Although I was not staying at the W, the MIXup cafe is a fun spot in the middle of Osaka to have a tea or coffee and their amazing dessert(s). I was looking to try their seasonal dessert, the strawberry mille feuille, although it was already sold out when I arrived. This gives me another reason to return soon! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, I was swiftly shown to my table that I reserved ahead of time (thanks, Marriott Bonvoy), and was walked through the menu and how their orders work. Many teas to choose from, and the cake I chose was plated so beautifully. The chantilly cream with the berries - out of this world! The entire experience was smooth, and I was delighted with the level of service provided. In a way, this is ”normal” and expected for Japan, but I want to highlight that I really enjoyed this visit and look forward to going back.

Located right above Nankai station. Lift brings you to the lobby on the 6th floor. So if you’re coming from KIX, all you need to do after getting off the train is take a lift 3 floors up. Walking distance to Dotonbori. Great views. Spacious and clean rooms. Only bad thing is their parking fees. 3300 Yen for a night (8 hours) felt like a rip off. Pls provide complementary parking or heavily discounted parking for your guests for a better stay experience. We were only charged 1000 Yen for 24hrs when we parked in a 5 star hotel in Tokyo.

Le ménage est très bien pour rester ici. Mais le toile de bain a un peu d'odeur, même si elles ont changé chaque jour. Si votre chargeur est sur votre lit ou parfum sur le cadre de lit, ils ne vous aideront pas à nettoyer et à aménager le lit, ils ont dit que c'est leur politique d'hôtel.

⭕️L'espace dans la chambre est suffisamment grand pour ouvrir deux valises, l'emplacement est pratique, le petit-déjeuner n'est pas grand-chose, mais il a bon goût et peut vous rassasier, le personnel du comptoir et le personnel de nettoyage sont gentils et peuvent gérer les problèmes ❌Vous devez monter vos bagages dans les escaliers avant d'arriver à l'ascenseur. L'ascenseur est petit. Il y a un cafard vivant dans la chambre. En hiver, il n'y a que le chauffage. Ce sera très étouffant au milieu de la nuit. Vous devez ouvrir les fenêtres pour aérer.

L'hôtel MYSTAY était bien, mais ils pourraient améliorer leurs propres installations et leurs services de nettoyage, et ils auront plus de potentiels si ils avaient des services de chambre et des nettoyeurs professionnels pour leurs chambres. C'est parce qu'à notre arrivée, ils avaient une boîte de chaussures à gauche derrière la porte du dernier costumer et cela nous a donné une mauvaise impression de l'hôtel.

Le service de première ligne m'a aidé à organiser un taxi à l'aéroport et il n'était pas facile parce qu'ils étaient entièrement réservés. Le bureau frontal est formé à poser toutes les questions correctes, restant calme. Ils ont également aidé à recevoir mes bagages transférés d'un autre hôtel. Il a mérité un 6 étoiles pour un service exceptionnel. L'environnement de l'hôtel a un effet calmant car il est sombre mais illuminé sur les zones que vous devez voir. Nous n'avons aucun problème, même si certains commentent. La taille de la chambre est confortable et est considérée comme une taille juste, en fait, légèrement plus grande et bien planifiée. Le petit déjeuner est très bien élargi. Recommandé pour les couples et les familles.

L'hôtel propose également des lourdes installations sur prêt (chargeur, vapeur facial, rectifier les cheveux, articles amis pour enfants, etc), l'utilisation gratuite de chaises de massage et des activités quotidiennes pour entretenir les clients de l'hôtel (jeux, kimono essay, démonstrations de snacks japonais, etc.). C'est une bonne option pour les voyageurs qui ne connaissent pas Osaka car c'est seulement une 3-min à pied de la station de métro Osaka Shinsaibashi. Un endroit très propre et propre pour prendre une pause de voyager. Les chambres sont aussi agréables et confortables. Le meilleur est qu'il y a 7-11 à côté de lui, très pratique pour obtenir des aliments instantanés.

We stayed in the Family Theatre Apartment for 4 nights... Room was large but not very clean and unfortunately, there was no daily housekeeping, only daily emptying of trash bins and replacement of towels (the hotel sent many email to remind us of it haha). Housekeeping is scbeduled once every 3 nights, however at check-in, we already spotted dust trapped between the walls and furniture, found a bedroom slipper stuck below the bed and stayed there throughout our stay even after the housekeeping on our 4th day. There was no luggage stand so we placed them on the floor, lots of cloth-hangers provided in the wardrobe, essential toiletries were available at the reception area, so were the coffee and tea sachets etc. Love the kitchen and proper fridge (with freezer) and all the necessary cooking utensils... The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, we were referred to a folder comprising all the recommended places to go and places to eat - not all restaurants were really great though. Location was good... Family Mart is nearby, Orange Street is just opposite, 15 minutes walk to Dontonburi, Shinsaibashi and Namba Station. There are a few big public carparks nearby too. Wish the housekeeping could be improved p.s. the chambermaid isn't friendly and doesn't greet anyone - this is unusual in the Japanese culture.
