Le client a recommandé, la vieille ville, l'hôtel est également très beau, la chambre est un peu petite, la variété du petit-déjeuner n'est pas trop importante. Le président habite à proximité, donc ce morceau de loi et d'ordre est également très bon. Il y a un marché de pêche à proximité, il y a de nombreux étals de fruits de mer à l'intérieur et je reviendrai ici la prochaine fois.

- Le service de réception de l'hôtel est bon, le jeune homme prend la carte, très enthousiaste et aide à prendre ses bagages. La voiture sud-coréenne, la voiture est encore relativement nouvelle, mais le climatisation n'est pas possible, le vent est grand mais pas froid. - La position de l'hôtel est superbe. Silence dans le cerveau. Dans la ville ancienne, la position de la porte de l'hôtel est relativement ouverte et ne se trouve pas loin de voir l'interface panaméenne de la nouvelle ville. - Le service de l'hôtel est plus personnalisé, aide à appeler la voiture, le problème de l'assurance de la chambre de nuit ne peut pas être réglé. Les gars de l'hôtel entrent et sortent plusieurs fois et aideront activement à résoudre. - Les installations de la chambre sont un peu vieilles, le climatisation est ouverte sans interruption, la chambre est toujours humide. Après cela, il a été découvert que le sol en bois près du coucher était humide. La salle de bains est blanche.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Hotel Casa Panama for 3 nights and unfortunately, our experience was not a positive one. While we had picked this hotel because it was right at the entrance to Casco Viejo and we thought we would be closer to the new city as well and centrally located in Casco Viejo , but wish we would had pay more attention to the bad reviews, they are all very real and more. The Hotel is located in a not so nice area, the adjacent streets are rough, dirty and they do not look safe to walk .The construction going on next door makes the area even worst. Checking in was no problem. The staff is not the friendliest (except for Natalie that tried her best to help us deal with the issues) the rest of the staff seem bothered every time you ask a question. I understand the decorator went for a concrete effect finish, but please this is not an effect some parts of the room look disgusting. We paid for a superior room with balcony. The room was extremely small and dark. The curtains were very dirty like they had never been washed, the doors to the balcony another disappointment, dirty and hard to open and close. Outside the balcony the view was not what is picture in the website. Yes, the view includes some of the pictures but mostly you get to see very bad street and filth. The sheets in the bed were old and the cover was not enough for two people Furthermore, the noise level in the hotel was excessive. There is a restaurant in the first floor and a club/bar in the third floor the music lasted until 3 or 4 am every night and to make matters worse the street in front of the hotel is an entrance to Casco Viejo and it is nonstop traffic and you can hear the police, the music from the cars and the car horns all night long. By six in the morning when everything was calming down then the construction crew arrives and you start to listen to their noises. sleep for This made it difficult for us to sleep or relax in our room No water at times in the afternoon. We should have changed hotels but that meant we would probably lose a day of tours and we were only there 4 days and we decided to make the best of the moment.
