Location - Well placed in the city. From the pool and bar area you can see the independent monument and the tops of the palace complex. There are some distance views of the river as well. Easy to walk out from to the monument, palace and the river. Just be warned that if you walk you constantly get hassled by tuk tuk's looking for business. Crossing the road can be challenging as it is very busy. Rooms - Basic clean and all that you need in a hot country. The only downside is that it can be noisy due to the stone floor that echo's the sound of chairs being moved. Staff - Polite and speak good English. Big shout out to the petite young women (sorry don't know name) who served us breakfast and during the day, evening drinks - always had a big smile and very helpful. Food - Nice selection at breakfast of fruit and cereals, pastries. A selection of cooked breakfast representing many cultures (noodles, soup, western eggs etc). Lunch/Evening they had a good selection of small bites (burritos, veg and dips) and western and Asian dishes (steak, noodles, rice) Amenities - Good wifi signal throughout. Restaurant and bar clean and mixture of seating available. Pool table. Pool was gorgeous on the roof with great views. Big enough to have a little swim about. Seating can get crowded in the afternoon when people return from touring around. Recommend the hotel as we didn't find or have any negatives.

An unfortunate experience, I found myself in the worst situation dealing with M Residence, as on the day of my check-in, the Sale Manager Vincent neglected to inform the receptionist about my booking, and instead of booking online for a fair rate, they wanted to charge me 50 USD per night, when it was only 24 USD online. Because the receptionist was new and unfamiliar with the process, she had to validate each step with her manager. It took me 45 minutes to check-in. The whole thing felt sketchy because I had to pay 130 USD with tax instead of 72 USD online with Airbnb small tax it would have cost max 86 USD if I recall. Anyway, I paid and received a very small room with hardly working air conditioning and filthy elevator. The swimming pool was breaking apart, and it appeared that the structure was inadequately maintained. There was no pool attendant, and no PH and CL analysis of the chemicals in the pool was available. The entire establishment is a shambles, and they definitely lack hospitality skills. Anyway I shared some information about my experience with the Manager who told me “The staff are so bad” I wanted to react and tell him that he should invest in training them but I could see there was no point in telling him has he clearly do not hold any sense of hospitality skills… The day before my departure I contact the “Receptionist Supervisor” and asked if I should do my check out now to collect my deposit back as I leave at 5:50 am and she informed to not to worry there is 24/7 staff at the lobby. Of course, the day of my check out there was no staff at the lobby to proceed my check-out so now they are ghosting me over 30 USD refund. In addition to all of this I intended to do a collaboration with the Sales manager upon my arrival a discount or free stay over some pictures which they gladly receive but never gave me proper feedback nor a compensation. M Residence is a disgrace to the hospitality industry in Cambodia. Their unethical practices and scams are not the way to conduct business.

Cet hôtel familial est très bien situé, d'un excellent rapport qualité-prix et le personnel est vraiment serviable, courtois et chaleureux. Le petit déjeuner (inclus) était bon et la piscine (s'il faisait un peu plus chaud dehors) était vraiment charmante. Je reviendrai certainement ici - merci!

L'emplacement est assez facile à trouver et pratique, et tout le personnel de service est très serviable et serviable. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Capri by Fraser, Phnom Penh and it exceeded all my expectations! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the room was impeccably clean, and the amenities provided added a touch of luxury to my stay. The gym was pleasantly well-equipped. A special shout-out to Pattya for his great hospitality and giving us great tips for our first visit to Cambodia and being so kind to give us a late checkout as we had a late evening flight. His service was impeccable! The central location made exploring the city convenient by Tuk-Tuk and the delicious breakfast spread was a delightful start to each day. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and memorable experience!! We will be back again!

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits au Hyatt Regency de Phnom Penh, l hôtel est super bien situé pres de tous les centres d interet. L ancienne maison coloniale a été conservée et sert de lobby avec deux bars en sous sol et a l etage. Top. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour: la suite etait juste magnifique (meubles de tres bonnes qualité, décoration raffinée) on a apprécié les différentes attentions( macarons, fruits, vin), le petit dejeuner etait top, le toast aux avocats avec un œuf poché une tuerie. Le restaurant en roof top le 5/5 excellent avec une vue sur PP,sur le musée et le palais comme je ne l avais jamais vu. Un petit coup de coeur pour le tea time excellent . Le personnel souriant est tres attentionné. Nous avons aimé notre séjour.

