Les installations sont relativement neuves et l'aménagement est très propre, bien rangé, confortable et beau.
Les toilettes sont grandes, avec séparation humide et sèche et une baignoire double permet de se laver plus facilement, sans attendre.
Le rapport qualité prix:
C'est un hôtel très haut de gamme situé dans le centre gouvernemental. Dès votre entrée, vous serez accueilli par le parfum des fleurs et des lys qui décorent ce bel hôtel, qui montre plus de goût et de tempérament, et est de style très britannique. .

L'hôtel dispose de son propre parking souterrain avec des places de parking dédiées à l'hôtel.
Vue de la chambre :
Vivant au 38ème étage, à travers les grandes fenêtres vitrées, vous pouvez voir la vue nocturne de la ville à l'extérieur.
À côté du Centre sportif olympique et du Centre Impression, il est également très pratique de prendre un taxi.

Miss Linda était très prévenante. Elle a appelé un jour à l'avance pour confirmer le statut d'enregistrement et nous a demandé quelles étaient nos préférences d'enregistrement. S'il y avait quelque chose auquel nous devions prêter attention, nous avons choisi la chambre non-fumeur avec une belle vue. . Il n'y a pas d'odeur en entrant dans la pièce, et la vue par la fenêtre est également très bonne, c'est vraiment incroyable ! Miss Linda m'a également rappelé la météo à Hefei le deuxième jour, je devrais donc m'habiller avec soin. Après notre arrivée, Miss Linda a pris l'initiative de demander si nous avions besoin d'un départ tardif et a même aidé à améliorer le petit-déjeuner🥣C'était super ! L'attitude du service est excellente, veuillez ajouter des pilons de poulet à la dame !

IInvitéThis was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel and I was not disappointed. This new hotel opened in April. I usually stay at less expensive hotels but I was attending a festival at Luogang Central Park and wanted to find accommodations nearby. It was a short walk from the hotel door to the festival gates. I could see the stages from my room.
The service at the hotel was the best that I have ever encountered. I was immediately greeted by the guest services agents. Sally, the front office manager, assisted me as I checked in. She speaks excellent English. Sally assisted me by entering the hotel address and room number into *******. The food was delivered to my room by robot. Sally and the staff at the front desk made sure that everything about my stay was as perfect as it could be. On day two, I ordered ******* again. The food never arrived. As I do not know any Chinese, Sally helped me by talking to the vendor and delivery driver. She spent two days (even after I had checked out and gone home) to make sure that I got a full refund from *******. For some reason, I could not rent a phone charger from the machine in the lobby (that is a problem on my end not a problem with the machine). One of the guest services agents on duty rented the charger for me and I paid her when I returned the charger.
My room was beautiful! I had a corner room with windows on two sides. I enjoyed a long soak in the tub each day. The toilet came with a remote control that I translated. There were a few minor things about the room that could be improved. 1. The refrigerator was stocked with free beverages. However, there were no sugar free sodas. The water bottles are smaller than what I am used to and there were only two bottles of regular drinking water in the room. The maid and front desk were happy to supply me with more when asked. 2. The telephone sits on the bedside table that is in the far corner of the room. You have to walk around the bed to reach it. The phone would be more accessible on the side of the bed closer to the sitting area. I don't usually use the hotel phone but you do get a call when the robot comes to your door. 3. To open and close the curtains, you press the button next to the bed. The corner room has large windows on both walls. There is no way to only open the curtain on one side of the room. The morning sun was too strong from one window so I used a chair to prop open the curtains on the other window. 4. There is a lack of foreign programming on the television. Other hotel chains that I use have a free English movie station like HBO or Cine-Max. I travel with a USB stick that has some movies saved on it in case the hotel does not offer such programming. However, the original TV remote is not supplied in the room and there is no way to change the TV input from their satellite box to the USB port. I did not have my laptop with me. I inquired with Sally at the front desk but there was nothing that she could do. There was an option to order pay per view movies. 5. The next problem is my error. I put the paper do not disturb sign on the door. I did not realize that there was also a button on the light switch that turns on a green light outside of the door when you want the room cleaned. I accidentally turned on the light. The maid walked in on me without knocking first. She was very kind and apologetic.
I did not use all hotel amenities. I did enjoy the wine, coffee, and snacks in the front lobby. I also ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant each day. There was a nice variety on the breakfast buffet that changed daily. I found the laundry room to be clean and comfortable with a small sitting area. It is located near the fitness room and restaurant.
I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. The small issues that I mentioned above are just minor inconveniences and nothing that can't be corrected or worked around. Based on my stay here, I would also try other Mercure hotels when traveling.

