Hotel is lovely, very picturesque. Receptionists and the rest of the employees were friendly and helpful and spoke English. The rooms are cute but by no means what we expected from a 4-star hotel. Our son was constantly woken by the noise of our neighbours as the walls are paper thin and clanking and footsteps from the people above. You can hear TV, over hear phone conversations and things one would not like to hear (it is kind of romantic hotel). Also the noise from the motorway is not blocked by the windows. Other than breakfast, we never ate at the hotel as the food was served only after 8.30pm which is too late for our son. Also, when I asked to see the restaurant menu, I was told that the only menu we can choose from is the cafeteria menu with burger and sandwich or something similar on it. Not quite a dinner we’d like to have in Spain or in a romantic getaway. What also really bothered us was a lack of storage - no shelves or drawers. One big wardrobe with 6 hangers and one shelf - for 3 peoples clothing for 7 days. Sick of living off from a suitcase. We definitely won’t be coming back here, as it’s far from our expectation of a 4-star getaway (we have stayed many times at a 3-star hotel near by and this won’t compare, maybe few stars have been given for the sauna and pool?). If little things like missing a wardrobe door, towels with holes (they are nicely scratchy though!) and noise from the neighbours doesn’t bother you, then it is a lovely hotel to stay in. (Stayed on second floor with the balcony overlooking motorway). Just not for our taste. Ps! Also the car park is tiny and if you come back later in the evening you might struggle with finding parking.

Hôtel de quatre étoiles (?) de bas de gamme, sans aucun charme. Chambre aménagée de manière quelconque. Lit fort inconfortable (matelas suranné). Petit déjeuner n’offrant que de produits de mauvaise qualité. Malgré ses tarifs avantageux, nous ne conseillerons pas cet établissement.

La chambre de vacances est très bien située dans le centre-ville de l'hôtel. Ils m'ont même dit que cette chambre avait un parking ”privé” directement devant la porte ! La chambre était énorme, tout fonctionnait bien (internet, eau chaude ...). Le bar vous offre un café ou une boisson avec des tapas à tout moment, les heures de dîner/de petit déjeuner ont été communiquées directement à l'arrivée. Les clients allemands ou anglais ne devraient pas attendre un petit déjeuner anglais gratuit! Vous aviez même des œufs cramés ..... mais bien sûr pas 5 types de fromage ou similaires. Le seul désavantage était - comme c'était un samedi en mai - il y avait un grand mariage. Le restaurant est très bien situé, mais il n'y a pas de bruit à entendre dans la chambre.
