FFann TAmazing hospitality, super clean rooms & convenient location beside a mall. Plenty of food options nearby and all levels of staff from front of house were so courteous and friendly!
Thankful for the staff who were able to accommodate to my requests (for 3 families who are travelling together).
I'm truly sold and will always keep Oakwood as my first choice! There's even lemon water (iced) at the lobby, restrooms are well maintained too.
Basic toiletries (dental kit, shower cap, cotton buds) are provided, will need to request from Front Office for items such as comb/razors but not an issue.
They use Rigel shower system and its one of the most up to date ones which allows you to adjust the temperature, water pressure as well as properly select the type of shower instead of guessing around.
Look forward to be back again. Well done, Oakwood Team! Keep up the good work.
Enjoyed the breakfast live stations (indomie fried noodles + eggs station) and impressed with the Mee Soto's soup base, so good! Overall a fulfilling breakfast, leaning more towards local cuisine along with western mix and some plain porridge with toppings.

AAzy AbdullahSaw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to.
We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist.
Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness.
The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria.
Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day
The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels.
A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort.
Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean.
The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in.
Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle.
There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed.
The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted.
TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied.
Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up.
Pool is open from 7am to 9pm.
Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k.
The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything.
Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

TTravelimagineJust opposite Nagoya shopping mall, super convenient just that need to illegal cross the road which is a bit dangerous. Bed was very comfy and clean only the place there they put the sugar and coffee and tea bags have a lot of ants. Hotel can consider putting anti-ants baits to remove the ants. Aircon is cold at night due to setting issues. The shower is not at constant temperature, sometimes too hot and sometimes too cold.

Staff were friendly and helpful to our enquiries.
Room was spacious and clean, lighting was sufficient as well.
Bedside power points also had standard USB connections for charging devices.
Included breakfast, and the dining hall had natural lighting, as preferred by us.
The spread of choices were enough, and they also had live stations for the usual eggs, as well as stir fry of your choice.
Location is not far from Harbour Bay, but not near the major malls, which is not a major drawback, as we are okay with taking private hires to and from the hotel.

IIswardi BZLe service de transport de bus de la gare de Nongsapura est très confortable et le personnel du Montigo est prêt à nous accueillir et à nous aider avec nos bagages sur le bus. Le personnel de Front Desk Febri est très efficace et a expliqué tout très clairement. Le deuxième jour, nous avons besoin d'eau potable et Kiki a été très utile en fournissant de l'eau bouteilleuse à nos deux unités de villas de vue sur la mer. Leur Bakar Iga Madu et Ayam Panggang Berempah sont un test à faire, mais le Mie Goreng Jawa est trop salin pour nous. Outre avoir une grande séance dans la salle de TV personnelle au Tigo Bar et tirer quelques poignées dans la petite zone de basket-ball, le personnel sport et activités Indra a fait le plus grand pas pour aider à sécher le tribunal de tennis après la pluie s'est arrêté pour nous laisser frapper quelques poignées. SSumirahService was great, everyone was super friendly. They have archery, great pools and a soccer field. Room was really clean and nice, just the toilet can be better. We were a family of 6+1, dined at their Rocksalt restaurant. Again, people were amazing but I’d rate their food 1 out of 5. Breakfast was decent though. Will definitely visit again. IInvitéL'entrée était assez rapide. Notez qu'un dépôt est nécessaire. Le lobby était en train de rénover, mais il n'était pas trop mauvais.
Nous avons choisi la villa du studio parce que nous voulions les murs supérieurs pour la vie privée. La chambre était très propre et spacieuse, le lit avec beaucoup de pièges était confortable pour moi. La chambre avait deux unités acc qui étaient appréciées comme il a certainement refroidi la chambre plus rapidement. La TV intelligente fonctionnait bien avec des charges de canaux. La piscine privée était propre Alto je pense que les boucliers en bois ont besoin d'une partie de la maintenance.
La chambre a été accueillie avec deux boissons de compliment au restaurant qui est goût au milieu du resort. Le petit déjeuner était semi-buffet. Vous remplissez cette pantalon pour chaque jour pour votre choix de mains. Si vous voulez changer votre choix, revenez au bureau de réception un jour avant votre petit déjeuner prévu pour mettre à jour votre pantalon. Le restaurant est très confortable et très confortable. Il y a un truc que je n'ai jamais rencontré dans un autre hôtel, c'est qu'on a dû signer un formulaire de reconnaissance quand on a commandé, comme par exemple, on a reçu 2 plaques, 2 cuillères, etc. Pas un grand problème.

RR.SashikumarWe stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and booked 2 rooms it was truly a pleasant experience from start to finish.
🏨 Housekeeping did an excellent job every day they changed the bed sheets and towels daily and even topped up mineral water without us needing to ask. Everything was always clean and fresh.
🍽️ Breakfast was excellent with a good variety, and all the staff were very polite and attentive.
☕ At the lounge, the staff were friendly, polite, and always served with a smile it really made us feel at home.
💁♀️ The front desk staff were also professional, polite, and treated us like real valued guests.
Overall, Asialink Hotel Batam by Prasanthi truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Batam great service, comfort, and warm hospitality 🌟

HHanisah MydinDecent resort with amenities and all, for a quick getaway this resort works just fine. You can grab in food if room service options dont fancy you. Only downside is it's about 50 mins by car from batam centre ferry terminal and city centre shopping area. Breakfast was quite disappointing because this is smth many look forward to in a getaway. Options were little. Service and hospitality was amazing ✌🏽
