C'était notre 10ème voyage dans le nord de l'Espagne et notre 3ème séjour à La Franca. C'est devenu notre hôtel préféré dans le nord de l'Espagne. L'emplacement est spectaculaire (sur la plage) et idéal pour une nuit ou deux avant de prendre le ferry pour rentrer au Royaume-Uni. Les chambres sont bien aménagées et propres, certaines avec une vue magnifique sur la plage / la crique. Le restaurant et le bar sont excellents et les salons vraiment confortables. Ce n'est pas la classe Parador, beaucoup plus convivial, confortable et relaxant (et moins cher !) Et l'emplacement ! Ouah!

Un excellent emplacement pour regarder la mer et le beau village du bar-restaurant, où sont servis les repas. Nous avons choisi la chambre avec vue, afin de ne pas perdre aucune chance pendant notre séjour pour regarder les magnifiques vues. Pour ne pas augmenter le prix, nous n'avons pas inclus le petit déjeuner dans la première réservation, mais en voyant la localisation, nous avons décidé d'ajouter et c'était une bonne chose. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très attentif et surtout au petit-déjeuner buffet, en attendant qu'il n'y ait pas de détails. Un lit confortable et un bon repos, avec la satisfaction que notre séjour nous a permis de fuir de la vague de chaleur. À San Vicente, la température était parfaite.

Après avoir conduis les 80 minutes ou plus de Santander, on arrive à Ojedo et à Potes, les deux villes belles avec beaucoup de vues et de travail. La zone est très populaire avec les motocyclistes et l'hôtel semble se spécialiser dans ou certainement faire le clic. Les fées de toilette auraient pu être un peu plus généreuses, mais nous étions assez bien stockés. La chambre de petit déjeuner énorme se double en suite fonctionnelle et il y avait une autre pour chacune des trois nuits de notre séjour. Le restaurant attaché était amiable et très efficace, surtout parce qu'ils partageaient la cuisine entre eux-mêmes et les fonctions précitées. Alimentation. Bon, service excellent, vin ditto. Petit déjeuner: généralement très bon. La cuisine de chauffage pour la conservation des oeufs et du bacon est beaucoup plus efficace si elle est remplie d'eau chaude et peut-être ait été éclairée par ses brûleurs. Sinon, il est un cramble (sorry) chaque fois que les œufs frais HOT sont ajoutés pour aller avec le bacon certainement froid. Le samovar très pittoresque (parlez-en d'un romantique) qui fournit de l'eau chaude pour faire du thé doit être retiré dans le réservoir de curiosité et de curiosité et une source d'eau de cuisson plus fiable et constante adoptée.