IIbbo1966L'hôtel est très bon, avec de nombreux restaurants de qualité à la porte de l'hôtel et un accès facile au centre-ville si nécessaire.
Les chambres sont grandes, bien équipées et toujours très propres, ce qui est un crédit au service de la belle-mère de l'hôtel. Les installations de l'hôtel sont tout ce que je veux pour voyager en affaires, et le personnel de l'hôtel est respectueux et compréhensible de mon horaire d'affaires, aider avec toutes les demandes que j'ai, y compris l'aide avec le blanchisserie si je suis occupé. Le personnel répond rapidement et positivement à toute préoccupation ou aide requise, et rien n'est trop pour eux.
Ils préparent et servent un bon café dans le lobby qui aide à commencer mon jour, et le petit déjeuner est bien organisé.
Il y a beaucoup de bonnes choses à propos de cet hôtel, mais ce qui semble être le personnel - ils sont toujours heureux, gentils, utiles, positifs et efficaces, ce qui rend mon temps très facile et fluide, même si nous ne parlons pas la même langue.
Je recommande cet hôtel sans question et j'espère que vous avez une très bonne expérience si vous choisissez de rester avec eux 👍

YYueyuanqitaijingjieJ'ai emmené mes deux enfants jouer. C'était la première fois que j'habitais près d'une gare ferroviaire à grande vitesse. Je pensais que ce serait assez bruyant, mais je ne m'attendais pas à ce que ce soit un endroit calme au milieu du bruit. . C'était tellement pratique. Après être descendu du train à grande vitesse, je l'ai trouvé rapidement en suivant les panneaux routiers.
Les enfants ont trouvé incroyable qu’il y ait un hôtel si près. Les conditions sanitaires sont également bonnes, la décoration est relativement simple et claire, et elle a l'air assez confortable.
Il est pratique de prendre le métro vers diverses attractions après le réveil, et vous pouvez également stocker vos bagages, ce qui est pratique

IInvitéWow! Of course the staff were extremely friendly and helpful - even amidst me forgetting my passport at home, they still sorted the problem out. The rooms are spacious, neat, tidy, and beautiful with comfortable beds. We were welcomed with fruits and little tomatoes, and there are always drinking water and cold drinks in the room for free. The view is spectacular with the mountain and the lake to be seen from different angles. Quite a pity the swimmingpool had water, but we couldn't swim since they said it was out of season and it hasn't been cleaned recently. I wish they would allow all season swimming. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were big. They were very accommodating with free machine latte/ capuchino's too. For those who'd like take aways, it can unfortunately not be delivered - the hotel is just too far from town for deliveries. There are a little tuck shop next to the hotel though. The area surrounding the hotel is fantastic; the nature is awesome, the entrance to the mountain peak is quite close by too with a fun park and all kinds of activities. I'd recommend people to go in the autumn, since many places were rather quiet and not as spectacular as expected since it only really flourish in autumn. There are plenty to see and do, but those things are not a walking distance from the hotel. We had a little problem finding taxi's (perhaps because it was during tomb sweeping holiday) and the staff even helped us in this regard. The town about 30-40 minutes by car from the hotel had so many wonderful attractions and restaurants. One can also experience the real village life there. All and all I can certainly recommend a visit and if possible, I would go there again! The whole area is certainly one of Hefei's jewels.

至於硬件，就比較拉了，衣櫃裡衣架一半是爛的，房門隔音比較差，洗髮水洗完很毛躁容易炸毛，吹風機風速很慢，電視有點小，陽台比較臟，最無語的是兩個機器人搶電梯浪費我好久，這太抽象了，不過也有優點停車場位置比較多，掃碼可以免費停車
綜上，脱離價格的評價是沒有意義的，比你好海友還實惠的情況下很多缺點都不是缺點了，雖然這家好像不是華住的

La seule question est que le cas de la Seka est toujours là. Les élévateurs ne doivent pas avoir de cartes de papier, tout le monde peut monter, ceci est mieux si le contrôle est meilleur.
Le petit déjeuner est riche et j'ai envoyé le déjeuner, même si je n'ai pas mangé, cette commercialisation est toujours possible.
