🛑 Standout, Proactive Check-In Service
The service here is exceptionally family-friendly. During the check-in process, while verifying our guest identities using our passports, the front desk staff noticed my parents' birthdates. Without us even asking, they thoughtfully offered to provide a plastic stool for the shower to make things safer and easier for them. It is rare to see an administrative process turn into such genuine, proactive care! Security is also tightly managed, and the front desk service is available 24/7, ensuring complete peace of mind
🛁 Cleverly Designed, Spacious Bathroom
The bathroom area was a pleasant surprise:
The Shower: It is exceptionally clean and spacious. The layout is so generous that I easily managed to fit my 160\text{ cm} wide portable bathtub inside the stall with room to spare, turning the shower into a private spa setup.
The Vanity Space: While the sink counter itself is on the smaller side and doesn't hold many toiletries, the design compensates perfectly with a wide second shelf underneath the sink area. It kept all our extra items neatly tucked away but within arm's reach.
🍜 Impressive Breakfast Buffet & Local Delicacies
The breakfast spread at Oasia Bistro was varied, fresh, and delicious. For our first time in Batam, it served as a perfect introduction to local flavors:
Indonesian Specialties: The buffet featured authentic Indonesian delicacies alongside standard international options, including a fun DIY ”Noodle Station” featuring classic local instant noodles with various condiments and fresh ingredients.
The Bakery Station: They have an incredible assortment of pastries (like freshly baked Danishes, Palmiers, and Kouign-Amann), but the absolute star was the Pandan Toast Bread. It is a highly unique local twist on standard toast that you definitely shouldn't miss.

Whether you are traveling for leisure or with elderly family members, this hotel balances high-level security, excellent accessibility considerations, and fantastic dining. Highly recommended, and I will definitely book this room type through Trip.com again!

AAzy AbdullahSaw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to.
We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist.
Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness.
The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria.
Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day
The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels.
A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort.
Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean.
The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in.
Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle.
There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed.
The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted.
TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied.
Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up.
Pool is open from 7am to 9pm.
Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k.
The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything.
Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

Cons - Layout and design fixtures of the toilet are bad. The shower head is located very high and can't stay in the holder. There is no door for the shower and water splashes out because the shower head is too high. The toilet main door can't open because the toilet bowl is in the way. I think that small changes to the toilet will elevate the experience.

MMalaTMReste ici avec ma mère. Absolutement aimé mon séjour! L'hôtel est propre, sent bon, les lits sont grands et confortables, la toilette était petite mais la pression de la douche était puissance!! Le petit déjeuner était aussi grand! A eu une variété différente pour les 3 jours que j'ai séjourné! La location est aussi magnifique! La distance de marche à One Batam Mall et abt 10-15 mins saisir le chemin à tous les autres centres. Vous reviendrez certainement ici pour mon prochain voyage de batam!

Best described as ”luxury boutique”, the management team and staff have perfected the art of hospitality here.
I and my partner can find nothing to fault, from the quality of the welcome to the beautiful pool to the plentiful, varied and high quality breakfast buffet.

UUtilisateur anonymeNous avons réservé cet appartement, car il dispose de 2 chambres avec 2 lits de taille King, un balcon, un vaste espace, une toilette avec baignoire et l'autre toilette principale avec verre de douche.
L'hôtel est équipé d'eau filtrée (importante car l'eau de bouchon est dangereuse pour boire ou même brosser les dents), y compris le petit déjeuner avec une grande variété de cuisine à tous les âges et goûts, y compris les porridges, les noodles, le riz, les déserts, les fruits, le pain, cakes, café/té, œufs, pancakes, etc., et une piscine intérieure, piscine extérieure (actuellement en rénovation). La chambre dispose d'un équipement de cuisine (basic), réfrigérateur complet, café, salle de bains essentielle comme la pâte dentaire, la brosse dentaire, les serviettes, l'asciugatrice, etc.
Le service est excellent, tous les sourires, demande de remplacement de tube d'eau filtré quand il est fini, demande de haut étage et de départ tardif ont été tous accordés sans fuss.
La location est parfaite, facile à saisir, principalement autour de IDR10000 à 20000 (moins que SGD2), pour la plupart des lieux et restaurants. Bien que l'hôtel soit entouré de rien d'intéressant, l'hôtel lui-même dispose d'un bon restaurant, plus un autre restaurant coréen, café, massage, etc.
Il sera certainement là.

FFarhanaZulWe recently stayed at Montigo Resorts Nongsa to celebrate my birthday, and it turned out to be a memorable experience.
To our surprise, the resort gave us a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful three-storey villa, complete with two bedrooms, a spacious living area on the ground floor, and rooftop access on the top level. It was a lovely gesture that made my birthday feel even more special. We were also treated to a complimentary birthday cake, which was delicious and greatly appreciated.
A special mention goes to the staff, who were consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality and attentiveness contributed greatly to the overall experience.
The resort itself is a great place if you're looking for a relaxing getaway where you can spend most of your time within the property. The villas are spacious, private, and perfect for unwinding.
One area that could be improved is the buggy service. While the staff were helpful, waiting times could sometimes range from 15 to 20 minutes even during our off-peak stay. I can imagine the wait may be even longer during peak periods, so increasing the frequency of buggies would certainly enhance the guest experience.
Do note that the resort is located about 30 minutes from Batam city centre, where most of the shopping malls and restaurants are. If you're planning to explore the city frequently, this is something worth considering.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the thoughtful birthday surprises. The villa upgrade, birthday cake, and excellent service made the occasion extra special, and we would definitely consider returning for another relaxing getaway.

VVyethThe place is peaceful and quiet, not much people and we enjoyed the pool. There is a lot of things to do so you wont get bored. We try the kayaking and its very fun . My daughter loves to swim so we swim the whole time.
Breakfast spread is ok, we dont eat much so we are ok with what on the buffet. Going to City will take 45mins by grab, but its ok coz fare not expensive. Over all we enjoy the place, staff are polite and friendly.

De prime abord, en tant qu'hôtel d'une chaîne locale, il paraît correct, avec des allures de complexe hôtelier. Bien qu'il propose des équipements tels qu'une salle de sport, une piscine, un pub et un spa, la chambre et le petit-déjeuner laissent à désirer.
La baignoire est certes présente, mais le pommeau de douche n'est pas réglable. L'hôtel ne fournit que des cotons-tiges et il faut en demander un. Le fer à repasser est un modèle basique, et non un fer vapeur permettant un repassage plus efficace. Les points positifs se trouvent dans la chambre, qui comprend un canapé et une table basse mobile. Le petit-déjeuner est au mieux moyen. Impossible de faire un œuf à la coque correct : il est soit trop dur, soit trop cru. La salade proposée est sans laitue et le choix de vinaigrettes est très limité. Les plats chauds sont quelconques, le porridge est trop collant. En résumé, rien d'exceptionnel. Le service, en revanche, est excellent : le personnel de la réception et celui du stand d'œufs frais sont très polis et aimables. Le service client est excellent. La chambre ne semble pas trop vieille. J'ai testé le massage au centre de bien-être au rez-de-chaussée : le prix est très compétitif et le massage de qualité. L'hôtel est classé 4 étoiles, certes, mais la qualité de la nourriture et des sanitaires me fait plutôt penser à un 3 étoiles. Si votre budget est limité et que le petit-déjeuner basique et le pommeau de douche des toilettes ne vous dérangent pas, c'est un hôtel convenable.
