J'avais une chambre avec vue sur le rêve. La chambre et la salle de bains je me trouvais relativement vieille. L'air conditionné n'avait pas non plus beaucoup de rendement contre la chaleur. L'ensemble de l'immeuble fonctionnait comme une machine à temps dans les années 30. Mais : Tous les employés de l'hôtel étaient vraiment très aimables et très utiles. C'était une grande classe.

Quatre pâles étoiles : il. ne suffit pas d'avoir un spa et un restaurant pour revendiquer 4 étoiles, encore faut-il le service qui va avec. En effet on nous fait comprendre à 21h45 que le restaurant ne nous fournira pas tout ce que l'on veut (le buffet de crudités avait disparu d'ailleurs) et qu'il faudra se dépêcher. Pourtant le restaurant accueille jusqu'à 22h ! Commande passée, les plats de pâtes étaient trop salés : pour nous faire comprendre qu'il fallait dégager vite fait ? Autre point négatif : les moquettes très usées dans les parties communes. Points positifs : la proximité du centre historique, mais évitez le tunnel si vous y allez à pied. Il y a un parking. PS : si vous venez avec une auto à recharger, demandez le prix car c'est hors de prix et très lent, en plus il faut apporter son chargeur, aucun hotel ne fait cela, à oublier donc.

I have been to Brescia once before and stayed in a fantastic boutique hotel, the Locanda Delle Mercanzie however it was fully booked and instead I stayed at the Albergo Orologio which is not that far away. This traditional styled hotel is in an excellent location wight in the heart of the centre of the old town and with a huge array of restaurants and bars within just a few seconds of walking! It’s also only a five or six minute walk with a wheeled bag from the Vittoria Metro station. Very convenient. Check-in was easy, the receptionist greeting with a smiling face, giving advice, telling you about the hotel etc. It always makes you feel better when you arrive at a hotel and the staff are so warm and friendly! I had booked a single room but ended up in a double room. Wifi was excellent, a fridge in the room, toiletries, plenty of plug points, air-conditioning (although turned off at this time of year), a TV, seat and desk, a small safe (passports and small items…too small for a laptop). The room and bathroom were very clean. The furniture was old but it suited the character of the hotel. Old style, almost boutique like. Breakfast was delicious. Superb coffee and made for you by the waitress. Buffet style cereals, yoghurts, breads and croissants, cake cold meats and cheese. Maybe not the greatest variety but it was all tasty and I enjoyed it. Overall I thought this hotel was quaint, it was convenient, it was clean, very well priced and the staff were friendly. I would definitely consider staying again if I return to Brescia.

Quelle superbe découverte, un hôtel en centre ville avec parking, magnifique cadre (ancien monastère) impressionnant de sérénité, la coure avec ses arbres centenaires, et l'intérieur simple mais 100% autenthique, le tout à 2 pas pour le marché, shopping, bars branchés et restaurants tops en plus de la gentillesse du personnel (arrivée tard le soir), les chambres sont modestes en accessoires, mais il y a absolument tout le nécessaire, propres, grandes et saines, le tout à un prix très convenable. C'est sur, c'est là que je souhaite revenir lors d'un prochain séjour à Brescia. Bravo et merci encore , Mirko

We had an initial issue with our air conditioning not working but the team at the hotel moved us to another room which was much cooler. Staff are very nice and the breakfast is amazing value. Very close to the station and metro so ideal if you want to travel the area as we did. Iseo on the lakes a great day out by train.

The rooms were very clean, tidy and the staff were smiling and happy to help. The check in was pretty quick, like the check out. The area where it's located is pretty convenient since there's a superstore almost next to it. Thank you for this amazing stay!

we stayed in hilton brescia for almost two weeks. When we arrived there, they said that we have wrong reservation because we had two adults king room so it is not possible have baby in that room. We needed to pay 116€ extra to get another room (So we needed to pay two rooms). But now when we are in home we looked up for hilton brescia site and we were right that there is information that children up to 18 years stays free if they use existing beds(as it is in many hilton hotels). So they did wrong when they charged this 116€ from us and didin’t even listen to us. Also the service from that women in the desk was very rude, she didin’t tell any info about hotel for example breakfeast or nothing. She just asked our credit card to pay this extra room. Next day the hotel manager gave us bigger room with extra costs for the rest of the holiday which is also wrong because there is this text in hilton site that it should have been ok with two adults room and baby without any extra costs of baby. So we really are disapointed and wanted to fix this from hilton because it should have been free to have 1 year old baby with us as it is said in hilton site. But we just got those rude answers again and not any refund etc. So be careful if you go to this hotel. Only good thing in this hotel was the Patiewce who was housekeeper in our room for whole holiday and really made a perfect job and always talked to us. One day we had another housekeeper and after that our room was dirty so it is only that one housekeeper who does this perfect job and deserves all the credits. From other staff the service is really bad and doesn’t fullfil hilton standards. I Wouldn’t have though that also from the general Hilton customer service would have been this bad in this case when we never had problems before. They just washed their hands in this case without even trying to fix it just forwarded it to brescia hilton which gave these same answers again and again. Also in other hilton hotels we visited in this trip wondered how was this possible somewhere when the standard is that baby stays free in room up to 18 years old as it is said in hilton page. And it was ok in every other hilton in Europe.

The location is an easy solution to go downtown by public transport: the bus station (bus line n.10) is in front of the hotel and the underground station (Ospedale) is just a few minute walk. The room was comfortable and large, and so was the bathroom. Our room on the 4th floor had a screened terrace with private table and chairs, next to the swimming pool, open in summer only. The room was really quiet, no noise coming from the roads nearby. Breakfast was fine with a fair offer of sweets, cheese, eggs, charcuterie, juices and yogurt. No fresh fruit nor vegetables were available, we would have loved it. Finally, the hotel staff was kind and helpful.

Nous avons été accueillis immédiatement par la fille à la réception qui a été vraiment bonne à nous donner toutes les explications nécessaires pour les deux jours et sur la façon de nous déplacer pour arriver au centre, parking caché sur le couvert inclus dans le prix très confortable, hôtels dans une bonne position pour arriver au centre à pied (20-25 minutes) et à 100 mètres de l'arrêt du métro qui vous emmène directement au centre en 10 minutes, un bon petit déjeuner et abondant même si le 1er janvier n'avait pas les cornets parce que à celui-ci que la servitrice disait que les pâtisseries n'étaient pas ouvertes ce jour-là (je ne vois pas pourquoi ils ne devaient pas être vus que nous avons payé comme les autres jours), c'était la seule mauvaise note, une chambre spacieuse avec une salle de bain aussi grande et pleine de services (nous avions Sky dans la chambre), peut-être un refroidissement dans les chambres ne serait pas mauvais, étant donné qu'ils sont un peu datés mais bien équipés.
