CCayucosAn otherwise pleasant stay ruined by somewhat incompetent communication surrounding a private transfer booked through the hotel. For those booking a private transfer through the hotel it’s worth knowing the following:
1) this is a third party arrangement and as such whether it is “private” or not is at the discretion of the third party
2) In the event that a transfer is not private, the hotel does not appear to need or feel it necessary to inform you.
This situation happened to me when leaving the island, having checked out early and being informed by reception which was my boat, I departed the island on said boat only to be made to turn around 90% into the journey as there was supposed to be another passenger. The hotel simply said this was the third party decision and whilst they were aware of it on the day, had not informed me (resulting in me traversing the stretch of water multiple times). All in all this was the cherry on an otherwise miscommunication-strewed cake (they never mentioned the private transfer had to be paid in cash, and they miscommunicated breakfast would start at 6:30 when in reality it is 7:30). On the plus side, the location is good for dive shops and the food was nice. However, I wouldn’t personally recommend this place to family or friends.

Отель находится в нескольких минах ходьбы от дайвинг центров и 15 минут на тук-туке до пляжа. В номере есть полотенца, удобная кровать, кондиционер, туалетные принадлежности, фен. Горячая вода ( в моём московском понимании этого слова) была, но не всегда. В гостинице есть правило, что в номере нельзя пить. На территории отеля находится симпатичный и удобный бар с пивом/коктейлями. Очень приветливые ребята из персонала. Из минусов - рядом ведётся стройка, начинается она в 8 утра..

IInvitéJ'ai tout aimé. Nous avons loué un bungalow pour 4 nuits. 2 adultes + enfant de 7 ans. Confortable, suffisamment d'espace. Le bungalow est un duplex séparé de 2 chambres, avec sa propre petite terrasse avec une table et 2 chaises. Voisins de l'autre côté du mur. L'audibilité est moyenne, dépend du type de voisins que vous rencontrez)))
Tout est propre, ils le nettoyaient tous les jours. La télé est neuve, il y a une bouilloire, le climatiseur n'est que le moins cher, ça fait beaucoup de bruit. De l'eau, du café et toutes les provisions sont apportés chaque jour. Il n'y a pas de thé.
Le bungalow est un peu plus éloigné de la plage, où la musique est forte le soir. Les autres chambres se trouvent dans des bâtiments, elles sont plus proches de la plage. Mais c'est plus bruyant le soir.
La région est géniale. Les vues sur la baie sont époustouflantes. 2 piscines à débordement.
Descente à la plage depuis le territoire.
La baie est peu profonde, sans hérissons ni poissons. Seulement des étoiles de mer.
Les marées sont très visibles. Il y a un bon café dans l'hôtel, un peu plus cher. Et juste à côté de la plage, il y a un bon café appelé Pito's, savoureux et à meilleurs prix.
Dans l'ensemble, ces îles sont d'un bon rapport qualité/prix.

IInvitéVery good location. Clean place, neat room and was well maintained. The only issue I had was that the sound proofing was not good enough. I could hear moving of the furnitures from other rooms, in my room, and people talking in the corridor. I also like that the elevator had labels for easier navigation around the place. The workplace is also nice and spacious.

RRyantranterOverall ok stay, the staff were super kind there was a couple problems with the problem but they were quick to fix! Pool is nice, and location is great. One thing that really annoyed me is that because we didn’t book the diving with the resort (we didn’t know prior to booking that the resort was a diving resort) they wouldn’t make our breakfast early like the other guests had. Literally other guests were picking their breakfast for a 4am start I thought great! I’ll do the same, and then the dive coordinator Santiago was incredibly rude, and declined as if he was running the place. Very rude, I wouldn’t even consider booking a diving trip with this resort because of this man! Zero customer service or friendliness which is a shame because the local staff were so nice!

IInvitéL'avantage principal est l'accès à une plage privée (et un magnifique récif à 50 mètres ; nous avons même aperçu des tortues à deux reprises). L'hôtel dispose d'un bar convivial avec un personnel accueillant, une vue sur la mer et des prix tout à fait raisonnables.
Le seul bémol : si un groupe séjourne dans un cottage voisin, cela peut être un peu bruyant, mais d'après notre expérience, la musique était déjà coupée vers 23 h.
Le centre-ville est à 5 km (cafés, plage de Panasagma, etc.). Vous aurez besoin d'un vélo, et l'hôtel peut vous en louer un. La location du premier jour coûtait 500 pesos (le vélo était neuf), puis 400 pesos par jour les jours suivants.
Pour ce prix, l'hôtel est excellent, nous le recommandons vivement !

The place is really nice, clean, and beachfront, which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The ambiance is calm and perfect for a family getaway, and the staff were very accommodating and kind.
Just an honest feedback — the aircons in 3 rooms were not as cold as we expected, and the shower in 2 rooms was not functioning properly. But it was still manageable for us since there was a balde available and we’re not very picky.
Overall, we still had a good stay and enjoyed our family vacation 🤍 Still a must-stay for us for a chill beach getaway 🌊 Also very near the port, which makes it very convenient. And there’s WiFi, which makes it very convenient.

- minimal amenity kit (no toothbrush and toothpaste, 1 little soap for 4 days)

The service also is great and the workers also very helpful. The beach in front is not the best in Bantayan but is not crowded and is relax so for the price is very nice just the room is not fancy but have all you need.

HHelenLenThe location of the hotel is not the best. The room I stayed was facing a very noisy road filled with traffic noise and it’s surrounded by local houses with noisy roosters that start at 3:30 am. There’s no swimming pool as it shows in the pictures. It’s under frozen construction which was right over my room. There’s no hot shower.
The owner is very sweet and welcoming! Very nice lady Ruby. She gave many useful tips about the island and helped with booking the diving course.
If you’re not a diver, this place is not the best option for you. There’s not much to do on the island. It’s very undeveloped and there’s are only few stops to enjoy the beach life.
