de Val Gardena.

We had an amazing week here - faultless from start to finish. We stayed in the B&B paying for full access to the hotel facilities and half board. Rooms were spotless and super comfortable. The hotel spa and pool area just lovely and everyone looked forward to a swim in the outdoor pool after skiing. Super convenient for the slopes and added bonus of shuttle bus if you didn’t want to walk. Call them at the end of the day to pick you up from the lifts too. The food was delicious and varied every night - catering for all different dietary needs within our group. Icing on the cake were the exceptionally friendly staff who could not do enough to make the stay as wonderful as possible. The bar area was lovely and social and a fabulous place to retire to for cake and a drink after skiing. We all loved it.

August 2022, j'ai passé une semaine à Ortisei et j'ai séjourné à cet hôtel, à deux pas du Centre. La courtoisie, la disponibilité et la sympathie sont ce que caractérisent les propriétaires de familles, et que je remercie publiquement dans cette évaluation. Je me suis trouvé très bien, presque comme je me suis senti à la maison et j'ai presque salué avec regret. Un autre chapitre très favorable concerne le restaurant: une excellente cuisine qui a dépassé toutes les attentes et le personnel, nous avons à notre table le excellent Monsieur Domenique à qui nous avons dédié, mais aussi ses collègues toujours souriants et disponibles. Je conseille cet hôtel pour ce qui est décrit ci-dessus et je pense que dans quelques années, je reviendrai. Je réitère mes compliments, par Tripadvisor.

La recensione per questo hotel non può prescindere dalla valutazione del rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ho prenotato per necessità (ultime disponibilità) da Booking e, indubbiamente, il prezzo non è risultato esoso. Siamo tornati dopo circa 8 anni, la recensione di allora era di 4 stelle. Se potessi ne dovrei togliere mezza di stella (o forse una), ma voglio essere buono. Anche altre recensioni hanno sottolineato che l'albergo necessiterebbe di un ammodernamento, di una ”ripulita”, cosa vera e credo, necessaria. La ristorazione è da rivedere, camerieri efficienti e gentili. Nulla da eccepire sulla pulizia. La receptionist, ingiustamente criticata da altri, lavora sodo e la sera si trasferisce presso il ristorante per ”completare” la giornata. I modi di fare, forse ”duri”, riflettono la schiettezza dei luoghi, ma li ritengo preferibili a modi falsamente gentili che tendono a rifilarti un trabocchetto spiacevole. E' presente un utile servizio navetta per la base delle cabinovie. Poi, la bellezza dei luoghi fa il resto. Insomma, anche se la recensione è positiva, credo che una attenzione maggiore ai particolari e alle ”rifiniture” potrebbe non guastare. Ci torneremo? Forse.

This hotel is an oasis. I got an amazing massage and used all the steam rooms and saunas and boy was it relaxing. Everything is stunningly picturesque and serene. We even used the outdoor pool in mid October and I have never been in a pool so heated and comfortable. The staff was friendly, accomodating and the most helpful. I would return many times over and recommend this place to anyone. It IS as nice as it looks in the pictures.

J'étais déjà allé au restaurant et en me souvenant de la bonne nourriture, je suis revenu cette fois aussi et j'ai mangé si bien que pendant trois soirs avec ma famille, nous n'avons pu faire que dîner dans ce salon. Local caractérisé aux pieds des montagnes, avec une vaste place où garent certains campings. Personnel plus que gentil et professionnel. Bonne nourriture : conseil de canards, gulasch, cotolette milanaise, strudel...comunque chaque portée vraiment bonne et, selon moi, la cuisine peut être considérée comme l'une des meilleures de tout Ortisei. Prix équitable: un restaurant à conseiller et j'espère nous revenir sur mon prochain voyage. Félicitations au chef et au personnel tout ! S.D. de Perugia
