After a search lasting months, it was clear that my first ever trip to Kuwait would be at Ramada Encore by Wyndham Kuwait, where price and encouragement to book were concerned. Whilst the Hotel does not offer views of the Kuwait Towers, a short stroll left of the entrance, into the carpark and you may see Kuwait's Global Icon in all it's glory. The rooms are smart,clean and comfortable but be warned that the hotel offers smoking rooms. Please ensure you are aware of this. The Breakfast Buffet was very delicious and filling. The Staff are all lovely and friendly namely Mostafa,Gunneswaran,Mofeed,Jovelyn,Natalio,Wilmalyn,Rich Ann, Prateek,Arvic. Located in the financial district of Sharq, the views from the room include the massive Skyscrapers Al Hamra and NBK's Headquarters. The hotel has superfast WiFi, pleasant free toiletries and a team dedicated to making your stay great. I was fortunate to meet the owner Mr Fahad who made me feel very welcome. From Kuwait International, the hotel is a 15 minute drive by private car or Careem Taxi. The location itself is around the same distance/time from key attractions including the luxurious Avenues Mall. There is a small convenience store directly behind the hotel but note it is cash only. The Talabat (food delivery app) Driver on two occasions seemed to get the location wrong and ended up at the Swiss Bellin behind the hotel, so please ensure you are clear about your location. The Talabat Drivers do bring the food order direct to your room or leave it at reception for the hotel staff to bring upstairs. The Reception Staff don't seem to have a standard uniform but this does not deflect the great service and a public computer is in the lobby along with printing facilities. Free newspapers, in room tea/coffee/water bottles and a delightful rooftop bar ( non alcoholic in line with Kuwait being alcohol free ) complete the line up of features.

L'hôtel a dépassé mes attentes de plusieurs façons! Le Hilton Garden Inn Kuwait est un hôtel de qualité qualité, à la fois pour les voyageurs d'affaires et pour les loisirs. L'expérience globale a dépassé les attentes et s'est sentie plus proche d'un hôtel 5-star. Chambres spacieuses et propres: Mon chambre était grande, très propre, et avait un lit confortable, assurant un séjour tranquille. Efficacité de la réception: Arrivée, parking de valet et entrée rapide et sans problème. Personnel amical et utile : Le personnel était toujours ami et hébergé, ce qui a fait de mon séjour encore plus agréable. Location confortable : Connexion directe au centre commercial The Avenues offre des options de shopping et de cuisine sans fin à ma porte. Parking Valet Available: Une attractivité utile pour ceux qui préfèrent ne pas s'inquiéter de parking.

La personne qui garde la maison Sardar fait un grand travail de nettoyage de la chambre, est toujours gentille et utile. Il demande avant de déplacer les choses et si vous avez quelque chose d'autre à faire.

Had to laugh at last review as I too had room 603B. I was stranded at the airport at 2am but had a tourist visa so could leave. Had 26 hours so called here and agreed €100 for 3am - midnight next night aka 2 nights really. First off, staff werr excellent. Second, breakfast was basic but unique. Third, location is outside the city. To get to City (cheaply) walk to Crowne Plaza 20 min away. Across from overpass get bus 13 (€0.75 / 0.25 KWD). Kuwait itself isn't too dynamic - no tourists fo here so don't expect much. I got the odd funny look as I stood out as a white man strolling about. Taxi to airport 5 KWD but I think on meter this is 2 KWD !!!

Nous avons eu de grands temps , Personnel sont amis, Les locaux sont propres et propres. vue est bonne. La nourriture est délicieuse.. Près de la zone de shopping.. Nous aimons visiter à nouveau.. Nous pouvons voir voler tout le temps.. Biriyani était si délicieuse

Bien, l'attitude de service est également bonne et le prix est élevé. Confortable et voyage d'affaires. Mais c'est que si vous voulez vous tourner et faire des courses, vous devez prendre un taxi au Mall AEVENUE. Il n'y a pas de plongée près de l'hôtel, très comme Dongguan Street dans les années 90.

It was a great experience to stay in millennium hotel the room was so clean and they welcome us with a fresh fruits inside the room , also the breakfast was so delicious and a lots of items and best thing during the stay was the service they provided , thank you restaurant team and especial thanks to Mr. Amr for his excellent service since he took our booking till we checked out.
