An overall enjoyable stay at the Ritz-Carlton Amman, but there’s certainly room for improvement. Pros: - Rooms are enormous, and incredibly comfortable, with a good modern TV that allows streaming from your phone and a lovely rain shower. This really is the major highlight. - Legend’s bar is very fun. Cocktails may be a bit lacklustre, but the massive screens, live music, and golf and racing simulators more than make it a great bar. - The Lebanese restaurant was delicious, and definitely a great choice for dinner. - Breakfast when available is very solid but not amazing (see the cons for more info). - Hotel location is far from downtown, but next to all the other major hotels with good access to restaurants. - Staff are courteous and helpful for the most part. Cons: - The breakfast restaurant is far too small for the size of the hotel. I had breakfast paid for, but missed it twice due to the restaurant being full. This really needs to be amended because the hotel itself was not even full. If you cannot attend the capacity of your hotel, this is a deep issue. Breakfast was solid, but still it was small compared to other 5 star establishments. - New Year’s Eve was due to be the highlight of our stay, but we were left massively underwhelmed. We booked a table at Roberto’s, but despite being seated by 22:20, it took until 23:00 to get our appetisers, and we had not even had our main courses by the time the New Year came. This is unacceptable. - A small but necessary point, in general the cleaning was fine, but one day we returned to the hotel at 16:40 to find we still had not had our room made up. We had to request this. I expect far more from a 5 star establishment, and the fact that I’m not sure we would have received a cleaning without our request is concerning. Overall, I’m happy with my stay. I still think the Ritz-Carlton Amman is probably the best hotel choice in Amman, but it leaves a lot to be desired. My review and rating reflects how I feel based on competing hotels in the area.

Great location, but well below Hilton standards I stayed at Hilton Amman for two nights with my friend, and while the hotel has potential, the overall experience fell short of what I expect from the Hilton brand. Location: The property is in a nice, more upscale area of Amman — convenient and pleasant, with several hotels around. The check-in process was smooth even though we arrived very late (around 2 AM), which I appreciated. Room & Amenities: Unfortunately, the in-room experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, we realized there were no toothbrushes provided — something quite basic for a five-star hotel. We called to request them, and it took a long time before they arrived. When they finally did, only one toothbrush was brought, even though we clearly asked for two. It may seem minor, but after a long day of travel and checking in so late, it was inconvenient and left a poor first impression. The Wi-Fi connection was extremely weak throughout the stay — to the point that we couldn’t rely on it and had to use our mobile data instead. One of the power sockets near the TV wasn’t working, and the doors and fittings looked quite old and worn, giving the room a tired appearance that doesn’t reflect Hilton’s usual standard. Overall impression: Hilton is known for consistency, comfort, and attention to detail — qualities I unfortunately didn’t experience here. The location is a plus, but when basic amenities, Wi-Fi, and room maintenance are overlooked, it affects the entire stay. Would I stay again? Probably not. I would consider trying another Hilton brand in Amman, such as Signia or DoubleTree, or perhaps explore another hotel altogether.

My favorite stay in Amman! Quiet area, wonderful staff, but a bit tricky to find. I discovered this place through a travel blog where a family highly recommended it for its location, price, and friendliness, so I decided to book my first two nights in Jordan here. Out of all the places I visited, this was my favorite place to stay in Amman! It is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, yet it is incredibly convenient with lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. Finding the place: It can be a bit difficult to locate at first because there is no sign with the property's name on the door. I ended up finding a restaurant with the same name nearby, and the staff there kindly directed me where to go. Service & Amenities: The reception staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Check-in was fast, and they even have a water refill station, so make sure to bring your own reusable bottle! The host suggested some great local dining options, including Jordan Heritage Restaurant, where I ended up having a fantastic dinner. The Space: My room was on the second floor (note: there is no elevator/lift). The apartment features a spacious common seating area and a kitchen, as well as a shared bathroom right next to my room. While the room itself is basic, it was clean, spacious, and filled with plenty of natural light. They provide only one towel, and body wash is available in the bathroom. Overall, a fantastic, budget-friendly choice that I highly recommend!

Right from check-in, the staff made me feel welcome with their signature warm chocolate chip cookie 🍪 — such a simple touch, but it set the tone for a great stay. 🛏️ The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially cozy after a long day, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and restful. 🍽️ I had the chance to try the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of local and international choices. Fresh, flavorful, and plenty of options to start the day right. 📍 The location is convenient — close to restaurants, shops, and a good base to explore Amman. Most importantly, the hospitality of the staff stood out. Hôtel excellent ! Chambres magnifiques, propres et confortables, séjour très agréable. Nous y avons passé la nuit avant notre vol, à proximité de l'aéroport. Je pense que c'est le seul hôtel offrant le meilleur emplacement et le meilleur rapport qualité-prix. Je le recommande vivement 👍

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Almond Hotel and Apartments in Amman, Jordan, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff's warm hospitality made me feel right at home. The accommodations were immaculate and thoughtfully designed, providing a perfect blend of comfort and modernity. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights, and the room was equipped with all the amenities I needed for a convenient stay. One of the highlights was the hotel's serene ambiance. Despite being centrally located, it offered a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. The on-site facilities, including the pool and garden area, were well-maintained and provided a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The hotel's location is ideal, with easy access to Amman's major attractions and dining options. The staff was always ready with excellent recommendations and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. In summary, the Almond Hotel and Apartments exceeded my expectations in every way. This is a great budget hotel suite, fantastic location and a massive room with fridge TV and air conditioning including tea and coffee making facilities. The staff were friendly and at a very reasonable price. The hotel suite deserves a 5* rating because of the location which is close to all the amenities however the bathroom room was of poor standard and a lot of insects were flying around especially in the bathroom. The drains needed sorting out as on one night the smell was very strong at about 1am in the morning. This hotel claims to be wheelchair friendly but unfortunately it's only wheelchair friendly if you are not travelling alone. I phoned the hotel on two occasions before arriving to inquire about facilities for wheelchair users and was told I can enter the hotel via a ramp used for luggage but unfortunately the ramp was very steep although they did offer to help me when needed. I also wasn't informed that the dining room was not accessible although there was a lift to the bedroom. They were kind enough to bring the breakfast to my room although it was tasteless. There was a ladies long hair on the bedsheet and the cleaning of the room could be improved. I do hope the management will take my advice and publish the correct information regarding facilities for wheelchair users especially for those who are traveling on their own like myself.

Уютный отель,чистый хороший номер .европейский вид завтрака , так же есть что то из местной кухни,повар сделает вам омлет по вашим предпочтениям .доброжелательный персонал . Всё понравилось . Расположение не сильно имело значение ,так как всего два дня были в отеле ,перед полётом домой.

Overall experience is fantastic. The room was very clean, washrooms are good with hot waters. In some rooms there are no hand shower, so be careful about that 🤪 one problem I found was the dental kit, they don’t provide toothbrush / dental kits, so don’t forget to carry them with you.
