Ne pas se fier au nom de cet hôtel , ce n’est pas du tout un palace moderne ( ça l’a certainement été il y a de très nombreuses années) !!! Décoration surannée , services payants à tout va ( collation de bienvenue, serviette de piscine , jus d’orange pressée au petit déjeuner …) sans en être clairement informé . Ils n’ont même pas voulu nous mettre de l’eau du robinet ( soi disant non potable ) avec des glaçons dans nos gourdes !! ( à la place ils nous ont proposé des bouteilles d’eau payantes évidemment …) Petit déjeuner bien fourni mais pas toujours rechargé ( ne pas y aller trop tard sinon il manque plusieurs choses ) Vue de la chambre affreuse ( parking plus ou moins abandonné pour bateaux ) Chambre pour deux transformée en chambre pour 4 avec deux lits d’appoints confortables (donc pas très grande) ,mauvaise insonorisation ( on entend les voisins parler , aller aux toilettes , brancher quelque chose sur les prises …) Emplacement de l’hôtel au milieu de plusieurs bâtiments industriels abandonnés et en piteux état Points positifs : grande piscine très agréable , chambre climatisée ( même si la clim fait beaucoup de bruit), parking gratuit. Pour 280€ la nuit avec petit déjeuner , je trouve que c’est très cher payé pour ce que c’est !!

On s'y bien. Très bien accueilli. Les personnes de la réception très gentille et agréable. Cependant, chambres très mal isolées. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre car nous étions au dessus du restaurant ( hyper bruillant) et prêt de la salle du petit-déjeuner qui servait également salle de réception le soir. A l'accueil très compréhensible et réactive, on nous a donné un chambre plus reposante à l'opposé de tout ça. Restaurant ouvert et correct. Petit-déjeuner très limite. Obligé de demander un yaourt car le serveur sortait le strict minimum. On a voulu un chocolat chaud...et bien seulement le café était compris dans le maigre petit-déjeuner. J'ai trouvé cela mesquin. Par contre, le cadre reste superde avec une belle vue.

Before we even checked in, we found Historico to be very helpful when we emailed them with questions. If you have a late flight coming in to Trapani-Birgi Airport, Historico can arrange a 30 euro taxi for you to remove the hassle of getting the bus. The area the hotel is situated in is beautiful and feels very safe. We arrived at around 11PM, and the front doors were open. This is unusual at this time, but we soon realised that the staff member at the desk, Filippo, was waiting inside to welcome us. It can be a little difficult in Italy for travellers to find their hotels, so we really appreciated this, especially given the late hour. Filippo then gave us excellent advice on where to eat, what to see, which bus to take and more. At the end of our trip, he even offered to store our luggage until we returned for it. This allowed us to visit Erice, which we found stunning. The room itself is jaw-dropping. The ceilings are about 20 feet high, the room is very spacious with a huge bed and beautiful bathroom. There’s even a balcony. Considering the Historico’s low prices, the room and service completely blew us away. We paid average prices for a 5-star experience, and we couldn’t be happier. Nous sommes arrivés à cet agri Turismo par hasard, car nous avions réservé 2 nuits à l'hôtel Divino et on nous a proposé d'y aller manger. Puis nous avons appris que c'était les mêmes propriétaires et nous avons préféré y dormir les 2 nuits suivantes. Le cadre est hyper agréable, c'est propre, calme. Il y a une terrasse et une un jardin juste devant la chambre avec vue sur la mer. Les hôtes et les employés sont très serviables, bienveillants et souriants. Nous avons très très bien mangé au petit déjeuner et le restaurant sert des plats absolument délicieux. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir aux beaux jours pour profiter de la piscine et des terrains de Paddle. Merci pour l'accueil.

Hotel situé au centre de la vielle ville de Marsala excellent service et d'un grand confort. Lorsque voous êtes à l'hotel, vou pouvez vous déplacer àpied car il y a beaucoup de restaurants autour de l'hotel. Le personnel est vraiment à votre service, ils prennent en charge le parking de la voiture. Alessandra et Roberto sont très dévoués et efficaces. L'hotel est très calme les chambres sont confortables et très bien isolées. Donc si vous voulez visiter l'ouest de la Sicile, c'est l' endroit idéal.
