CCayucosAn otherwise pleasant stay ruined by somewhat incompetent communication surrounding a private transfer booked through the hotel. For those booking a private transfer through the hotel it’s worth knowing the following:
1) this is a third party arrangement and as such whether it is “private” or not is at the discretion of the third party
2) In the event that a transfer is not private, the hotel does not appear to need or feel it necessary to inform you.
This situation happened to me when leaving the island, having checked out early and being informed by reception which was my boat, I departed the island on said boat only to be made to turn around 90% into the journey as there was supposed to be another passenger. The hotel simply said this was the third party decision and whilst they were aware of it on the day, had not informed me (resulting in me traversing the stretch of water multiple times). All in all this was the cherry on an otherwise miscommunication-strewed cake (they never mentioned the private transfer had to be paid in cash, and they miscommunicated breakfast would start at 6:30 when in reality it is 7:30). On the plus side, the location is good for dive shops and the food was nice. However, I wouldn’t personally recommend this place to family or friends.

Отель находится в нескольких минах ходьбы от дайвинг центров и 15 минут на тук-туке до пляжа. В номере есть полотенца, удобная кровать, кондиционер, туалетные принадлежности, фен. Горячая вода ( в моём московском понимании этого слова) была, но не всегда. В гостинице есть правило, что в номере нельзя пить. На территории отеля находится симпатичный и удобный бар с пивом/коктейлями. Очень приветливые ребята из персонала. Из минусов - рядом ведётся стройка, начинается она в 8 утра..

LLorenzo Cinzia CarichiniNous avons d’abord été placés dans une pièce près de la cuisine du restaurant. Impossible de dormir à cause du bruit d'une pompe qui s'activait toutes les 5 minutes. Ils ont gentiment changé notre chambre, nous avons donc décidé de prolonger notre séjour dans cet établissement. Magnifique vue.

RRyantranterOverall ok stay, the staff were super kind there was a couple problems with the problem but they were quick to fix! Pool is nice, and location is great. One thing that really annoyed me is that because we didn’t book the diving with the resort (we didn’t know prior to booking that the resort was a diving resort) they wouldn’t make our breakfast early like the other guests had. Literally other guests were picking their breakfast for a 4am start I thought great! I’ll do the same, and then the dive coordinator Santiago was incredibly rude, and declined as if he was running the place. Very rude, I wouldn’t even consider booking a diving trip with this resort because of this man! Zero customer service or friendliness which is a shame because the local staff were so nice!

MMargaretPerry11/10. Been booking with Diane for quite some time, my partner and I. This has been our favorite hotel in Cebu, and we are gatekeeping it lol
But in our recent stay, I feel like we were not supposed to have the correct room that we're supposed to get, but not really sure about it. I booked a Superior Room with a City view so we can watch some fireworks during Christmas Eve, but when we came into the room, the window was a small one, and when we tried to open the window, we could only see equipment outside blocking the window and the view; the window was forced to just open maybe just 5 inches and that's it. I don't know what City View I was supposed to see. Overall, that's just my only concern. The girl from the reception wearing white did not seem happy (those that are in green uniforms are fine, I love them and those in the dining area even in the rooftop - but the girl in the reception that day idk whats with her) when giving us the room key, she was smiling a little bit, but I could feel she wanted us to just go and disappear in front of her.
Overall, we just brush it off and moved on with our day and enjoyed the view from that little window and the from the rooftop. We still love Diane's and will still keep recommending this to our friends and family ofcourse. 11/10.

IInvitéSi vous recherchez une vue panoramique sur la montagne, attendez-vous à ce que ce soit un peu difficile pour l'emplacement. Je n'ai donc pas été trop surpris que la route ne soit pas aussi parfaite, mais pour la vue, cela en vaut la peine. Nous avons eu la chance d'être là un jour de semaine, nous avons donc tout l'endroit pour nous tous seuls. Nous avons loué leur moto pour qu'il soit pratique de voyager et de se rendre dans les magasins car ils ont une petite cuisine pour que vous puissiez cuisiner. Malheureusement, le pic d'Osmena était encore proche au moment où nous y sommes allés, mais l'endroit nous a permis de rester confortablement. Je recommande cet hôtel spécialement pour les couples et les jeunes adultes.

LLoy T YL'hébergement en bord de mer est situé à proximité de la plage. La plage de White Sea, qui est publique, est accessible à pied. Le restaurant et le bar sont agréables pour se restaurer et prendre un verre, de jour comme de nuit. Pour se rendre à la plupart des hôtels de Moalboal, les tricycles motorisés sont le moyen de transport le plus courant. N'hésitez pas à négocier le prix avant d'utiliser les services. Le personnel de l'hôtel se fera un plaisir de vous aider à vous procurer des produits en ville (nourriture ou autre). Pensez à laisser un pourboire, car le trajet entre l'hôtel et le centre-ville est assez long. Le personnel de l'hôtel a eu la gentillesse de m'accompagner à la gare routière lorsque j'ai quitté l'hôtel en moto, car j'étais seul. Sinon, n'hésitez pas à demander au personnel d'organiser votre transport jusqu'en ville.

JJuno VillarLa chambre était propre et confortable, parfaite pour une nuit reposante. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, surtout le tapsilog, qui était parfait. La piscine était parfaite pour un petit plongeon, et l'ambiance était détendue. Ce qui nous a vraiment marqués, c'est la gentillesse et l'accueil chaleureux du propriétaire. Il nous a même ouvert le portail à minuit après notre retour d'une visite chez un ami disparu, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

KkimposssibleWe had such a great time staying at NorthVille Beach Resort! The location is super convenient—just a short walk from the port, which helped us save on transportation costs. The resort staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy, with cold and quiet air conditioning that made our stay extra comfortable. We’re definitely looking forward to coming back!

HHelenLenThe location of the hotel is not the best. The room I stayed was facing a very noisy road filled with traffic noise and it’s surrounded by local houses with noisy roosters that start at 3:30 am. There’s no swimming pool as it shows in the pictures. It’s under frozen construction which was right over my room. There’s no hot shower.
The owner is very sweet and welcoming! Very nice lady Ruby. She gave many useful tips about the island and helped with booking the diving course.
If you’re not a diver, this place is not the best option for you. There’s not much to do on the island. It’s very undeveloped and there’s are only few stops to enjoy the beach life.