Très bon hôtel. Tout d’abord, il est fabriqué dans un style khmer authentique, tout simplement magnifique. La chambre est propre. Une chose que je ne comprends tout simplement pas : une seule prise. C’est vraiment étrange, on ne peut pas recharger tous nos appareils. Lits très grands et confortables. Les choses semblent un peu vieilles, mais ça va, cela n'affecte pas le confort. Le personnel est réactif. Le petit-déjeuner est suédois et c'est correct. Très bon emplacement - à 2 minutes du Musée National et du Palais Royal. Près de tous les quais et de tous les bons bars. Je le recommande vraiment pour une visite.

As I stepped out of the tuk tuk struggling with my carry on, a guard from the hotel hurriedly came up and took my carry on up the stairs, and then another young man opened the door to the beautiful spacious inviting lobby of the hotel : the young girls at the desk Oun Samnang and the Manager Ms. Seng quickly attended to my registration, while a cold welcoming drink and a moist hand towel was given to me to be refreshed from the hot ride to the hotel! I was asked if I wanted to know more about what was in the neighbourhood area that I would like to visit and I assented: important detail here: I was asked first which was quite perceptive since anyone coming in tired would be too tired to listen! I was quickly shown to my spacious room which was clean, cool and smelled heavenly! I was here for a staycation away from the bustle and hustle of the city with its loud construction sounds: - ALL staff very attentive: from the pool cleaner to the hotel maintenance cleaners: thank you - I had fresh fruit awaiting me when I went up to the room: there was glass bottle with water and a refill station downstairs if needed more: very environmentally conscious ! BRAVO for this! - the safety box gave me trouble and immediately the manager and staff came up and within minutes helped me - it was found out that somehow I was double booked from my online booking, and the manager who discovered it quickly pointed this out because she did not want me to be charged twice on my credit card: I was very impressed with her attention to detail ( I will not know yet how this will be solved since I booked online through Agoda) Breaking news: Manager Seng solved that for me and I was not charged! VERY GRATEFUL AND THANK YOU Manager Seng! - the French cafe Le Cafe at White Mansion＞: cannot say enough about the staff there and the manager Ms.Sokunthy of that cafe: breakfast was delicious: coffee hot like I want and not warm as in other hotels: attention being given to even down to the bread knife for the baguette! Even if I just wanted great desserts and coffee, a place to work, I can always come to the cafe here on my day off! They graciously brought out my breakfast to the pool side area for me! - the room: amenities good: I like the idea of liquid soap rather than the little soaps given at other hotels! AND there is a blow dryer in the room! - I am an early riser: so happy that breakfast which was included began at 6:30 - at ‘turn down’ for the bed around 6, freshly baked delicious cookies were brought to the room! Cons: - it is an international hotel: so smoking is allowed everywhere: so a positive for smokers but a non-smoker who is allergic to cigarette smoke, I had to shorten my times at the pool because of this -

Dès que vous entrez dans l'hôtel, vous sentirez qu'il présente des caractéristiques locales et l'ensemble du hall est soigneusement décoré. Mais pour être honnête, la pièce est très ancienne, on voit qu'on a beaucoup réfléchi à la décoration à cette époque, mais elle est vraiment trop vieille. La chambre qu'on nous avait attribuée était au premier étage. Lorsque nous avons ouvert la porte du balcon, elle ressemblait à la photo 1. Le petit balcon était également très étroit et ne pouvait accueillir qu'une seule chaise. Je ne supporte particulièrement pas la salle de bain. Le lavabo est le même que lorsque j'étais à l'école. Il est si fin qu'il recouvre le plan de travail et a l'air trop sale. Il n'y a qu'une seule baignoire, qui a également la forme d'un sol à eau. Quand je me tiens dans la baignoire et que je prends un bain, je me sens toujours impur. Mais de quel type de vélo avez-vous besoin pour plus de 210 yuans par nuit ? p.s. Comme notre vol est arrivé à 11h30, nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel un peu plus tôt. Nous avons appelé l'hôtel à l'avance et la réception de l'hôtel nous a accueillis à minuit. Merci !
