* Parking - small lot under the hotel between the poles everywhere- hard to navigate and park near but space is limited and it is NY so I get it. *Location- nice centrally located in surprisingly high end area. Great food right nearby. * Service- let me just say the housekeeper was great! Friendly and takes pride in her work. In sharp contrast though, the front desk staff female - needs some serious customer service training. Walked inside to check in to her finishing an obvious personal call by the context and a hand being thrown up to us as we waited for her to finish making her after work plans. Simple Issues during check in that became larger on her part as we obviously inconvenienced her and she literally argued room type listed in printed copy of reservation. Get through that and then sent to room and Room 1 - no heat or ac working, floor creaking and uneven which was odd, weird smell (assuming from ac issue). Returned to desk to discuss and she sadly, seemed to enjoy the fact there was an issue. So sent us and all our stuff to Room 2- bed great surprisingly comfy bathroom clean, older room but is just a place to lay your head while in town. Keys however mysteriously kept not working but ironically enough only when she was on shift over the course of several days. Male morning desk person, very friendly and helpful with directions. He always was being personable with guests other than ourselves, obviously enjoys his job. *Room 2 was directly under room 1 which became occupied on day 2 and we spent the next two days in the evenings listening to extremely loud floor squeaks as the guests above us moved. They were night owls and this went well into the night. We ended up meeting them at breakfast and it was an interesting conversation as they noticed all the same listed above. *Breakfast- decent but no home run. For age and size of hotel, it was well set out and had what you needed to start the day. I would strongly say to just stay somewhere else. It was clean which was good but overall even as a place just to lay your head it is best to avoid.

As a Diamond member was very pleased to receive an Oyster Bay Suite upgrade several days in advance. Alexa is a gem and arranged for my second room to be placed directly next to my suite for our convenience. I wish the outside door to the 2 rooms had not been removed. This would have improved our privacy. Suite was fine and we enjoyed the gas fireplace immensely. Much of the furniture was broken in the rooms. Lighting next to the bed unsatisfactory to enable us to read in bed. Hotel should install doorstops in all rooms to eliminate the loud slamming of closed doors which, along with guests just speaking in normal tones, reverberates throughout the hotel. Noise travels. There should be a sign on the highway that this is the Tapestry and not the Hotel Roslyn--confusing for a first timer. And a sign of how to enter the hotel and not have to drag the luggage up all those steps. Thank you for Diamond parking spaces. And again, Thank You to Alexa. Without her, I'm not sure the hotel would be worth returning to. If there is a large price differential I would probably try the Hilton Garden Inn next time.

En voyageant beaucoup pour travailler, j'ai eu l'occasion de rester dans de nombreux hôtels dans le pays et dans la plupart des marques d'hôtels des nombreux groupes de propriété et de gestion. Mon séjour récent dans le centre-ville de la plaine blanche Sonesta a été tout simplement ordinaire et un plaisir réel. Le service a été excellent depuis le début jusqu'à la fin, y compris un check-in facile et efficace de Nisy au bureau de front, une boisson attentive et délicieuse de Chris au bar, et la soin amical et utile de Carlos au restaurant. Je voudrais également étendre mes compliments à l'équipe de garderie, dont plusieurs n'ont jamais hésité à offrir une aide. L'hôtel est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé. L'hôtel lui-même était beau et propre, et apparemment bien soigné, et il y a des signes de quelques rénovations récentes. Plus important : Le lit. Tout ce que vous travaillez là-bas apprécierez la difficulté d'affirmer cela, mais je jure que ma déclaration n'est pas hyperbole. Enfin, il a été partagé avec moi que cet hôtel est presque entièrement équipé (uniquement 1-2 plus de loyers nécessaires pour leur équipe de bureau frontal), ce qui, à partir de l'expérience récente des 6 derniers mois, je peux dire que c'est une rareté et non la norme. Je crois que cela doit refléter la différence de gestion et, éventuellement, la différence de culture de cette société d'hospitalité. Je suis nouveau pour les marques Sonesta, mais ma récente expérience m'a motivée à continuer avec elles dans toute la mesure du possible et à continuer à chercher encore plus de signes d'excellence.

Parce que nous habitons à l'entrée de l'ascenseur, les visiteurs qui s'enregistrent en pleine nuit sont très bruyants et l'isolation phonique est très mauvaise ! La première fois que j'ai fait nettoyer la chambre, les serviettes en papier n'ont pas été remplacées à mon retour et il y avait encore des mégots de cigarettes par terre ! Il n'y a pas deux bouteilles d'eau minérale gratuites chaque jour, mais il y a de l'eau chaude et du café gratuits dans le hall ! L'hôtel n'avait pas de service de navette depuis l'aéroport JFK, donc on m'a extorqué 200 $ par un taxi de l'aéroport ! Le taxi de l'aéroport JFK n'est pas un taxi régulier, j'espère que les compatriotes qui se rendent à New York pour la première fois ne se feront pas arnaquer.

L'hôtel a l'air vieux, mais il est bien entretenu et appartient à l'hôtel HILTON. La pièce n'a aucun moyen d'ouvrir la fenêtre, elle est un peu humide. La réception de l'hôtel Xiaohe est tout à fait disposée à discuter. C'était très pratique de réserver l'aéroport où la voiture de Red Dot est allée.

Il a été accueilli par Rosa à la table de front. Je l'ai vu sourire derrière sa masque. Juste un gal doux aide. Elle a également été très aide avec mon check-in, et le check-out. Plus tard dans la soirée où le pouvoir est sorti de l'hôtel. J'ai vu Raja travailler dans la hall. Bon petit déjeuner chaud, œufs, bacon. À côté, des rouleaux de cinéma, des céréales, et plus. Bons toilettes de bain. Bonne chambre. Merci encore Rosa, et Raja!!!

La chambre est très large!! La cuisine est très pratique pour cuisiner. Le parking est suffisant, le petit déjeuner est amiable, le service est superbe! Surtout une petite réception appelée Meylin, très enthousiaste, ce qui rend le voyage très chaud! La position est très pratique, à cinq minutes à pied de la gare.

La chambre est plus petite que je ne le pensais, mais j'aime beaucoup le fait qu'elle soit proche de Koreatown et du métro. La vue sur le toit du 31ème étage est également bonne. C'est agréable d'avoir un café au premier étage !
