If a trip with kids is your reason for visiting St. Louis, you could do no better than to stay at the Four Seasons! In-room dining exists and here, it is fast , friendly, tasty and fun! The concierge, Tricia, is hugely helpful with options and opportunities ! And the rooftop pool makes the kids feel so welcomed! The waitstaff even found a way to bring two joyful 5 and 3 year olds watermelon—which was not on the menu! Combining the over-the-top views of the river, the railroad, and the Silver Rainbow (The Arch) with the personalized service the Four Seasons is famous for will always make it our number one choice!

Unfortunately, due to a horrific experience at this hotel on Friday, March 10, but worse yet, how they handled it, more like, didn't handle it at all, it overshadowed any positive feedback I would have liked to have provided for this hotel. My husband and I have received zero communications/acknowledgment/not an ounce of compassion from ANYONE associated with this hotel, which all stems from an absolutely terrible experience - being stuck in this hotel's small elevator for over 80 minutes, late at night with anxiety ridden people and some VERY unfortunate circumstances including bladders filling up! We were told from someone over the speaker that we would be out in 10 minutes when their elevator company arrives, which turned into 30 minutes with no one showing up nor any updates. Not because of the hotel staff, but because of my friends/family insisting, 911 was finally called and the fire department was dispatched. Saturday morning we asked to speak with management and were told that management wasn't there on the weekends. We checked out on Sunday, and asked that a manager call us on Monday. Nothing. 7 days later, and there has been ZERO communication from this property's management. We didn’t even receive an apology nor receive any acknowledgement about our experience from the desk clerks that weekend. Nothing. Unbelievable and inexcusable. I'm disgusted, disappointed, now angry and disturbed by the silence, disregard and lack of compassion from this establishment.

Le parking est pratique, la carte de la chambre est sortie du parking, le troisième étage de l'hôtel dispose d'un micro-ondes et d'un lave-linge, il y a un supermarché à côté de l'hôtel, et la vie est confortable. Le lit de la chambre double est plus étroit et n'est pas adapté à quatre personnes.

Mon fils adolescent et moi avons séjourné deux nuits. C'était mieux que nous l'espérions. Les chambres sont énormes. Nous avons eu un bar humide avec réfrigérateur, un canapé et deux lits de reine, plus une belle, grande salle de bain. C'était une chambre standard. Absolutement la valeur du prix de négociation! Ils nous ont donné une salle de 15e étage avec vue sur le toit des bâtiments environnants. Il est bon de payer pour le service de la valet parce qu'il n'est pas un grand quartier, mais si vous essayez d'économiser de l'argent dans ce département, vous allez vous laisser votre bagage sur une rue occupée. Le personnel était aimable et utile. Nous avons vraiment aimé cet hôtel. P.S. Ne vous attendez pas à manger ici; leur menu est sévèrement limité en raison de la pandémie.

I booked the hotel when attending Transworld, a trade show that happens in St. Louis every year. The decor is lovely and the breakfast and cocktail hour in the early evening is terrific! My room was well equipped and the bed and pillows comfortable. I will definitely recommend the hotel to friends visiting St. Louis!

If this hotel is representative of what Marriott is doing with Westin's, the Westin brand is deteriorating. Plastic cups in the rooms like a Best Western. Quattro restaurant is poor; asked for glasses for wine and one glass was very dirty. Quattro delivered our dinner to the wrong room; when we got the dinner it was not what we ordered. Thermostat in room was 'dead'; if not fixed management would make us move everything to a different room at 8:30 pm. Maintenance found that when the filters were changed the thermostat was not turned on! And the guest had to discover the thermostat was not working. Westin still has comfortable beds. Fortunately the valet and front desk people were good--although the staffing is very thin until 7am when the nightshift ends! Do not recommend and will avoid Westins in the future.

La location est vraiment bonne pour Amtrak et les lieux de sport. Le personnel est ami et professionnel. Il était propre sans moulage dans la baignoire. L'AC fonctionnait parfaitement. L'atrium intérieur est calme. Wifi est bon. Les toilettes sont agréables pour cette classe d'hôtel. L'hôtel est en défaut de réparation. Le personnel donne un papier indiquant ce qui n'est pas en service. La piscine est fermée, et la seule machine à glace est au 8e étage, et même cela était hors d'ordre avec des panneaux supprimés. Il n'y a pas de décharges électriques et aucun chargeur USB.

Il a plu le jour de notre départ, la pluie s'est arrêtée et il y avait un arc-en-ciel près de l'arche. Il peut être vu dans la chambre d'hôtel. Le logement est bon et le service est également très bon. Il y a des restaurants, des supermarchés, des pharmacies et des portes latérales à moins de 200 mètres. Arches et l'ancienne cour, vous pouvez prendre le métro en dix minutes, c'est le métro, ne suivez pas la carte Google sur la route perdue ~ recommande fortement le sushi love sur la route principale, il y a un buffet de 20 couteaux, très bon et délicieux, d'accord, veuillez apporter vos propres chaussons et brosse à dents dentifrice. De nombreux hôtels étrangers ne fournissent pas ~

Un très bon hôtel. N'avais pas su que cet hôtel existait avant de prendre un volant sur lui. Très joyeux surprise. Nous voulions quelque chose près du stade de base-ball (passer facile d'environ 4 blocs) et avec facile accès par voiture comme nous allions du sud. Le service était très bon et le lobby de l'hôtel, le bar (un autre plus) et les chambres étaient très agréables à ma femme.
