These apartments are spacious and well equipped. They’re townhouses. Everything you could need was supplied including the kitchen and laundry. We received a text to let us know that the apartment was ready for check in early so we didn’t need to wait around until 3 which was great. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen very clean. The furniture and skirting boards were a bit dusty but the units are in good condition for their age. Information on what to do and where to go in the area was provided. There are two lovely decks to sit on, one on each floor and it nice to see all the birds on the water ( you will wake to the birds in the morning). My only concern would be the need to be very vigilant if you have small children due to the proximity to the water but I don’t have any so I’ll be back !

My wife and I stayed at the park for 4 nights in November in a 2 bedroom villa at a cost of $152.50 per night. While the cabin was very comfortable the hot water service in the shower was atrocious and was either scalding hot or freezing cold. We advised reception of this each morning and were told it would be rectified ASAP, including being told how to regulate the taps, but we were unable to have a satisfactory shower during our stay. Fortunately we did not have any children with us as they would have been in danger of being scalded and we informed reception of this again on our departure. Although reception staff were very nice and friendly this is very poor service for plus $150 accommodation.

According to the reception person we dealt with, the owner was away and he was filling in, so we have to cut him some slack as dealing with customers was not his strong point. We booked a ground floor room as we always do as we cannot use stairs. Our booking was confirmed through *********** and we also received written confirmation for the room (N0. 4) from the owner via email. However on arrival the receptionist tried to give us an upstairs room which we refused. He claimed no such arrangements for a downstairs room had been made despite us having written proof. He claimed our room (No. 4) had not been cleaned as he was not expecting guests. After much ado we were given a ground floor room which was apparently an upgrade on what we had booked. The room was quite large and well equipped with a large couch and dining setting. It also had a good split system air conditioner. The motel is very well situated in the middle of town within easy walking distance of shops, cafes and the pub. The motel is badly let down with bad parking arrangements. You are supposed to park on an empty lot at the rear of the motel which has no lighting and consists of a grassed area with a muddy gravel track. If you park here you have to drag your luggage some distance uphill via the muddy track to your room. You are forced to park illegally on the street .

Plus vieux! Parce que je n'ai jamais été ici pour savoir que ce point de départ de l'hôtel est plus loin d'être pratique et qu'il n'y a pas trop de restaurants à proximité! L'hôtel est également propre!

Nous avons visité ici pour notre seule courte pause de travail, 5 jours, avec les enfants en vacances scolaires juste avant le début de l'école et nous avons découvert que la piscine s'est fermée à 7.00 pm. Nous avons payé des primes pour réserver ce lieu en vacances scolaires, presque double le montant qui est annoncé maintenant. Nous n'avons pas de piscine à la maison et nous venons des conditions de vague de chaleur à Melbourne et nous attendions vraiment ce voyage. Nous sommes tous épuisés du travail et de l'école et c'est notre seule période de temps pour passer ensemble en famille et nous voulions juste nous relaxer par la piscine. La plupart de la publicité de ce lieu est basée autour de la piscine et c'était la base de notre réservation. Si nous avions su que la piscine fermée à 7.00pm Je n'aurais pas passé un pénis ici et aurait préféré aller ailleurs. Très Déçu !!!

Shameful Customer Service! À l'arrivée le vendredi soir, le 11 mars 2022 (Journée du travail), nous avons vérifié et nous avons été attirés l'attention après avoir conduis six heures pour être ici que nos chambres étaient réservées pour vendredi soir et samedi soir, où non dans le système ! Après avoir montré l'e-mail de confirmation de réservation envoyé par le directeur en janvier 2022 (qui m'a été reçu après avoir appelé et réservé dans les quatre chambres personnellement) avec l'apparente « gestionnaire à l'époque ». Ils ont réussi à trouver ma réservation sur « leur ancien système ». C'est quand l'homme original au bureau frontal que j'imagine que c'était sa femme qui venait au bureau frontal, elle a demandé pourquoi et a dit loudment à l'orateur « Dis-leur de quitter là-bas nous ne pouvons rien faire à ce sujet ». Elle a réalisé qu'elle était écoutée par moi-même et a rapidement fini la conversation. Lorsqu'elle est arrivée au bureau, son ton et son mannequin à notre égard était détestable. Les mots que je regrette ne lui ont jamais laissé la bouche! Le mari nous a trouvé quatre chambres pour la nuit de vendredi. Pour le reste du week-end, dans ses mots, « rien ne peut faire » et a insisté qu'il était « stressé » par la situation... N'ayant pas été fait d'essai pour corriger la situation, ces incompétents avaient causé. Le courriel de confirmation envoyé par eux n'a pas été réservé.

Parfait endroit, tout va bien
