Hôtels à Ipoh avec parking

For the price, I think it is a reasonable option.  However objectively: 1. The air-cons don't work well - one of them was leaking.  The staff was helpful in sending contractor to fix while we were out but due to miscommunication (because we have connecting rooms) the ”fix” was made to the air-con that wasn't leaking as badly as the one we complained about.  To be fair they offered to swap rooms but we are a family of 5 and it was a hassle to repack and move so we declined.  2. The hot water was very good despite some reviews.  However the shower head in one of the rooms were such that they don't stay put so occasional splashes happened.  3. One of the rooms wasn't cleaned (we have connecting room) - the ”make my room” card wasn't available in one of the room so we hung on just 1 of the room and left the connecting door open, thinking that the cleaners would clean both.  They only cleaned 1.  I guess we could have outright told reception instead of assuming that the cleaners will clean both rooms since we left the connecting door open.  4. I paid for extra bed - but the bedsheet was dusty - they changed it (or at least vacuumed it) after the first night.  5. The beds were quite comfortable, they offered free bottled water and coffee sachets, tv worked, fridges worked, rooms were decent sized, wifi was ok - ample street parking, the lights were ok but one of the rooms had stark white lights instead of the warmer ones. Location was good, just off the highway and across the eateries in Bercham.  6. The staff were helpful and friendly.  Despite the complaints they texted me and constantly called to check if we needed towels (because one of the room weren't cleaned) and they asked twice if we wanted to change rooms (we didn't because of reason stated above).  7. Suggestion - build a small ramp to go up to the hotel from the road if possible.  It will be helpful for luggage and older folks / wheelchairs etc.  All in all, it was a decent stay.  Price was competitive but cleanliness could be better - and air-con/shower heads can be better maintained. 

J'ai séjourné deux nuits dans ce nouvel hôtel d'Ipoh. Idéalement situé juste derrière l'hôtel AC et en face d'Ipoh Parade, son emplacement est très pratique et stratégique. Tous les restaurants populaires sont accessibles en 15 minutes à pied. La chambre est spacieuse, un peu comme un studio ; très propre et agréablement calme. Pour un séjour d'une ou deux personnes, on s'y sent vraiment comme à la maison. Le personnel est accueillant. Bien qu'il ne semble pas y avoir de service de chambre ou de ménage régulier, vous pouvez vous renseigner à la réception. En résumé, je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

J'ai passé un excellent séjour au Cititel Express Ipoh. L'hôtel est très propre et bien entretenu, et le personnel s'est montré aimable, serviable et professionnel tout au long de mon séjour. Ma chambre était confortable et impeccable, ce qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. L'emplacement est également très stratégique : à proximité de nombreuses attractions touristiques, de cafés et de restaurants locaux, il est facile de découvrir Ipoh. Le seul bémol est que le stationnement peut s'avérer un peu compliqué, surtout aux heures de pointe. Cependant, dans l'ensemble, c'est un excellent choix si vous recherchez confort, propreté et praticité en plein cœur d'Ipoh.

The hotel was good and the breakfast was decent as well. We stayed at level 8, which we were told is one of the newly renovated floors, along with Level 7. However, the room service team did not respond to our request. We left a note on the table requesting room slippers before heading to work in the morning, but the request was not attended to. Nevertheless, the hotel receptionist was very responsive and promptly arranged for the room slippers to be delivered after we contacted them.

The bed make sounds and water heater is leaking. It was noisy outside since facing empty field, the sound from crickets and frogs. My night is restless.

Upon arrival the 2 contact details provided don't respond and it's really annoying and disappointing. 1 contact go into voicemail box and another will never pick up the call which somehow give you the impression of the host is not reliable(Attached conversation without reply) The property manager or agent that host these property really need to be more professional. The unit is full of new paintings and the smell cause lots of discomfort(Attached the toilet door with new paint) The bidet or sprinkler is broken and the water is scattered around and cause our clothes and toilet paper all wet!!!(Attached photo broken bidet) They don't install ventilation fan on the toilet and when you open the window for air circulation your neighbors could see you.Their intentions is very clear which is they don't bother the comfort of the guest(Attached photo of when open up the toilet window for ventilation the upper floor could see through hence no privacy while shower.You shower with window close and its felt suffocating after a while!!!) As Ipoh is famous for eateries to our surprise when we packed our supper home the utensils is really disappointing.The host barely provides you any plates and utensils.Maybe just 4 cups 4 plates as if anything extra will cause them a million dollars investment.You can't find extra waste plastic bags or toilet paper.They simply being too calculative and don't provide any extra even you are using it to keep their unit clean at least if you provide me with extra waste plastic bags we could pack our waste and keep it clean and hygiene instead. Each room only 2 towels for shower and no pools towel provided.Very inconsiderate!!! The worst part is they will sent you a check out instructions 6am in the morning to wake you up!!! If you having a peak booking on our check out date you may sent a reminder for checkout but please not at 6am in the morning !!! I think Trip.Com should check on your agent quality and set a minimum standards.The property host is really disappointed we don't have time to waste so we just put up with it and write a review after check out.

L'appartement est énorme et très confortable. Dans toutes les zones de repas et de shopping. Beaucoup de parking et le niveau supérieur est très calme. L'appartement est propre avec contrôle était facile.

Worth the price you pay! Great location, just beside the highway. Everything is clean, aircond was functioning well, the room is nice. It’s just that the small fridge is not functioning and the water pressure is kinda slow. But I don’t really mind. The front desk was also nice. I will reconsider staying at this hotel again for a short staycation.

Réservé ici parce que mon mari assiste à l'événement à proximité. Pour moi, cet hôtel est surestimé, la propreté sage doit améliorer beaucoup. - mur: moulage - zone de douche toilette: moulage - lumière : détached - plug : loin du lit, la tension de plug la plus proche n'est pas stable, ne peut pas charger. - Couchage : vieux. - curtain sur le bathtub: non fonction - window : dirty -sonoproof : pauvre En général, je ne noterais que 2 étoiles. Payed rm200/night+- for this room, probably no next time for me.

L'emplacement était idéal, mais il n'y avait pas de places de parking et l'absence d'explications était obscure. Les étrangers ne maîtrisent pas le système de stationnement malaisien ; j'ai donc écopé de deux amendes de la part des autorités locales, pour un montant total de 30 ringgits malaisiens.
