L'hôtel est un hôtel de qualité très confortable, très confortable et très confortable. Meinrad était très gentil et attentif lors du check-in. Personnel: Je ne comprends pas vraiment ceux qui ont plaint. Le propriétaire de l'hôtel est extrêmement gentil et utile. Il était toujours très patient pour aider à conseiller les meilleurs endroits pour aller dans la région. Sa femme était aussi très gentille. Il est très clair combien ils se soucient de l'hôtel et font de leur mieux pour bien recevoir les invités. L'hôtel est situé à Obertraun, une ville voisine de Hallstatt. L'hôtel est très facile à aller à Hallstatt, et vous propose un transport public gratuit dans la région (bus). N'oubliez pas que Obertraun a environ 800 habitants, donc ne vous attendez pas à avoir un café à Starbucks, etc. Même si, une fois de plus, M. Meinrad, très gentil, a offert de préparer un café le soir pendant qu'il était là. Il y a un restaurant (je pense que la ville entière n'a que deux ou trois) près de l'hôtel. L'hôtel est situé à côté de la cathédrale néo-chrétienne à Harstat, et il peut être considéré comme une position au centre-ville. La zone de la chambre est bonne. La petite balcone ne peut que se sider et ne peut pas agiter le corps (l'espace est trop petit). Une surprise est encore une surprise, ce qui n'est pas fréquent dans l'hôtel européen de quatre étoiles. La serveuse de la réception est très arrogante (arrogante), évidemment insensée à l'amour des invités du continent chinois (ce qui est l'objectif). Je ne sais pas si je suis désolé, je suis aussi très mauvaise à son égard, et je ne suis pas très agréable à l'avoir en anglais (elle est très agréable). L'hôtel ne peut pas entrer. Vous devez garer dans la ville P1 à P4 dans tout parking et puis marcher à l'hôtel, donc réparer les bagages à l'avance. Le petit déjeuner était le niveau général de l'Europe, et il est vrai que ceux qui ont déjà eu de nombreuses occasions ou ont eu une expérience de vie en Europe ne vivront pas et ne pourront pas s'attendre à ce que ce prix soit surestimé et que le prix global est très bas. Il faut quitter la maison à 11 heures pour être resté à 3 heures. Ne demandez pas pourquoi.

Bien que la saison de ski soit relativement élevée, la piscine n'est pas ouverte, ni même le restaurant, l'hôtel entier offre trois types de pain supermarché, il n'y a pas de petits petits lits de montagne, il n'y a pas de boutique, rien, il n'y a pas de nettoyage de dents et de remorques pendant trois jours, Un couple de pantoufles de papier comme 3 euros, le bus dans la ville n'est que pour une heure, et le chalet d'hébergement est resté à minuit, les chaussures sur la balcone sont mises dans le jardin..., je ne vais plus, déçu!

Le petit déjeuner est très bon, le personnel de la réception est très gentil et bienvenu. La chambre est assignée au 4e étage, qui nous permet d'entendre des pas de la chambre au-dessus de nous à 6 heures du matin. Demandez une chambre au 6e étage, si vous êtes un léger coucheur comme nous. Le restaurant est vraiment bon. Nous y sommes allés pour dîner deux fois pendant notre séjour de 3 nuits à l'Héritage Hotel. La soupe était vraiment bonne. Nous avons commandé le char saumon grillé avec risotto pompe, vraiment délicieux 😋
